Christina and Vittoria put their heart and soul into making sure you have the best stay in their beautiful home and in the beautiful city of Sorrento. Spotlessly clean room and beds was very comfortable In the heart of Sorrento but beautiful wooden shutters and fantastic double glazing made sure we had zero late night noise.l and a sound sleep. Fantastic breakfast prepared at time suitable for us. Their knowledge of Sorrento and surrounding areas ensured we had fantastic tours and got around using local transport with ease . Christina arranged tours and showed us exactly what transportation to use and where. We will be back and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. Thank you both

Très satisfait, l'hôtel est supérieur à l'espérance ～ Voyage au port est également très pratique, et si vous voulez aller à la gare d'autobus, vous pouvez marcher environ dix minutes. La grande porte ferrée de l'hôtel est très caractérisée, les coins de l'hôtel sont très beaux, le petit déjeuner est très bon, et le café est disponible ～

My husband and I stayed at Maison Il Conservatorio after a week traveling through the Puglia region of Italy. We traveled with a tour group and decided to add 3 days in Sorrento at the end by ourselves. We had a range in quality of hotel rooms (stayed in 4 hotels total) and Maison Il Conservatorio was probably the best in terms of location, comfort, design, and hospitality. First, my favorite- it is so convenient to everything. You can walk almost everywhere from where this hotel is located. We took the ferry from Naples to Marina Piccolo, and was able to walk to the hotel (walked past all the lidos to the Sorrento lift). It wasn’t the easiest walk ever, but it wasn’t terrible! We were also able to stop by our room in the middle of the day for a rest and just pop back out. However, it wasn’t so in the middle of everything- we had no issues with noise! We also walked to marina grande for a Capri boat tour, which took 15 minutes. We did not take a single taxi in Sorrento. Second, the design. There were plugs and usb outlets right by the bed. We stayed at 2 hotels where there were outlets, but only one or two, and they were across the room. Aesthetically, it was cute, clean and comfortable, but not sterile- we stayed at another hotel with all the comforts and necessities, but we could have been anywhere in the world with its gray and black rooms. The bathrooms were amazing, and the showers were huge. The water temperature and pressure was perfect, which was not the case in some of the other places we stayed! Third- the price- we probably spent less on a 3 days stay here than one night at the Bellevue Syrene. Take my advice- stay here and go to the Syrene for dinner/drinks. It’s a 3 minute walk away! One caveat- the hotel isn’t necessarily designed like a typical hotel. You enter into a long hallway with a few stairs and then open a door to get into the main part of the hotel. It was confusing when we first arrived, but there are signs everywhere. We had no issue with this after the first time. We will absolutely stay here if we are lucky enough to go to Sorrento again!

Excellente expérience, la structure est située au cœur de Sorrento, au centre du cours principal, la chambre très lumineuse bien équipée et confortable, petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre, abondante, et avec une grande sélection (en plus de ce que nous avions commandé le jour précédent), enfin mais pas enfin l'accueil, gentil et toujours disponible Imma qui nous a aidé à monter les valises, puisque nous avions deux petits enfants (fortune que vous étiez là ...) par un défaut temporaire de l'ascenseur, toujours attentif et efficace. Le 4ème séjour à l'hôtel Belair - un vol de 4 nuits pour mon mari - nous attendions donc très longtemps. Nous aimons nous asseoir sur le balcon et le vin de sip prenant dans la vue incroyablement belle, donc tout était bien à cet égard - mais rien de nouveau ne justifierait l'augmentation géante des prix. Nous avons toujours choisi de rester ici non seulement en raison de la vue fantastique, mais aussi parce qu'ils ont un parking gratuit sur leur toit - et que la vieille ville et les principaux sites de Sorrento peuvent être atteints dans quelques faciles 15-20 min. à pied. Mais quelques jours, nous ne nous sentons même pas comme quitter l'hôtel, car il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une journée de relaxation. Un magnifique, bien que petit, piscine et magnifique pont avec salle de bains de soleil fines - tout attaché sur le côté de la clé offrant une vue parfaite autour de l'heure. Le petit déjeuner est servi à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du restaurant et du bar et est abondant avec divers oeufs/bacons, jus, céréales et jus de fruits, pains de variété, jambons, coupes froides et fromages, croissants frais et les gâtes typiques italiennes pour petit déjeuner. Le restaurant et le bar sont à la soirée transformés en un beau lieu pour un bon repas. Il est très romantique de se situer sur le balcon à lumière de la bougie, dans les soirées chaudes, avec le soir-lune Vesuvio comme un arrière-plan et la ville brillante en bas. Le prix est raisonnable. Jusqu'à la fin, la salle de bains est haute et balconée. Ces installations sont assez informelles et ne demandent pas de code de robe ou quoi que ce soit. Juste relaxant et agréable. Mais une fois de plus, nous n'avons pas détecté de changement particulier de nos séjours antérieurs - aucun signe de rémodellation/nouveau intérieur/nouveau concept, qui peut justifier une étoile supplémentaire et une augmentation du prix brut .... Bien que nous ayons trouvé tout très comme il était habituellement Le restaurant est un restaurant très confortable et très confortable. Mais nous n'avons pas eu ce sentiment de ”nous sommes ici pour vous”, que nous avons déjà apprécié.

