Thalasso et service très satisfaisants, mais chambre exiguë à la moquette désuète, ne donnant pas une sensation de grande propreté (tâches…). Chambres ultra chaudes pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre sans faire rentrer tte la lumière, peu pratique.

Les salles de santé et les installations sont généralement rares, donc la chambre n'a pas pris de photos. Ce prix n'est pas cher en Europe, mais il est peu cher dans cette petite ville. Le service des employés de la salle de front est très mauvais, bien moins que les employés du département de la restauration. Si vous venez à Caroline, vous recommandez de manger des cowboys et du glace Normandien. Très bien.

Le service de la réception est vraiment bon et accueillant. Les installations sont également bonnes, situées au centre de la rue commerçante.

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

Je suis resté dans cette ville pendant une nuit et je n'ai pas bénéficié de nombreuses installations. Il existe peu d'options de petit-déjeuner, le parking est gratuit et il n'y a pas de frais supplémentaires pour un petit chien qui séjourne une nuit. Le personnel résout les problèmes avec enthousiasme.

Absolute nightmare with self check in Didn't have the correct booking number as I arrived late. Fortunately I was shown the intercom and accessed the self booking machine Very poor instructions and very stressful after a long day's travel. The room was superb spacious and quiet welcome shower when I eventually got in my room and comfy bed and welcome Aircon. Breakfast was delicious lots of options and good value. I am returning in August but reception will be open when I arrive 😄
