La habitación que nos dieron era para 4 pers y habiamos reservado para 2, era muy grande, antigua y pico armoniosa, arreglada sin tener en cuenta detalles y desprolija. La caja fuerte no andaba. El baño muy chico y tenía muebles antiguos. El teléfono no andaba y los veladores de la habitación tampoco. El servicio de conserjería muy limitado y el desayuno pésimo. Buena la cochera.

Les installations nouvelles et propres, depuis le hall d'accès, l'ascenseur et la chambre. La réception très bonne, la récupération comme une évaluation très positive que ceux qui m'ont reçu ont fait des changements de la dernière minute que vous pouviez, pour faire encore mieux mon séjour. En ce qui concerne le service, j'ai noté qu'ils n'avaient pas de lit (je suggère que vous le dites sur les sites au moment de l'offre) et au petit-déjeuner qui sort un double de la moyenne de tout bar à un quart à l'hôtel, L'offre est faible par rapport à la gastronomie, mais courtoise dans l'attention.

Loved this hotel - 6 stars! The staff was amazing, helpful in every way. There is a Dolar Blue money exchange right next door. The location was perfect and in a good location. Our room overlooked the Recoleta Cemetery. An entire block of outdoor restaurants were just around the corner, a mall is across the street, the Hop On Hop Off bus stop is walking distance, the park with Sunday fair is also very close. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., so our room wasn't ready (which we expected), but they have a shower and changing room adjacent to their exercise room that we were able to use. We stayed two nights, then flew to the interior for 12 days of hiking, then returned to this hotel. They kept a piece of non-hiking luggage in storage for us for the 12 days at no cost. We would definitely stay here again.

Le centre de Palermo Soho est un hôtel moderne, situé dans la bonne zone de Palermo Soho. La chambre est très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner est servi sur le haut de la ville avec vue sur la ville à l'autre côté de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est meilleur que la plupart des hôtels que j'ai séjourné en Argentine pendant cette voyage. La salle de bain est très moderne et tout est fonctionnel. La prochaine fois que je serai à Buenos Aires, je ne ferai aucune question de choisir cet hôtel.

From the moment we arrived, Natalia was so accommodating. We arrived mid morning after a long flight. She offered us refreshments and a place to put our luggage. By noon, our room was ready. Throughout our stay, Natalia and the rest of the staff offered us restaurant ideas, arranged a great tango show and helped us with taxis. Our room, while in the front of the property, was quiet and very large. I will definitely staff here next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Il y a aussi une télévision à écran 50”. Air conditionné. Caisse de dépôt. La salle de bain est bien équipée et spacieuse. Plusieurs plutoniums disponibles dans la chambre (tenez à l'esprit que l'Argentine utilise 220V)

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostel, la habitacion que nos toco no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y una tecla que accionaba algo parecido a un extractor, habitacion muuuuy caliente, el baño no tiene siquiera una mampara para la ducha por lo que luego de bañ**** si o si hay que pasar un secapiso y llevar el agua hacia la rejilla de desague, el baño tenia una perdida de agua constante por lo que el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo. Televisor de tubo con video cable, el check out es ANTES DE LAS 10 AM, aclarado en un cartel en la recepcion y tambien en la habitacion. Hay que dejar la llave en recepcion al salir del edificio y solicitarla nuevamente al ingresar. Ubicacion buena, a unas cuadras del obelisco pero ubicado al lado de un ”bar del metal”.

