Hôtel surprenant qui ressemble beaucoup à un camping de luxe. Il est très retiré et rien n'est à proximité. Heureusement que cet établissement propose de tout (glaces, bar, muscu, plage, piscine, spa...). Cependant la piscine était très froide car non chauffée et le restaurant à volonté trop chère pour la qualité du repas. Séjour agréable et endroits à découvrir.

L'incompétence et le manque de professionnalisme sont à la base de cette station labellisée Baglioni mais il y a peu de Baglioni à part le logo... C'est une ancienne station appelée Paradaise, rénovée au mieux et utilisée comme piège pour les touristes étrangers peu exigeants. . Personnel pas suffisamment formé et dans certains cas trop pédant. Nettoyage des chambres non fait ou fait à la va-vite, à des horaires absurdes comme 17h30. Laissant un chiffon de nettoyage gras et humide et beaucoup de cheveux dans la valise… Que le service client fournisse la lessive gratuitement... Je dirais le minimum dans des cas comme celui-ci. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles et encore plus pour un Baglioni il y a beaucoup de travail à faire pour améliorer les prestations. Méritant une mention spéciale sont Paolo et Antonello du service de plage qui font tout pour compenser les défauts de la structure, Francesco du restaurant toujours professionnel et le directeur Victoriano pour la mise à niveau.

Easy to get to as it is very close to both the airport (15km) and the port (18km) of Olbia. The apartment is located in an elegant apartment complex with a luxurious communal swimming pool. On the first floor, it is newly and tastefully furnished and includes a veranda and a private roof terrace with magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and Tavolara island. Convenient location – within 2/3 km are many top Sardinian beaches (sandy and shallow water or rocky and high water): Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Girgolu and its famous pools, Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, Puntaldia, La Cinta, etc. A car is recommended. Super emplacement, hôtel très propre et personnel vraiment aux petits soins. Nous avons pris la formule demi pension. Le petit déjeuner est très varié salé sucré assortiment de viennoiseries fruits coupés frais fromages etc. et le service est excellent, ils vous apportent le café à table et il est très bon. Le dîner est surprenant digne d'un restaurant gastronomique, une surprise du chef pour commencer le repas, ensuite une belle entrée un plat principal et un dessert. Les serveurs sont très à l'écoute vous expliquent les plats et vous pouvez compter sur eux pour demander des modifications au chef s'il y a des ingrédients que vous ne mangez pas, leur devise est pas de problème tout ce qu'il faut pour vous faire plaisir. Honnêtement en terme de service et de personnel c'est au delà d'un 3 étoiles plus. C'est très appréciable merci à tout le personnel!
