The flat is very homely and features a Parisian Balcony in the spacious lounge.Situated across from landscaped public gardens and nestled between Glasgow Green and the Merchant City the flat offers a convenient location for all the major attractions Glasgow has to offer. As Glasgow’s oldest park, Glasgow Green is a fantastic outdoor space to explore and features the Peoples Palace, Nelsons Monument and the Templeton Factory. All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm. Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking. Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund.

We were allocated a double room but were offered a family room when they learnt that we were a family of three (including a kid), for no extra cost. We declined that offer. The room was slightly small, TV operated with a lag and searching for popular channels was a pain. The AC unit was old and not noiseless. The washroom was clean and equipped. Wished that the water from shower was hotter than offered. Breakfast was identical everyday, making it the most boring part of our stay. The property is tucked in one corner of the area and there is not much around in a 100 meter radius unless one is interested to view a slush-filled river.

Je suis assez satisfait. C'est le standard du Hanting toutes saisons en Chine. C'est très bien de vivre seul. L'essentiel est que l'emplacement est très bon, la gare est juste devant la porte. C'est très approprié pour une personne. C'est également pratique pour stocker les bagages dans l'hôtel.

Mais il y a un problème impressionnant, l'adresse fournie par Trip.com n'est pas conforme à la position ouverte directement sur la carte. J'ai utilisé l'adresse copieuse pour surveiller après l'ouverture de Google, et c'est à deux sens, une route qui doit être changée.

Pour la première fois, j'ai appelé la réception pour me plaindre du bruit. Quand j'ai appelé la réception le type qui a répondu juste sighet, il m'a dit qu'il avait plusieurs plaintes et la musique continuerait jusqu'à 12.45... Le couloir était SO bruyant. Tous les portes sont fixées à la boue fermée. Et la boue ils font .... J'étais en voyage avec ma fille de 10 ans. Le personnel n'a pas demandé comment mon séjour était ou comment j'aurais dormi quand je suis sorti. En tant que voyageur fréquent, je pense que c'est la première fois que cela s'est produit. Probablement aussi bien que je leur aurais dit .... La chambre était propre mais il n'y avait pas de shampooing dans le récipient dans la salle de bain. La piscine était la plus belle, surtout avec une âge de 10 ans.

Il convient de rappeler que le stationnement n'est pas autorisé en bord de route de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez vous garer pendant une courte période et faire suivre la voiture par quelqu'un. Il est facile d'obtenir un ticket pour une longue période dans la journée. Pour se garer, il faut se rendre au parking à côté. Tout le reste va bien.

Another great stay. Housekeeping turned up at 10am which was disappointing cause check out isn’t till 12pm, so made me feel a bit rushed to get out. Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough. Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters.

Mon partenaire et moi avons décidé de faire une nuit de cela en restant ici, car c'était notre première nuit de notre six mois et nous assistions à l'hyrdo pour voir Tom Segura. À l'arrivée, nous avons reçu le meilleur service à la clientèle de l'homme le plus beau et vivant derrière le bureau nommé Mohammad. Incroyablement facile à check-in, il nous a donné une chambre avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et l'eau - garçon, il l'a fait ! La chambre d'hôtel est très confortable et dispose de salle de bains et de salle de bains. J'aimerais que nous ayons lu à l'avance que nous avions préparé une sauna et une chambre à vapeur à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Nous serons à nouveau prêts et nous serons plus préparés.

Par ailleurs, malgré des couvertures de lit visiblement propres, une odeur désagréable, semblable à celle de la fumée de haschisch, persiste. Un traitement adapté pour neutraliser ces odeurs améliorerait grandement l’expérience des clients.

La chambre triple est vraiment petite et ressemble à une couchette de train. L'hygiène n'est pas très bonne, le sol est très collant, on dirait qu'un précédent client a renversé un verre. Le dimanche matin, on nous a dit de nous rendre à 11 heures mais deux fois avant, on a été perturbés par 2 agents qui supposaient que des nettoyeurs entraient dans la chambre sans avis une fois, alors que mon ami était en train de changer, Nous restons ici tout le temps mais il nous met en route de retourner maintenant

We went to the hotel a little earlier than check in time as we were going to the glee, managed to get checked into our room early and put our bags in and get settled before leaving. 1st time Mum and Dad so this was a much needed night away to ourselves for comedy, dinner and drinks. We arrived back to the hotel at a reasonable time and went up and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the room and enjoy the bath, well needed soak and rest. To top it all off we were both sprawled out on the king sized bed and out for the count for much needed catch up on sleep. Everything that we needed from the room was perfect and hassle free, no noise from the outside or from the bar downstairs and the leisure of an 11am check out allowed up to get up and ready at our own pace. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel Indigo Glasgow est un hôtel fantastique, situé au centre-ville. À moins de 5 minutes à pied de la gare centrale de Glasgow, l'hôtel Indigo propose des chambres propres, modernes et bien équipées, avec un plateau/bouilloire, un minibar et un fer et une planche à repasser. Le lit king-size était très confortable et la température de la chambre était facilement réglable grâce au thermostat de la chambre. Le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique.

La chambre est très grande, il y a un disque, une cafetière, trop amoureux. Santé: bonnes conditions Environnement: près de l'Université de Glasgow, près de la plante, l'oxygène naturel. Service: très bon, chaleureux et attentif. Le petit déjeuner est du pain anglais, du lait, du café, etc., même si c'est un peu monoton, il est vraiment délicieux.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The entrance to the carpark is one way and the distance between the carpark and reception is more than 100m. When we check out, we have to drive the vehicle away from the hotel and then return to the entrance of the hotel to pick up the luggages.

Le centre-ville est bon marché et il y a un bar au premier étage. Et c'est à 20-30 mètres du centre de la gare où je vais au rendez-vous. Cette situation géographique est absolument incroyable. La maison est cohérente, toujours anglaise, mais la sécurité est très bonne, il y a une baignoire, mais le chauffage n'est pas sûr s'il est cassé ou je ne l'utiliserai pas.

Positives: very good location, convenient to travel, close to many stores, room was somewhat clean, many storing areas despite small space (shelves, foldable tables), it had AC to control room temperature fairly easily, comfy bed Negatives: room was small, the room I stayed in didn’t have any transparent windows, air ventilation in the bathroom was running all the time so if you’re sensitive to noise it’s going to annoy you, didn’t have a fridge Didn’t take breakfast so I don’t know about the quality. Overall, it was good value for money and I would recommend to stay there

I stayed here as a first time traveler to Glasgow and I found this Safestay brach as the only viable option 😅 but also the best option: it is really well priced and high value, the interior is a little dated but it's actually very well maintained and clean, ventilation in the rooms could be slightly better but was alright, the common lounge was quite cozy and the staff was very kind and helpful. This is important to me and in regard to the service attitude this hostel is just excellent : ) The location is also very good - Glasgow is not a large city but the hostel is ideally situated, about a fifteen minute walk from Buchanan station and another fifteen minutes in any direction to get to another area to explore, i.e. Argyle street with nice pubs. Concluding: highly recommended.