Ce b&b est au centre de tous les sens: il est certainement au centre comme tout le monde en fait, il offre le minimum dont vous avez besoin, mais peut-être pour autant que cela coûte plus. Il est près de l'hôpital, donc si vous avez la chambre sur la route, les décibels sont élevés alors que de l'intérieur vous n'avez pas beaucoup à voir, mais au moins il y a le silence et c'est notre choix et nous avons été très bons. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas prévu et c'est un péché, car avec ce prix dans d'autres structures est prévu. Même dans cette structure gratuite de l'eau et du café (dans d'autres structures, on paye donc une note positive) malheureusement que le chauffage de l'eau pour le the/camilla ne fonctionnait pas. La machine du café allait très bien. Structure propre. La chambre est propre et ordonnée.Dans la salle de bain, le sac de bain entre les accessoires. Malheureusement, à la réception, il n'y avait jamais personne, ce matin, nous étions sans papier hygiénique (je devais sortir pour acheter les linge-bouteilles). Ils nous ont permis de quitter les valises et de les récupérer plus tard (ce n'était pas facile puisque personne n'était là et nous avons dû attendre la femme de nettoyage risquant de perdre le train). Je dois dire que le propriétaire a été gentil et aussi disponible en fournissant des informations et des suggestions. Si vous êtes à un prix juste, vous pouvez vous conseiller.

Nous avons séjourné quatre jours dans cet hôtel à Susanto cette fois. Très satisfait. L'hôtel est un peu plus tôt, mais les installations sont toujours bonnes. Clean tranquillité. La position de l'hôtel est très bonne. Il est très proche de la chaussée chaude de la petite ville et du port de la mer, à quelques minutes à pied. Il y a beaucoup d'hôtels autour de lui. Le petit-déjeuner de cet hôtel est très bon. La piscine et le jardin derrière sont également très belles. L'attitude du personnel de la réception est très bonne!

Le personnel était excellent et super sympa. à l'arrivée, ils ont expliqué le parking (réservé à l'avance (15 EUR / jour) et juste devant la porte. L'enregistrement a été super facile et a même fait un enregistrement anticipé, ce qui était très agréable de leur part. Les chambres sont propres, la salle de bain est propre. réfrigérateur et coffre-fort disponibles. La climatisation n'est malheureu*****t pas assez froide (était à 18 degrés Celsius... mais je suis normalement habituée à avoir plus froid :-P) mais dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour très agréable. la dame du petit-déjeuner fait également le contrôle dehors, et elle était tellement gentille. petit déjeuner, petit déjeuner italien typique, qui était très agréable. l'emplacement est génial, et compte tenu du prix, c'est un bon choix. tout à distance de marche. Wifi avait un petit problème, mais a été réparé le lendemain .

