Très bel hôtel,la chambre spacieuse,lit king size, terrasse vue sur les piscines et la mer.En all exclusive,très bons coktails,la restauration est diversifiée,copieuse et goûteuse 😋les tables sont nappées,serviettes tissus.Le personnel est au petit soin ,toujours un sourire et très disponible, serviable 👍Transats ,lits et parasols à disposition 🌞 Animations dans la journée,cours de cuisine ,de coktails , soirée sur la plage,soirée musicale après dîner,tout ceci ,orchestré par Yassine,le responsable du club Kappa et Cyrill.Merci Yassine pour ton professionnalisme. Vacances mi Mai pour notre anniversaire de mariage...l'hôtel nous a offert une bouteille de prosecco et un plateau de fruits ce qui a été sympa ! parti avec FTI représentant ( Serge) pas présent du tout ni à l'aéroport ni à l'hôtel, on la juste eu au téléphone mais qui est over booké ??? Hôtel 5 étoiles avec 196 chambres sur cinq étages, spacieuses avec vu latéral sur mer. Si vous partez tard dans la journée vous bénéficier encore de votre all inclusive douche à prendre au spas pour les départ Propreté intérieur et extérieur nickel ! Mer juste après les piscines avec beaucoup de place sur les chaises longues ( mois de Mai!!!) Buffet bon !! Assez varié pour le repas de midi et soir. Réception souriante mais ne parle pas le Français ( à part Marie-Lou ) même pas trop l'allemand, sinon c'est l'Anglais mais avec un sacré accent du pays. Personnel restauration, le maître d'hôtel ( personne agé) Patricia, Panayota, ... Sont souriants, avenants, mais alors que d'autres le sont vraiment moins comme le chef de salle qui regarde sont téléphone à l'entrée du restaurant ne vous dit jamais bonjour ou au revoir !! Ce qui sont au bar de la piscine pourrais faire un effort aussi. Il y a trois piscines, une qui est à l'intérieur avec jacuzzi, l'autre assez belle avec un pool bar Un petit bassin pour les enfants bien ombragée. Un jacuzzi extérieur qui ne fonctionne pas. La plage sympas avec du sable mais quand même des cailloux à certains endroits. Vous avez un arrêt de bus qui se trouve à l'entrée de l'hôtel, qui vous emmène à Larnaca 10 mn ou bien à Aya Napa 30 mn destination à faire surtout Nissi beach magnifique plage et le centre ville qui est vraiment bien animé. Animation de l'hôtel est vraiment basique musique de troisième zone qui se fait sur la terrasse principale en concurrence avec L'Hôtel qui se trouve juste à côté on entend parfois même les deux musique en même temps. Sinon c'est tout pour l'animation. L'extérieur du site est éloigné de tout, juste deux mini-market et location de voiture.

My partner and I absolutely love this Hotel. From the moment you enter the reception, to taking your bags to your room, the cleanliness, friendly staff, amazing breakfast that has nothing missing, the closeness of the pool bar, the beach, the amenities, everything. We enjoy staying here for business and for pleasure. It is an all-rounder Hotel that offers everything anyone can desire without the airs and graces of the local pompus Hotels. Je suis basé ici dans l' armée , volé ma femme du Royaume-Uni , je lui donnerais un examen de 10 étoiles si je pouvais , étonnant valeur et personnel heureux , nourriture et boissons raisonnables , le vol de ma femme a été annulé et ils nous laissent rester à côté de la piscine adorable et nous avons donné des serviettes gratuites et fait tout le stress d' un vol annulé qui va partir , déf sera bientôt retourné

Comme je suis déjà membre d'Accor, j'ai réservé le Mercure Larnaca Beach Resort. Mes attentes ont été largement dépassées. L'hôtel a été ouvert récemment et tout est complètement nouveau et propre! Le personnel est très énergique, amical et compétent. Pour parler, Denis est à la réception, super amical et professionnel. Dans la cuisine Valentina est un rêve! Je voudrais également mentionner le serveur avec les cheveux sombres plus longs - amical, toujours ouvert à une conversation. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel est le meilleur! La position de l'hôtel est à environ 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Larnaca. Il est situé directement sur la plage avec une belle piscine polonaise. Nous avons eu des chambres 404, très modernes et de la taille une chambre standard normale. Nous avons mangé 3 fois dans l'hôtel pour la nuit - il était excellent et très adorable. Il y a quelques restaurants et cafés autour de l'hôtel. Un supermarché est à 2 minutes de l'hôtel. Je peux recommander l'hôtel et je reviendrai sûrement en été. 10 points sur 10 - donc les vacances sont amusantes.