J'ai eu assez de chance de voyager dans le monde et parfois assez de chance de rester aux meilleurs hôtels qu'une ville pourrait offrir, mais aucun hôtel n'est comparé à L'Hotel Palermo. Le personnel, chaud et toujours professionnel, est allé à de grandes longueurs pour assurer mon séjour était une expérience de premier niveau et au-delà. J'ai reçu un adaptateur électrique très nécessaire, un masque de remplacement Covid, une lampe de lecture plus efficace pour mes yeux défaillants, des directions autour de la ville où le meilleur magasin de poterie pourrait être trouvé et le meilleur cuisinier, le centre d'essai Covid le plus proche, Et quand j'ai demandé une pencil, Martin a commandé une sur Amazon. Comment ça? Maintenant pour l'hôtel lui-même... La piscine est céleste! On pouvait baisser au soleil, entouré de l'odeur de gazon avec des bouteilles glissant au-dessus des murs d'Ivy. Les chaises confortables, les piles de serviettes, l'eau potable froide est disponible et la piscine, bien que la taille olympique n'était pas parfaite pour mes besoins. Le petit déjeuner complimentaire est moyencré au mieux, donc il n'y avait pas d'attente ce qui était - si jamais - mais la variété et la qualité du petit déjeuner L' Hotel Palermo est quelque chose de spécial. Les spectacles de la ville sont très bien connus, les spectacles de la ville sont très bien connus. Les chambres étaient sans place, le lit était lusseux et confortable et la forte pression de l'eau de la douche était une joie pour ce long New Yorker. En outre, le district de Palermo (galore des magasins et des restaurants) et l'âme des Argentins m'ont aimé rester, mais toutes les bonnes choses doivent finir. J'ai écrit cette révision sur mon retour vol à la maison, qui me sent satisfait d'un cœur rempli de bonnes mémoires. Leur professionnalisme et la grâce combinés ont fait rejuvener ce voyageur fatigué. Une chose supplémentaire - l'hôtel et la piscine sont plus impressionnants en personne. Les photos du site, cependant, ne capturent pas la magie et la beauté de l'hôtel L'Palermo. Recommandé ! (évidemment).

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits pendant la pandémie du virus Corona. Ils étaient si utiles quand nous essayions d'organiser pour rentrer chez nous. Pas de problème de plus de séjour, pas de problème d'avoir un check-out plus tard. Grand petit déjeuner, belles chambres spacieuses, lit de taille roi. Nous reviendrons.

La location est réussie, tout est proche, et ce qui n'est pas proche - sur le transport ou taxi pour un petit prix. (pour le commerce est nécessaire, ou le prochain conducteur de taxi sera plus coopératif) Toutes les boutiques, restaurants, rue à pied Florida. Le parc de change est le même. Dans 10-12 min. terminal de marche de où les ferries sont envoyées à l'Uruguay. La chambre elle-même est grande, double, avec balcon et fenêtres panoramiques, étonnantes matins et soirées. (au 37ème étage) Mais très poussières. Bosic ne regarde pas. Nous avons quitté le pays pendant quelques jours et, en regardant d'autres hôtels autour de la ville, nous avons décidé de revenir ici parce que, sauf la poussière, tout était bien. Internet est bon, les plats minimaux, mais nous avons assez. Le gestionnaire a répondu que le gestionnaire avait demandé 2 serviettes supplémentaires pour la piscine, mais pour 10 $, très non visionnaire de son côté. Sinon, c'est normal.

Le personnel est assez sympathique. Nous avons été très déçus lorsque nous avons demandé plus de papier hygiénique. Nous venions de rentrer d'une soirée et avons remarqué que lorsque la chambre était faite, le papier hygiénique n'était pas remplacé et nous manquions de papier absorbant. Nous avons appelé la réception pour demander deux rôles de mouchoirs et on nous a dit que nous n'avions droit qu'à un seul rôle par jour (on ne nous avait donné aucun mouchoir ce jour-là). J'ai rencontré le membre du personnel à l'ascenseur où on m'a donné un rôle qui était la moitié de la taille d'un rôle complet. L'allocation quotidienne de papier hygiénique est donc de ½ rôle par jour pour deux personnes ? Si on nous avait donné un rôle complet de mouchoirs lorsqu'ils ont préparé la chambre le matin, nous n'aurions pas eu besoin d'en demander plus. Malheureusement, aucun personnel souriant ne peut compenser la petite horde de papier hygiénique. Nous avions deux chambres dans cet hôtel et avons eu deux chambres ici auparavant, donc ce n'était pas la première fois que nous allions dans cet hôtel, mais ce sera la dernière.

Les chambres sont belles, le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel est très utile et gentil. Dans notre chambre, le AC s'est échappé et nous avons dû mettre un toileau en dessous ou le tout le sol serait mouillant humide. Ils nous ont offert une nouvelle chambre mais dans la chambre qu'ils nous ont donné le AC n'a pas été bien cool et il est presque 100 degrés à Buenos Aires en été, aussi, la salle de bains a été inondée quand mon fils a pris un bain. Le Wi-Fi n'est pas fonctionnel. Donc si vous voulez prendre un travail, regardez un Netflix avant de dormir, ou simplement passer par les médias sociaux, va mieux aller au café, car vous n'aurez pas beaucoup à faire ici. Il y a eu une évacuation de puissance pendant quelques minutes et quelqu'un est coincé dans l'ascenseur.

