Le personnel est juste grand. Ils étaient si utiles!! Le lieu est budget-amical. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre-ville mais il y a une gare d'autobus si près de l'hôtel. Vous pouvez facilement aller au centre-ville sans transfert. Si vous voulez marcher, il faut 30 minutes pour aller au centre-ville en marchant.

The hotel is in a great location – close to the city centre for exploring and close to the train station. The room was spacious and very clean. It was well equipped with toiletries and towels. The bed was very comfortable. Mini bar is equipped with wine from their own winery. I really liked the separate private bathroom and toilet. 24-hour front desk and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice breakfast.

My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!

Nous sommes venus avec 5 amis, nous avons eu un dortoir à nous tout seuls. Les espaces communs sont à l'extérieur du dortoir (douches & WC). Les lits sont confortables et l'ensemble était propre. Néanmoins, il y avait une chambre très bruyante à côté de la notre et je ne pense pas qu'une femme seule dans un dortoir avec des inconnus soit très safe. À part cela, le personnel est très à l'écoute, il y a une bagagerie, une petit cuisine et une laverie dans les espaces communs. Nous avons payé 20€ pour 1 nuit.

La location et le personnel n'auraient pas pu être meilleurs. Elle sera là encore. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et le parc à côté de la porte était un grand endroit pour jouer. Je n'ai pas compris que le parking de rue n'était pas pour une nuit, de sorte qu'il devait être clair pour les futurs invités.
