It was a fantastic stay, I would stay. I had checked-in little late on Thursday ***** with my colleague since we had to finish our work in the office. We were allocated room in less than 10 minutes. The room was so clean and so as the restroom which had shower cap, couple of dental kits, couple of soaps, shampoo, moisturiser, water bottles(Kinley). Room has MI LED with remote, SCV cable connection, Vestar AC with remote, Cupboards, beautiful balcony etc., Coming to the property as a whole, it has beach and if you wake up early, you can see crane, crabs and most sun rise. You get complimentary breakfast ***** with your room stay (on select packages) which is so good. Loved egg omelette, bread toast, Pongal, Vada, sambar, idli etc., Coffee alone could been better. You have kids play area, log swing, net swing etc., Property is strategically located and is closely located to VGP Golden Beach, VGP Marine Kingdom, VGP Snow Kingdom and is close to Muttukaadu, Crocodile Park, Mahabalipuram etc., You’ll surely love the stay :)

As the name suggests, it’s a decent hotel for quick travellers, who don’t expect much. But sometimes, basic expectations are disappointing as well. The rooms are sufficient, with the basic of basic needs met. A shower, twin beds, a washroom, locker, mini fridge and a basin is all that is there. Yes some rooms have a work table as well. The concerns start outside the room, lack of AC in the dining area, non operational lifts, blocked sinks, non operational ac in the room, an entrance which does not have a canopy, etc are the things I have seen in a 3 night stay. The staff is relatively inexperienced and try to handle the situation, but can get annoying at times.

The checkin experience was smooth and the staff was very cooperative. The complimentary breakfast was better than some restaurants even, and even if we missed the timing on the first day, they gave us a plate after some time. Every appliance worked great, and the smart tv was one of the best things in the room. The wifi was a little slow. Nothing negative to write about other than the location being a little hard to understand for the locals, but that's also one of the good things about this hotel.

Très bon accueil à l'indienne: étole blanche et jus de pastèque frais. Ambiance claire et très classe. Chambre 706 très spacieuse et propre, literie très confortable mais pas de coffre et, ce semble être souvent le cas, une seule table de nuit! pas pratique...on fait quoi des lunettes, portefeuille, passeport, etc...? Salle de bain de taille correcte mais juste 1 set de 2 serviettes...ça fait un peu radin pour un 4*! Par contre, l'insonorisation est un peu limite, exemple: de notre chambre nous entendions plutôt bien les mouvements incessants de l'ascenseur... Accès wifi très correct avec un maximum de 3 appareils par chambre. Restauration fine et variée dans une salle spacieuse et conviviale. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié mais leur Massala tea reste assez moyen.

The stay was best. Our previous hotel was cancelled due to some app technical issue. In rush we booked Al Noor palace. We were traveling with family booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms here our not so spacious but the in room amenities, ac , tv, cleaning everything was perfectly managed and maintained. The staff was so polite, Mr. Rehman and night staff, the housekeeping, the restaurant person everyone was so helpful. Only one suggestion just try to increase the staff in breakfast timings. Rest We all loved the place and definitely would recommend to our friends and also would come again whenever we visit Chennai. Thanks all for this wonderful stay. Keep up the good work.

Je voulais donner une mauvaise critique, mais comparé à l'hôtel où j'ai séjourné le lendemain, celui-ci est bien meilleur, alors soyez indulgents. La décoration de l'hôtel est très ancienne, les chambres sont moyennes, les draps ne sont pas propres, il y a des traces d'écume, de poils et de coups. Cela peut être un problème courant dans les hôtels indiens. Tant que les draps ne sont pas sales, ils ne sont évidemment pas changés. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est correct, avec sept ou huit options de restauration. Le prix de plus de 300 yuans, peut vivre dans un bon hôtel dans le pays.