Le meilleur de l'hôtel est sa position, car il est situé dans le quartier complet de Recoleta. Mais l'hôtel lui-même n'a pas répondu à mes attentes, surtout si elle le met en termes de rapport qualité/prix. L'infrastructure de l'hôtel est assez fondamentale, les espaces communs sont très petits, leurs corridors et surtout les ascenseurs qui sont super angoisses. La chambre est de petite surface (ce qui est tout de même clair dans l'offre du séjour). Quelque chose de bon est la salle de bain, qui est confortable. La nettoyage est une chose à souligner, tout est très propre. Le petit déjeuner est assez vaste dans votre offre de nourriture, mais il n'est pas de qualité, je insiste, surtout si vous le mettez en relation prix/qualité du séjour.

Placards cómodos y con caja de seguridad para guardar cómodamente tu laptop. Baños impecables. Menu de toallas. Pedi tu bata para ir al spa o piscina. Deco minimalista y elegante. Cuadros originales y de alto impacto. Desayuno Buffett. Restó para almorzar de lunes a viernes buffett o a la carta. Cenas y almuerzos de fin de semana únicamente a la carta. Piscina cubiera, gimnasio y spa. Salones de distintas dimensiones para variados tipos de eventos. Pero mejor que contarlo es disfrutarlo!!!! Habitación favorita #823 Ya Quiero volver!!!!

Après avoir séjourné dans un hôtel désastreux, celui ci a sauvé notre séjour. Un très bon accueil par le personnel qui est à l’écoute, des chambres irréprochables question propreté et espace. Et pour couronner le tout, une vue imprenable sur l’obélisque depuis le toit de l’hôtel. Juste pensez à bien réserver votre place au bar qui compte une participation de 1000 pesos, nous ne l’avons su qu’au moment où nous voulions y accéder.

I assign a relatively low rating for the overall experience due to two factors: 1. A very poor breakfast and 2. A front desk experience that was less than satisfactory, mainly because two out of three of the staff were young and inexperienced—and most of the issues I experienced were due to a single, young lady, who would benefit from additional customer training. On 1, the quality of items was unsatisfactory—the orange juice was not a juice at all but some sugary, orange flavored drink; the cut fruit was mushy pieces of melon and orange, and kiwis (on one day). The scrambled egg was tough. The yogurt was full of sweeteners and artificial flavors. The cake and danishes were stale. On 2, I asked for a receipt for the hotel bill, which I had paid in cash and was told that I could have an email copy later but would have to wait to get a printed receipt at checkout as the system was difficult to work with. In order to ensure that I had a receipt for a cash payment I agreed to wait. With time running out for an international flight to catch, I waited patiently for some time (close to ten minutes) as the desk lady took the time to serve other customers—asking about tours and the like. Finally, I asked about the receipt again and was given a rude answer. I asked for the manager and was told that none was available, and I would just have to wait if I needed a hard copy of my receipt. Eventually, a receipt was printed for me but it was just an invoice and I had to then ask for another iteration showing a cash payment.

La région est ma préférée à Buenos Aires, car il n'y a pas autant de trafic que d'autres. Il est vraiment agréable de marcher à Palermo et d'arrêter dans les différents restaurants, cafés et bars. Je recommande vivement de rester à Palermitano.

La habitación que nos dieron era para 4 pers y habiamos reservado para 2, era muy grande, antigua y pico armoniosa, arreglada sin tener en cuenta detalles y desprolija. La caja fuerte no andaba. El baño muy chico y tenía muebles antiguos. El teléfono no andaba y los veladores de la habitación tampoco. El servicio de conserjería muy limitado y el desayuno pésimo. Buena la cochera.

La chambre n'est pas grande, pas de problème pour une ou deux personnes. Bon emplacement, 630 pesos de l'aéroport peuvent être envoyés directement à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner peut manger une variété de pain argentin. Le personnel parlait bien anglais et la fille BABRIELA à la réception était chaleureuse et sympathique.

