Greetings from Rick and Renee. Clean, safe and comfortable. Those words really do describe this place. Many of our guest reviews mention how clean the place was when they arrived. We work hard at it. Your comfort and our wish that you have that "feels like home" experience is also a big focus our ours. So, we've made sure that the beds are as comfortable as possible with beautiful comforters and blankets, quality high thread count sheets, quality mattress pads and 6 pillows on the king and queen beds. Our high quality Sealy and Beautyrest mattresses are newer and very comfortable. Both the king and queen bedrooms are of ample size. You won't need to step over anything in our bedrooms during your stay. There are plenty of places to stash things. The king bedroom has two full closets. All bedrooms have black out window curtains. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed and a full size closet.The kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and all the tools you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal or simply pop some corn for a movie. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. There is a microwave of course, an electric kettle, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. We provide Folger's dark roast type coffee with filters, non-dairy creamer and sweatners. There is a coffee grinder there if you want to bring your own beans.Settle into the living room to enjoy a movie on the 65 in SMART TV. There is also a 42 inch TV in the king bedroom. There is a comfortable sectional couch, recliner chair and a reading chair with ottoman in the living room. All three are awesome choices for grabbing a good book, a throw and a pillow or two to enjoy some well deserved me time. There is a full bath upstairs where all of the bedrooms are and it has a shower (with shower wand) over tub and high rise elongated toilet. There is a vanity with a sink and a plate glass mirror. Kirkland brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. High quality extra plush white towels are provided as well. You'll find a hair dryer in the bathroom cabinet. There is a half bath located on the first floor. There is another blow dryer in the cabinet and a first aid kit there as well. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and are high capacity Samsung machines. Laundry detergent, bleach, stain remover and dryer sheets are provided. There is a iron, ironing board and folding table next to the washer and dryer. If needed, you'll find a pack & play, a high chair and a baby monitor in the basement for the young traveler.Safety is important too. There is a first aid kit in the half bath cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms on the second floor and also in the unfinished basement. The main floor has smoke detectors. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top in the kitchen. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.This unit is on one side of a duplex. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The units are separated by two 2 stall attached garages. You can use the garage to park in if you like. The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block. We have 6 rentals all pretty much in the row. There are two 2 bedroom units, three 3 bedroom units and one 4 bedrooms unit. There are choices. Please be sure to read our reviews.We really want you to enjoy your stay. There is a first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet. There are hardwired smoke/CO2 detectors by the bedrooms and also in the unfinished basement. The fire extinguisher is located in the garage and there is a mini kithen type extinguisher next to the stove top. The exterior garage lights and porch lights go on at dusk automatically and stay on until dawn for your safety and comfort.This unit is on one side of a duplex. The entry door is on the end of the building and the common wall has really good sound insulation. The units are separated by twh 2 stall attached garages. You are welcome to use the garage. The driveway is huge. Guests with boats love it.The location is awesome with only a 1-2 minute drive to Interstate 43 on the east side of Green Bay. Everything is close here, so being close to the belt line is super convenient. Sturgeon Bay, the county seat of Door County is only 45 minutes away. Lambeau Field is just 14 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby. And of course the world famous Uncle Mike's Bakery is at the end of the block.We have 6 rentals all pretty much in the row. Le lieu de cet hôtel, le trafic est bon, il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité, et McDonald's est juste à l'autre côté de la route, je l'aime, l'environnement de l'hôtel est également très clair, le personnel de la cabine est également très gentil, pas de petit déjeuner, le café est gratuit 24 heures de livraison

Il est très confortable, très confortable et confortable. La chambre était très bien équipée, mais elle était très bien équipée. La chambre était propre quand je suis arrivée mais j'ai trouvé un couple de chaussures d'un client précédent derrière le grand fauteuil que j'avais utilisé pour mettre sur mon cas. Il y a beaucoup de parking de voiture. Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le coût de la chambre mais était très décevant. Il est très basique avec très peu de choix et pas de grande qualité. Si vous allez voir un jeu Packers, c'est un bon endroit pour rester et je resterais encore (mais essayez de trouver le petit déjeuner ailleurs).

I wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our  wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards.  Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues.  I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!       Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service  by these two men!