Genera otra expectativa menor. Pero por ser un 3* realmente nos sorprendio. Lo más destacable, la limpieza. Impecables. Después el hotel está hecho todo a nuevo. Cómodo, camas amplias, el personal atento y siempre disponible. El desayuno completo y acorde a un 3*. La ubicación es muy buena, pleno centro, cerca de todo.

Overall, we had a really good holiday. The hotel was an excellent base in a good location. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. My daughter can have mobility issues and it wasn't an issue at all on this holiday. Everyone managed to fill up at breakfast time despite differing tastes. We stayed in an attic suite. When we arrived, the air conditioning was playing up but that was already in hand when we mentioned it. The suite was lovely and cool for the rest of the trip. The room was split into two parts which was big enough for our family, which included my 16 and 22 year old daughters. I loved the bathroom tiles. The only wish I would really have made was for there to have been a door on the double room for a little more privacy (although we didnt find it too much of an issue in the grand scheme of things).

Le service était vraiment top. Que ce soit pour les bagages, la chambre, l’accueil ou le service, tout était excellent et de qualité. La chambre double était d’un décor assez sobre voire ancien. La vue est magnifique quand on n’est pas du côté falaise. Non loin du centre ville il faut quand même prévoir des côtés assez raides à descendre er remonter.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce superbe hôtel fin juin début juillet les points forts: La position dominante de l hôtel qui offre un superbe panorama sur la ville, la mer et le Vesuve ...magiquede jour comme de nuit L ambiance conviviale et sympathique du restaurant grace au professionnalisme de Luigi et son équipe. Luigi offre un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux à chacun et il crée une très bonne atmosphère Bravo Luigi! Il fait tout pour satisfaire les clients Merci aussi au serveur qui parle français couramment (il travaille à Crans Montagne en hiver) il a été très serviable et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour Il se reconnaitra Les cocktails du bar sont très bons et servis avec efficacité et amabilité Un merci aussi à Maria Gracie car nous trouvions une chambre impeccable tous les soirs Pour toute ces raisons nous avons passé un excellent séjour A améliorer: - L accueil glacial de la réception qui choque dans un si bel établissement quelques mots de bienvenue auraient été souhaitables car la première impression était mauvaise - L insonorisation des chambres est très mauvaise , nous entendions nos voisins de chambre parler , tousser, ... Dommage Nous reviendrons au Grand Hotel President lors d un prochain séjour et le recommanderons à nos amis

Very authentic Italian hotel. The room was serviced every day and very clean throughout. All the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Especially the Maitre D..Edmoundo...A warm friendly smile every morning at breakfast and a guaranteed seat by the window, with a lovely view of Mt. Versouvious. He told us that he has worked there for 27 years, a true gentleman. Thanks for all your take away coffee ☕️.

On est accueillis en amis par le personnel de la maison prêt à répondre à vos moindres demandes .La gentillesse de chaque instant, l’emplacement fabuleux face au Vésuve et à la baie, la décoration très pointue qui magnifie le design contemporain, tout cela fait de la Minervetta un joyau. Les chambres sont magnifiques avec une vue à couper le souffle, chaque détail à été pensé. Un parking est à disposition ce qui constitue un luxe quand on connaît les difficultés pour circuler et se garer à Sorrente. Le centre ville est à 15minutes à pied et on accède au port de Marina Grande par un escalier privé. On quitte l’endroit avec regret mais avec la ferme intention d’y revenir pour vivre à nouveau un moment magique.

Je pense que les photos qui montrent une piscine et des lits de jour seraient gratuites, mais quand on y est, ils nous ont dit qu'ils sont 15euros chaque jour pour utiliser même si nous sommes des clients de l'hôtel. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Les douches sont très petites nous ne sommes pas des gens grands et il a trouvé dur douche. Le balcon était bon, comme il pouvait laver les vêtements et sècher dehors, mais juste placé au-dessus des chaises. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Huevos engrais, hame, fromage, danois, jus et café. La location était excellente à partir du ferry en droit au port avec bagage. Si vous allez à la ville, il est une grande échelle jusqu'au sommet ou vous pouvez marcher le long de la plage jusqu'au lift en bas de la route qui est 2 euros à utiliser. Le bar de haut de la ville est très bien placé, les beaux soirs se couvent avec un DJ qui joue une musique de chantage très lente et qui peut être agréable pour toutes les générations. Le restaurant au fond de l'hôtel était super. 7 euros Margherita pizza et vous pouvez vous débarrasser de 10% d'être un client de l'hôtel. La ville est très bien située, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

