From the courtyard there is access to a space at the back with an outdoor shower and barbecue. The house has mosquito nets in all rooms. Outside there is a large courtyard shared with the other houses of this small residential complex, consisting of 5 independent houses. The private courtyard, in the back of the house, features a barbecue area, with an outdoor shower and a laundry room. We are in a very quiet place, the house is located away from the other houses in the district, being all quite large, it grants good privacy to guests. The peculiarity is that it is practically located on the beach, which makes it ideal for quiet holidays with breathtaking views.A wide expanse of soft gray sand, crystal clear waters and soft dunes behind, a panorama that you will never stop contemplating, in absolute tranquility. Couple 70 ans, 15 jours en autotour concocté par nous-mêmes. Notre chambre avec vue sur le jardin très bien, spacieuse, lits confortables, près de la piscine. Personne à l'accueil l'après midi très sympa, parle français, à l'écoute des hôtes. A noter beaucoup de marches donc ceux qui pourraient avoir des problèmes de mobilité seront quelque peu gênés surtout quand il faut monter et descendre les bagages. Bien regarder où on met les pieds. Tout était très bien jusqu'au petit déjeuner le lendemain matin. Horaire d'ouverture : 8h30. C'est un peu tard, à mon avis. Donc tout le monde a faim à cette heure là et se retrouve en même temps au petit déjeuner (22 chambres). On a surtout envie de partir visiter à la fraîche ou simplement de quitter les lieux. Donc à savoir qu'au petit déjeuner ON NE SE SERT PAS ! Mais je ne l'ai su qu'après. J'ai eu le malheur de rentrer dans le tout petit local où officient les serveurs et de demander un café. On m'a alors informée, d'une façon assez peu aimable, que je devais aller m'asseoir et attendre qu'on vienne me demander ce que je voulais. J'ai obéi à l'injonction et suis allée m'assoir comme une élève prise en faute. On m'a apporté le café et, attention, pas de sucre sur la table, donc on vous donne un sachet. Un de plus, oui mais on sent bien qu'il ne faut pas exagérer non plus et le serveur repart avec son pot de sucre. Je vais faire la queue, je passe ma commande et je reviens. Je m'aperçois, mais un peu tard, qu'on peut demander un jus de fruits. Qu'à cela ne tienne, je retourne faire la queue. Le serveur (et j'ai su plus tard que c'est le propriétaire de l'hôtel qui sert) me voit dans la file d'attente et me dit de loin ”mais qu'est-ce que vous voulez encore ?”. Je suis repartie, outrée, m'asseoir sans mon jus de fruits et j'ai quitté immédiatement la terrasse où étaient servis les petits déjeuners. Jamais, on ne m'a fait une telle réflexion dans un hôtel. Ce monsieur ne doit pas savoir faire face à une situation tendue parce que tout le monde se retrouve en même temps au petit déjeuner. Il se retrouve débordé au-delà de deux personnes à servir mais ce n'est pas une raison de s'en prendre aux clients. S’il ne sait pas faire face à un moment d’affluence, qu’ils soient au moins deux à servir. Il a essayé de nous parler quelque temps après, de nous offrir une bouteille de vin mais je ne suis pas à acheter. Nous ne tenions pas à lui parler. On a sa fierté. On est repartis le lendemain sans prendre le petit déjeuner qui était inclus dans le prix de notre chambre. Je conseille à ce monsieur de changer de travail, de rester derrière un bureau mais de ne pas être en contact de sa clientèle. Je ne recommande pas cet ”hôtel dit de charme”. Partout maintenant, les petits déjeuners sont servis sous forme de buffet, qu’il s’en inspire et cela lui évitera des maux d’estomac.

Je me sens comme si je devais laisser un examen sur ce centre. Que puis-je dire? C'était vraiment bon, surtout quand je visite le centre avec un animal de compagnie. À l'inspection, ils nous ont donné un jouet pour le chien, une liste de règles, et la carte du centre, montrant où le chien peut aller et non. Mais ils n'ont rien dit à aucun moment, et le personnel était super amical (également avec le chien). Techniquement, ils vous disent que vous ne pouvez manger que dehors avec le chien, mais quand je l'ai mentionné que le chien sera laissé dans la chambre parce qu'il est trop froid pour nous manger dehors, ils nous ont immédiatement dit que nous pouvons entrer (pour autant que le chien est assez). La plage est à environ 15 minutes de marche de la réception, et il y a une très belle marche. Ils ont 2 piscines, spa, court sportif, divers restaurants, divertissement, etc Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour une petite pause de la chaleur quotidienne.

Hôtel de ville, idéalement situé en centre ville. Idéal pour se balader dans Oristano à pieds. L'hôtel dispose de son parking privatif en sous-sol. Attention les places sont étroites et limitées (environ 40 places). Petite piscine avec transats. L'hôtel possède son restaurant. La chambre et le lit sont grands, et la literie y est très confortable. Très propre, sanitaires bien désinfectés. Petit déjeuner très variés il y en a pour tous les goûts. Céréales muesli, noix, graines de chia, différents types de croissants, différents types de pain de mie, fromage blanc, côté salé œufs, saucisse sarde, charcuteries... Divers jus de fruits, cafés... Par contre, je ne mets pas 5 étoiles à cause du volet de notre chambre. Le volet était obsolète, il ne fermait pas correctement. l laissait du coup bien passé la lumière, surtout au petit matin. Le personnel y est attentif et sympathique, faisait attention aux gestes barrières contre la COVID-19

Abbiamo soggiornato i giorni a ridosso di ferragosto e pagato circa 160 euro a notte due adulti e una bambina con colazione. Le aspettative erano alte lette le recensioni e viste le varie foto, la realtà non è stata all'altezza. La struttura vista da fuori è molto bella e avrebbe grandi potenzialità ma una volta entrati l'ambiente è privo di colore e di calore, l'odore dei corridoi e della camera era quello dei locali non arieggiati con un po' di muffa in alcuni punti. Manca di una zona esterna di aggregazione con divani ce n'erano solo due proprio davanti all'ingresso in un punto scomodo e non sufficienti ad accogliere più di una manciata di ospiti medesimo discorso per le sedute in piscina ne ho contate 17 ma la struttura è molto più ampia. La cosa peggiore, segnalata anche durante il check out, è la totale assenza di insonorizzazione delle stanze....si sente tutto dall'ospite del piano di sopra che sposta le sedie ai colpi di tosse e le chiacchiere di quelli adiacenti per non parlare di tutto il resto...(lascio a voi immaginare di cosa sto parlando ...). I soldi che abbiamo pagato assolutamente non valgono il servizio offerto, tra il letto che scricchiola i panni da stendere sul filo appiccicato al muro, mia figlia con la dermatite la prima notte che ha dormito nel letto, i bisogni degli animali nel giardino antistante la stanza ...ho soggiornato in strutture meno care in grado di garantire tutto e di più soprattutto in tema di privacy. Sconsigliato per soggiorni lunghi in quanto un vicino rumoroso potrebbe rovinarvi le ferie, va bene per un weekend alla metà del prezzo pagato.

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma fin dal check in ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa, per la calorosa accoglienza e per quella simpatia che caratterizza i proprietari. La struttura è posizionata in maniera conveniente in centro ma non nella confusione, ottima ma vista dalla camera al terzo piano, stanze arredate in maniera sobria e confortevole. Eccellente la colazione dove nuovamente i proprietari sono protagonisti offrendoti oltre al cibo, tutta una serie di info e consigli per il soggiorno. Decisamente ottima esperienza
