There was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.

La chambre est petite mais bien équipée. Il peut accueillir deux adultes et un enfant. Le prix est un peu cher pour faciliter le vol du lendemain, mais il vaut mieux choisir de rester si le temps de transfert est long, sinon ce sera très fatiguant d'attendre à l'aéroport. Le point clé est que l’effet d’isolation acoustique est trop bon. À l'extérieur de la fenêtre, on voit le tablier et les avions et les véhicules qui vont et viennent, mais on peut à peine les entendre. C'est très calme la nuit. Hormis le prix élevé et la petite taille, il n’y a rien de mal à cela.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the terminal, which made travel so much easier. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout experiences was the breakfast. The selection was diverse, with a great mix of hot and cold options, all fresh and delicious. What truly made it special, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready with a smile, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. They made the breakfast experience truly enjoyable and set the tone for a great start to my day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Frankfurt—great location, excellent facilities, and fantastic service!

Il faut environ 8 minutes à pied de l'aéroport de Francfort à l'hôtel.Parce qu'il s'agit d'une relation de transit, je n'ai pas d'installations, mais l'environnement de l'hôtel est propre et le personnel de service est très poli, ce qui mérite d'être apprécié

Séjour d'une nuit à l'aéroport. C'est un hôtel vraiment agréable, car il est très proche du terminal 1, accessible à pied. Il faut se rendre aux départs des terminaux 1A et 1B pour voir les panneaux indiquant les hôtels. Au fait, le petit-déjeuner est vraiment bon.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Frankfurt Gravenbruch. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, green area, offering a quiet retreat from the city while still being conveniently close to downtown Frankfurt and the airport—just a short drive away. It's a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I've travelled more than 100 countries todate and have stayed in more than 15 different hotels in Germany. In terms of service level, the hotel staff during check in wasn't that friendly nor warm at all. The Staff even took deposit on my debit without informing me (she only mention about hotel tax). She only inform me after I noticed EUR80 being deducted and asked her about it. On the day I left on 26th Apr at around 6am, there was only 1 staff at the counter but he was at the crew only counter. He rejected my request to store my luggage with the hotel even though I will be returning in a week's time and check in again on 2nd May. He didn't even bother to check my next booking and simply told me to store it at the airport. The hotel also deducted hotel tax for 2 persons even though I was the only one checking in on 24th Apr. I emailed the hotel about this and agreed to rectify this overcharge (by the hotel) when I check in on 2 May. Unfortunately, I injured my ankle on 28th Apr while travelling around Munich and have not recovered since. As it is very inconvenient for me to drag my big luggage together with an in injured leg (I have been limping), I had to book Hilton hotel which is located much closer to the train station and the airport. Obviously, Steigenberger rejected my cancellation request since the booking is non cancellation. Well, for the sake of my poor ankle, I have no choice but to forgo the close to US$400/- paid upfront to the hotel. But never never again will I ever book this hotel again. Btw, Staff at Hilton and the other hotels I've stayed in the last 1 week were much more friendlier and helpful. Hilton is even willing to store my luggage for 12 days.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. the location if very close to the airport, which is great.

Good stay, the hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. Room are clean and nice, a bit small, no problem with noise. Some restaurants and supermarket also close by. Breakfast buffet a bit small and busy.