One of the poorest experiences in a so-called Luxury Property I’ve ever had. And I have had plenty, I hold status with various Hotel Chains, Titanium Elite with Marriott amongst others. We were returning to Uruguay From Buenos Aires and were needing a 1 night stay in the Campana Area to have a good Night Rest and maybe some Spa Time. Since none of our preferred Hotel Chains had a local presence I decided to explore one of my minor Loyalty Programs, Accor. That’s how we came to know this Sofitel Property. Once arrived at the locations my wife and I were a bit confused. The Setting was not very Hotel like. At the gate we found out that we were entering a gated community. This was not mentioned on the Accor website. If I had known that I would not have stayed there. I’ve nothing against it but I’m familiar with the urban and natural design of these areas and It’s not my cup of tea if on Holiday. Anyway, once at the gate we had to wait for several minutes to get access even after providing ou ID’s to the security guards. They would not let us through until the property confirmed that we were on the reservation list. Once the Hotel finally confirmed we were asked to open our trunk for inspection before accessing the community. This was a very hostile situation. I’ve had better experiences with TSA. At check-in I expressed my discontent with the front desk employee who did not address the issue nor offered any kind of apology. I’m just starting to assume things are done this way at this hotel, a little less Hospitality and little more rudeness. After the check-in process was fulfilled credit card swiped forms filled out we were “reminded” that check-out was at Noon sharp and that we would not be welcome to stay at the premises afterwards. ***, really? No lunch?, No visit to the garden? No possibility to leave luggage until the afternoon for a quick visit to the city nearby? No, you are requested to LEAVE at noon. Well, that was it for us. We no longer felt welcome there. We decided to get some work done and have dinner before going to bed and leave the next morning right after Breakfast. The room was good. Although, I had requested and paid for a King Size bed, we were given two twin beds instead. It’s spacious with a modern design. The TV is rather small considering the size of the room. The Bath Room is comfortable, it has a separate walk in shower and bath tub. There’s also a nice and spacious balcony without comfortable furniture. That is not a big issue as you don’t want to stay there too long. There’s a highway nearby and after a few minutes the sound off traffic gets on your nerves. We ordered Simple room service dishes. Steak with mashed potatoes and a Burger with fries. Steak was acceptable served a bit cold though. Burger was not very good. Bun was to dry and patty overcooked. No sauce hence Superdry experience. What caught my eye was that the room service Menu did not include any clear options for Vegetarians/Vegans and/or persons with Aller

Hôtel appartement de moyenne gamme, très bien situé, qui avait tout pour être chez soi dans cette grande ville. À proximité des transports, excellents petits restaurants. Personnel charmant et prêt à aider. J’y retournerai sans faute. Gracias!

Je suis japonais, et je voudrais envoyer un message utile aux Japonais futurs. La position est un peu difficile. Mais elle est située où elle peut quitter la ville immédiatement, donc ne craint pas de se déplacer. Le service est excellent. Attention, il faut une taxe d'hébergement local. La propreté est aussi très fine et peut être propre le lendemain. Il y a de l'eau de lavage, de l'obésité physique, etc., mais pas de lac, il faut le prendre. L'eau est occasionnellement dégradée. Petit-déjeuner jusqu'à 10 heures. Il y a une eau de café dans la chambre, un réfrigérateur sur le bureau, avec deux bouteilles d'eau acide, deux bouteilles, deux bouteilles de bière. Il y a deux bouteilles.

Après avoir accueilli le Congrès Ibis avant la pandémie, je vois qu'il est tombé, car il a perdu quelques traits importants pour le voyageur d'affaires, ainsi que pour le touriste national et étranger. Une perte très importante est qu'ils n'offrent pas d'ordinateurs de bureau, même si ils avaient jusqu'à la pandémie 2. Ils doivent réinstaurer ceci et j'ai fait savoir à la Sub-Géranta, qui a eu une attitude difficile à cet égard. Une autre dépréciation est que vous ne vous proposez pas le journal de papier comme vous le ferez dans la prépandémie, je trouve une mauvaise excuse pour affirmer que j'ai pu contamiter le covid .... La SubGerente affirme que les deux aggravations font partie de la pol (Ibis dans la région, cependant, et je l'ai contesté, dans des pays comme le Brésil continuent à fournir des exemplaires de journaux en papier et il y a des PC dans le lobby ou un corner Internet. Ce qui reste de haute qualité est le petit-déjeuner, avec une grande variété. Le service de bar est également positif.

Pour que vous vouliez vous accueillir à l'hôtel,très bonne chambre que j'ai été,très agréable avec chauffage et air ,confortable et salle de bains sensationnelle ,nouveau et la douche très bonne une cascade , la réceptionniste de l'hôtel Mlle Liz a été extrêmement gentille,puis elle nous a donné de nombreux conseils de restaurant et de manutention pour Buenos Aires.