Nous avons fait un roadtrip et sommes passés par Sorrento pour une nuit. La chambre était très jolie avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le Vesuve. Le petit déjeuner était superbe avec la même vue incroyable. La salle de bain est très petite et le lit pas assez confort pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre corner vue mer (double balcon), dommage que nous l'avons appris par depis à notre départ, il aurait été sympa de nous faire la surprise à notre arrivée. Si vous voulez une vue mer, c'est l'endroit rêvé.

We are just home from an absolutely wonderful 4 nights with you. We were there 15 years ago for our honeymoon and this time for our 15th wedding anniversary and the place is still so special and fantastic. It has been kept up to date and still to such a high standard. The room was perfect and so clean (623), the food was so delicious and the staff in the restaurant and the bar was so friendly (especially Luigi). We will definitely celebrate a special occasion with you again, we will never tire of Sorrento of the Grand hotel Capodimonte. Thank you.

La maison d'hôtes est une belle maison d'hôtes dans un quartier d'appartements près du centre de Sorrento, à 5 minutes à pied de la Piazza Tasso. Le petit déjeuner était traditionnel et notre hôte l'achetait à la chambre chaque matin, ce qui était un vrai traitement. La chambre était propre et bien décorée avec de belles ailes peintes à main dans la salle de bain, une matrice de mousse mémoire et une douche spacieuse. Le petit balcon était magnifique à l'avenir, avec un petit jardin avec des arbres de citrons et nous avons été offerts un citronchello à l'arrivée qui était délicieux! Merci pour un bon séjour. This is the perfect hotel, amidst the perfect garden oasis setting to enjoy the 'quiet'. The hotel was a 5-min.walk from the train station. 2 blocks from Piazza Tasso, 3 blocks to the shops, 8-min. walk to the Communal Garden for the best views of Sorrento Bay. The hotel is clean, modern with beautiful finishes-glass, stone, marble, granite, woods, fabrics, stainless steel. Huge lobby with dining room & bar access. Arrived early & they kept our luggage safe until we came back to check in. The desk staff was so nice, helpful, professional & everyone was impeccably dressed. You never had to look for anyone!! Special thanks to Valentina. Our room, 305, had a balcony with 2 chairs/table. The pillows and linens were high quality & the bed was so comfortable. Huge closet space in wall, safe, 2 night stands, desk & chair, & a small table & chair. Great Wi-Fi! Bathroom mirror was a huge make up mirror! Walk-in shower, hand held attachment & a rain forest overhead. Big fluffy towels. The included breakfast was set up in a 'ball room' with waiters, linens, china and silverware. Hot eggs, bacon, sausages; cold meat/bread/jams/veggie/cheese bar; fruit bar; packaged gluten-free items; 8-9 different types of pastries, croissants, yogurt, cereals, freshest orange juice and 2 coffee machines that made 8 different coffees. We stayed 3 nights and found so much to do and see because of the location-it is 'perfection' in a word! Do yourself a favor and don't just look - just book! Ten stars!!!

We have just returned from our stay in the Sapphire suite at Eterea Charming Suites and we had the best time. The room was very large and clean. We had a massive balcony with a private hot tub and amazing views of Sorrento. We didn't pay for it but received a complimentary breakfast pretty much daily along with a coffee machine with coffee pods, water, juice, ham and cheese etc which were great. We were greeted by Peppone at the check in who drove us up to the accommodation in his private shuttle bus. The road leading up was very narrow so they offered free shuttles up and down the road throughout the day which was great. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting more of a private stay close to the centre of Sorrento which is a great base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Peppe also offered excursions which we booked a day trip to Capri and another to Positano and Amalfi as this worked out cheaper than us getting there ourselves via the ferry. He also drive us directly to the train station on our last day after checking out which was very helpful! Thanks again for a great stay and our gift of a mini limoncello and chocolates!

