The manager of the hotel is very polite. We check out room by 11 am. We are 2 families and our bus was at 6pm eve. We keep your luggage and use aminity like bathroom water etc. We glad that manager was so polite and allow us there at reception with kids and allow us washroom and lukewarm water for kids.

The balcony has a super view , it is almost a top hills place in manali, enter hotel decoration wood design, looking so good, enter hotel room given best price and looking front and back side also so nice maintenance also very good 👍. bed size also big, it's almost very very cool area when I am visit hotel degree 19 °c , blankets are very smooth and very useful for weather.

Hotel hema hotel was good over all. The manager was good, he saved our paid parking near club house. He allowed us to park near his hotel, the place was too small and step to park but yes he did helped us, definitely with a taunt in words. Don't be too frank with the manager, u treat him well, he will treat you not well but still he is good. The hotel rooms are average. Not a second time stay. One time is okay.

Il est très bon hôtel. La situation est bonne. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très ami et très supportif. Ils ont fait en sorte que notre séjour était bon et nous n'avons pas rencontré de problème. It was a 4 day stay for us and we can say the experience was pretty amazing. 1. A comparatively spacious room with a beautiful view from the balcony. 2. Wooden flooring and architecture with vintage vibes. 3. 24×7 room service from well mannered staff 4. delicious food with a variety of options and good quantity and quality. 5. old Manali, mall road, Hidimba temple and Manu temple at walking distance. 6. special shout out to the property manager, who was cooperative, quick and recommended some nice places to us.

The experience was great but the last 2 Days were really hectic as the planning in regards with power back up was not upto the mark. I understand that its a place where weather conditions cannot be predicted but having sufficient power back up and a 2nd source of water is must. The night before the C/O and The day of check out there was no water in the Hotel/ Hostel which lead to facing a lot of difficulty. The food is great vibe is awesome as it should be facilities are almost available. The staff is helpful to some point their contacts are of great help. Cleaning part it felt that the bed sheets and pillow covers are not replaced its just dusted and used again.

The hotel was good, staff were cooperative, location is also ok. One thing I did not like is that the time for check in was 12 pm and we reached at 1pm, still the room was not ready for check in and we waited for more than 1hour to get into the room.Secondly I did not like the food.Thank you.

I haven't found the option on mmt that if i didn't like the hotel then can i change the hotel or no. Actually this is my second stay in this hotel. First time experience was really good. So i booked this hotel for the second time. But what happened is they didn't received my booking and hotel hot full. We checked in late night. But something they arranged in other near by hotel (only after lot of arguments. Food was average. Last time it was much better. But still for the price they are offering it is worth because of its view from balcony and its wooden made rooms.

The hotel rooms are good and its well connected to mall road, only issue which i faced is the exhaust fan of washroom is operated by room service it doesn't have switch for it in room, if you are travel-ling with toddler be prepared in advance for food or milk they don't provide room service after 10pm and for getting hotwater for bathing and handwash you need to keep water running for 5 mins to get hot water (so much wastage) of fresh water, food is excellent you won't find food like them in whole manali.

stay was awesome and food also good & tasty. and specially thanks to Mr. Bobo and receptionist gir in don't know her name but .both have very good behaviour and they was very helpful. only I have 2 point just for suggestion you have to foucused on maintenance in the room coz door manual lock is too hard & AC was not working and I called in night 2 time on reception but no one come to fix this issue. overall everything was awesome with Hill River Resort . thankyou

We stayed here for 3 days. It was a memorable experience. The staff ( Mr Aakash and Mr Tenzing) was very gentle,polite and hospitable. The owner (Mr Ansul) was very kind and generous. I must recommend this hotel. Nicely located. Rooms were neat and clean. Did bon fire too. 💯/💯

Under Renovation, not pleasant stay. I booked for 4 nights. First day they did not give me luxury room which I booked, instead they provided small room, for this room main door key is not working, Whenever we go out, we have to go to reception to unlock our door. When I argued, they gave arrogant answer. With wife and 6 yr kid this is pathetic. Next day they gave good room , but again lot of dust on bed and blankets and inside room . We have to ask repeatedly yo change blankets. Complimentary breakfast - Whenever we have the oil items like puri , bread omelette and parahta, we had food poisoning and diarrhea and vomiting. Also the approach roads are narrow and opposite to Hidimba Devi Temple, due to this lot of trafiic and takes lot of time to reach hotel. Also they said they will have DJ , bonfire and buffet dinner on 31-Dec, but nothing was arranged. We have to go outside with family for NY celebration. Only good thing is very good mountain view from room balcony. Most of the Staff are good & helpful but the hotel is not managed and maintained properly. I suggest till they complete renovation, better avoid this hotel.