Location: The hotel is within walking distance (600Mts) from the Chennai Railway Station. A bit inside a lane, but not so difficult to locate it. Staff: They were very professional, gentle and courteous. Explaining each and every thing very transparently. The Receptionist especially Mr. Balu was just really very impressive. They were concerned about if the TV is running, its volume is satisfactory. More over it was IPL and initially, IPL was not coming in my room TV. Later, they arranged it. I was overhelmed. Food: They do not have any restaurant with in the premises. Since, there are lot many around this hotel, you can order food in the room. They will serve you without any extra cost. They have tied with two restaurants. Menu is also provided inside the room. The food is good. Cleanliness: I have no words to explain, it is just professional and very clean. Not only the room, but the entire hotel, the lobby area, the stairs, the reception area, entire hotel is kept at its best. Room: We booked one AC double deluxe room for two days. The room is having all the required day to day facilities. They even provided my shaving kit. It was very cozy and ambient.

Rude,uncourteous and robbing attitude of staffs abd management of an international organization was shocking. I booked for 10 days in the first week of May, for the dates,May 27th to June 5th, but I chkd in on 26th itself a standard AC room for 2 adults, at the time of direct phone call booking the tariff I was told was INR 2476, inclusive of GST and complimentary breakfast for 2...while checking in on May 26th, I was told by the female front desk incharge that 8 had to pay first for 2 days and then pay the rest in incriments for my 10 days stay,I wasasked to pay INR 2594 per day, when I asked why change she literally slapped a tariff card in front of my face. I paid INR 5188,on 27th ,there was another manager to whom I paid for the next 4 days till May 31st, he charged INR w500 per day, I asked why the change he said something like its like that it will decrease after initial payment, but didn't give me any details. On May 30th I said, to the same male front desk manager I will pay the balance 4 days till 5th,he said there will be a tariff change and he can help me to have a late check out if I pay on June 1st, when I asked what does he means by tariff change, he said some unclear technical margon about chk out chk in tining etc. On June 1st, when I went to pay the female staff was there, she asked me to pay a balance of Rs 200 for the previous 6 days I asked her to show me the invoice and made her do a tariff calculation, that's when I was told the first day of stay all guests are charged INR 100 as club associations fee and rest of the days,INR2476, so I was akteady charged INR 214 excess, then she apologized and said since today on June 1st it will be considered a new check in ,,I had to pay for the breakfast INR 200 per head, I said I won't as I am going to continue my stay, then she reluctantly Saud ok pay for one person, I said NO , I don't want any adjustments for late check out, and I will pay right wlaway for the next 4 days. Then came the shocker, she said rhe room tariff for 1 day now isINR 3900, I asked how cone they hiked 50% in one night and without information and also I hooked for 10 days when the tariff was 2476, the management refused to budge In the end I refused to pay 3900 for June 1st and paid the old tariff a d checked out and was fortunate enough to find a better place with much better tariff nearby. They don't keep enough water bottles,nor do they clean impeccably, no room service, breakfast is decent,property is good,for public transport but rooms are old and just one plug point

Perfect location to stay who has to visit for visa stamping. Below are the few concern which we observed during our visit 1. Fan regulator is missing 2. Ac remote not working(need to control manually) 3. If we want to connect mobile charging while sleeping the port for charging is missing 4. Bathroom flush is too slow the above points don't impact but it matters for few people.

Overall stay was good. Location was awesome just walk from goverment estate metro straight into hotel gate using subway and all visa offices are just 10 minutes ride from here. Additionally marina is just 15 min drive for a little relax. Restaurents and shops are walkable distance. There was a bar attached which has good choice of beers and dishes. A small restaurent attached with limited menu. Taste was ok. No bad. Staffs are highly helpful. Cons: a old building needs renovation lift was super slow and making noise, ac was super old but good cooling effect, you can't view temp are adjust. Common pathways are smelly, and full of north indian workers roaming all over. You can stay for a day with no issues specially if you are coming for vfs global visa or us visa services.

The stay is super friendly and the staffs are good. The only issue i felt is check out time it would have been better if the check out time is 12 pm would definitely say it was a pleasant stay and a good place to sleep. Would also recommend

La location est proche de la plage. Nous avons seulement souffert de l'approvisionnement en eau chaude. Il n'y avait pas d'approvisionnement en eau chaude tout au long de notre séjour dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner complémentaire n'était pas très bon. Mais quand il s'agit de sécurité et de confidentialité, il est bon endroit pour choisir.