L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation, à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Sorrento et très tranquille à la nuit. L'hôtel dispose d'une magnifique piscine et d'un bar à côté de la piscine pour se réfrigérer après la visite. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le repas est possible sur la terrasse extérieure parmi les arbres de citrons. Je pense que les voyages à l'hôtel étaient les meilleurs parce que vous aviez pris la main et quitté l'hôtel. La seule façon d'améliorer le service serait de recommander plus de places à manger à Sorrento et autour de Sorrento... nous avons trouvé quelques endroits incroyables mais nous aurions pu les manquer si facilement.

La chambre était belle, mais il y avait une ou deux choses qui manquaient par exemple, il n'y avait pas de miroir dans la chambre, il n'y avait pas de verre d'eau ou de réceptacle pour l'eau, sauf les coupes de papier mentionnées ci-dessous. Les serviettes étaient de mauvaise qualité avec peu d'absorption. Nous devions avoir des serviettes propres tous les jours, mais un jour nous n'avons pas reçu de serviettes. Les coupes de papier qui ont été fournis n'ont jamais été remplacées malgré la demande de nouvelles. Les couches de papier ne peuvent durer 4 jours, surtout quand elles ont échoué ! Le lit n'a pas été fait pendant 2 jours.

Just stayed here with my 17 year-old daughter for 4 nights. We only booked the week before so were lucky to find somewhere to stay in Sorrento in July! What a gem this hotel is. It’s a small hotel, very Italian and the staff are wonderful. Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. It had a huge window looking out to sea and a balcony too. Air con was brilliant and much needed with the heatwave currently. The hotel has a free, regular bus into Sorrento which only takes ten minutes and it runs until late at night. The pool is beautiful and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and as much as you want. We were B&B but we did eat in the hotel restaurant on two evenings and the food was superb. We cannot wait to go back!!

Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Location is nicely located just outside the busy centre of Sorrento. Our favorite caffe bar was at 14 min walking distance. The pool is nice and clean. I would stay again at this place.

Took my dad on a trip to Italy for his birthday and the first night of our stay couldn't have gone better here. Margrita was so welcoming and friendly, offering us a glass of juice or water upon arrival. She then gave us a plethora of different croissants to choose for as part of the breakfast. There was a classic course of buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes, then a flavoured croissant, and a plate of fresh fruit. The other people staying there said it was the best breakfast ever, and to be honest, I agree. The rooms were incredibly tidy and neat, complete with a fridge to store water for enduring the heat (air con worked a treat, and there were also complimentary water bottles on our first night). The views from the little balconys in the common areas were beautiful overlooking the lemon trees. The location was great, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for us as we were out of the hustle and bustle. And about a 10 minute walk from the station when we arrived. All in all 10/10 honestly, and I don't usually leave reviews but felt the need to do this place and margrita justice! 😊

Hôtel situé dans un cadre magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire Des infrastructures dignes d’une certaine époque... A croire que le temps s’est arrêté aux années 1975. Le confort des chambres est strict et limité au juste nécessaire... Un écran de télévision de 40x40cm figé dans un coin de la chambre spacieuse, pas de prise électrique en excès (une dans la salle de bains et une double prise avec le téléviseur). Le bouquet est la cabine de douche ! Exiguë !!! Pas de quoi féliciter le tour opératif « voyageprivée » pour cette sélection ...

l'hôtel IL Nido est une très bonne adresse sur Sorrente. Une vue à couper le souffle : prendre son petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face au Vésuve et à la baie de Sorrente : La dolce vita.....au calme au milieu des oliviers et orangers et proche de la ville : une navette gratuite AR toute les heures. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux ( jus d'oranges frais), sucré, salé, viennoiseries). diner sympa sur la terrasse. chambre confortable, bonne literie lit king size, air conditionné, solarium. Patron très agréable, parle français et renseigne facilement. Situation idéale pour tout faire sans louer de voiture. La navette aéroport facile ( bus Curreri à la sortie du terminal des arrivées 10 euros et 1 heure). bus pour la côte amalfitaine et nombreuse liaisons bateau depuis le port (Capri, Procida, Ischia). Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un très bon rapport qualité prix, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous reviendrons.....

