Our beautiful bungalow is located in a quiet complex just walking distance from the hustle and bustle. Supermarkets are close by, one small one even right behind the complex. The main beach of Puerto del Carmen is about 300 meters walking distance. The bungalow has 2 bedrooms, each of them with a bathroom with a shower. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. International TV (English, German, Spanish) is available on the family room’s smart TV. Air Condition is installed in both bedrooms and in the living room/family room. The open kitchen is separated by a counter from the living room and includes a Nespresso Pixie coffee machine. The private terrasse offers outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Fiber optic high-speed Internet / Wifi is available free of charge. Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

Very big rooms, amazing staff, the manager was very helpful, open and friendly. The property close to the beach. The area is perfectly clean and quiet. You can walk at evening without worrying. We felt safe walking at evening. The bus stop 2 steps away. Easy commuting and also the car rental is cheap. You can walk to the airport along the beach and just enjoy. Highly recommended!

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé. Comme c'est l'ours de la plaja Chica, vous pouvez juste aller nager là et regarder vos choses dans l'auberge sans vous inquiéter de être volé. Très joli pour les voyageurs soliaires! Bien qu'il travaille vraiment snorkeling ou nager pour voir le poisson là!!! Il est également proche de la gare de bus Las Vista et du centre commercial, de sorte que vous pouvez accéder à Playa Blanca/arrièrefe/aéroport/tout tour que vous avez facilement rejoint. Avoir un service de blanchisserie et de séchage pour 10 euros (mais vous devez demander au personnel de la réception). Les personnels de réception ne parlent pas bien l'anglais, mais ils essaient de communiquer avec moi avec Google Translate, que je apprécie.

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

Amazing stay at these apartments - great location with pool and pool bar which did Estrella in Frozen glasses (big win for me) as well as good selection of food on offer I had a Seaview room (14) and was spacious and clean with your own balcony All staff from Reception/Cleaners/Bar Staff were lovely and friendly none could be faulted I can see why it’s always booked up in advance but if I get a chance would definitely book here again

L'hôtel auque n'est pas à pied de la plage est très proche:La plage est un peu venteux mais très grand.. vous pouvez faire de bons tours par elle et très calme.Il a plusieurs bubetts,celui qui nous touchait il y avait des moments de beaucoup de gens.Le pire était le lit.. Ils étaient ensemble, mais ils se séparaient à la petite et tu te coulais au milieu... une horreur. Je reviendrais même à cet hôtel.

Le personnel était très agréable et très utile. La piscine était magnifique et la garde de la vie aussi. La seule grippe que j'avais eue était avec des gants de 1 mm ? Mais ce n'était pas sale. La dame de nettoyage a aussi nettoyé tous les jours. Il est très confortable pour les personnes qui ont besoin de l'argent et de l'équipe.

hôtel bon, très bien situé à proximité de la plage large et pas loin du boulevard agréable de Puerto del Carmen. Avoir une piscine magnifique avec de l'eau chaude. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses, seulement nous avons malheureusement une chambre La réception nous a dit que l'hôtel était plein, mais nous n'avons pas d'autre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bon et élargi, le dîner était un peu moins important parce qu'il y avait une option limitée en termes de plats principaux . Personnel dans le restaurant est - Très gentil.

Ignore bad reviews! Especially the Nov ones who gave this fab wee place poor scores because they got into arguments with other guests over water fights … jeezo! I stayed in the smaller complex. 10-15 mins from airport (€18 taxi) Yeah it is dated but it was really clean and had everything you need for a self catering trip. Cleaners were round every 2nd day with fresh towels. It was a 3 minute walk to the sea front and a 6-7minute walk to Long Beach. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy wee supermarket across the road. The smaller complex pool was clean and sheltered from the wind. The larger pool at the bigger complex was clean too (yeah the odd leaf blows in as the moaners from other reviews stated) and it was more open and windy but a nice area to sit. The on-site restaurant staff were nice too and the food was fine considering the cheap prices. I ate there twice and enjoyed the steak, wings, baked potatoes and toasties. Not 5 star but you aren’t paying for 5 star. I would stay here again.

Bon buffet avec horaires plus larges que dans d'autres hôtels. Bon service. Parking public décent. Très très près de la plage. Bonnes installations. Cuisine améliorable.