Noticed that this place didn’t have a single 2020 review so wanted to share my experience from end of Aug. 2020 (4 night stay, couple). Summary: nice place, great location, good staff, but a lot of surprises which can leave a bitter taste. Perfect for a 2 night stay, beyond that it goes a bit downhill (cleaning). Also, avoid room 3, the other rooms are much better (better decor, newer AC, newer TV...). Location: excellent, walking distance from everything BUT please note as other reviews have flagged that the ‘hotel’ is in the third floor and there’s no lift (Photo of stairs attached, you’d go up 6 of these). Staff: friendly, they work hard to make sure you have a pleasant stay, even if when they are not actually around. They went out of their way and gave us a new room after a cleaning ‘misunderstanding’ (that’s when we moved from room 3!) Hotel: nice modern decor (unless you get room 3 which is dated) but be prepared this is really more of an Airbnb, here’s why: (1) No ones there most of the time. Staff are around 7:00-12:00 to make ‘breakfast’ and supervise cleaning, the rest of the time you’re on your own (even for check-in). (2) There are a many details / caveats which were not communicated in advance and can be a surprise when you stumble on them... - Breakfast buffet: cancelled due to COVID. You now get a tray with warmed croissants, a yogurt and a tea/coffee/chocolate (shame but I get it..) - Cleaning: only done once every 2 days, does NOT include a change of bed linen. We got back after a long, exhausting hot day in Positano and found the bed hadn’t been cleaned after 2 days... (turns out fresh linen is an EXTRA €20, no matter how long your stay). Also I have my reservations about the ‘cleaning’ thoroughness in general. - Towels: same as cleaning, only changed once every 2 days. If you want a fresh towel sooner EXTRA €20. If they forget to change your towel, you’re in trouble as there’s no one around. - Hot water: each room has a 30L boiler (photo). If you take a medium/long shower, prepare to be cold or have to wait for hot water to heat up again. Same issue if two people want to take consecutive showers. Not terrible but not ideal. - Everything is locked, so if you run out of shampoo don’t expect to get any until the next day (there’s a supermarket 5mins walk though) Advice to hotel: if you want to up your game and be a place for longer stays then cleaning is the place to start. Introduce daily cleaning (proper cleaning where my suitcase actually gets picked up and cleaned under, where the room is really tidied and made to feel fresh, and where things like the remote control are properly disinfected), fresh towels daily, fresh bed linens on request (but FREE) and be upfront with anything that isn’t included as standard. Also, would be cool to have the option of someone being there at check-in (e.g. customer picks a 1h slot) to ‘introduce’ the room, help with luggage and make this a more welcoming experience. Our family of 4 had two rooms for a few days in august here. Luigi and his team met us in the square to walk us to the hotel (no cars on the narrow walking streets in front of hotel).. Luigi gives you his cell phone to text him with any questions or problems. He was very warm and welcoming and offered great suggestions for restaurants etc. The smallish rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly super clean. Both our rooms were two stories so you must be able to climb narrow stairs. The breakfast was lovely with homemade pastries! But the absolutely best thing was the location: smack in the middle of the Sorrento old city with all the shops, restaurants, bars, gelato places, etc. right outside your door, literally. Highly highly recommend this affordable family run gem.

Camping très bien placé dans les hauteurs de sorrento. A seulement 20 minutes à pied ou navette pour 1€50. La vue est incroyable sur le golfe de naples avec une vue directe sur le vesuve. Les cottages pour 2 sont très propres et ne pas hésiter à demander une ou deux couvertures de plus pour les nuits fraîches. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le personnel très amical, accueillant. Le personnel de l accueil nuit et jour est vraiment à l écoute et vraiment agréable et sympathique. Même le personnel de l entretien est super et nous remercions le monsieur qui nous a gentiment conseillé d aller visiter le bagno della reigna reginata. On conseille, ce camping est extraordinaire !
