I had a pleasant stay at Swiss Avenue Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby amenities. However, I noticed that the floor could have been cleaner, as there was some dirt. Also, the shampoo provided was quite watery, so it might be worth improving the quality. Additionally, only one lift was in operation, leading to long waiting times, as the other lift was under maintenance. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better!

Grande vue de ma chambre. Malheureusement un peu déçu pour la chambre de service cette fois. Et une autre chose de fer me fait vraiment pas en l'état parce que le plug ne peut pas plug correctement.

Prix abordable pour tous. Durant mon séjour, le personnel est très utile et amiable. Le menu du petit déjeuner n'est pas si mauvais qu'il vaut la peine avec le montant que vous avez payé. Belle zone pour le jeu matinal.

Hello Sri Malaysia Sungai Petani, Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying. We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it. Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train. Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏😊

-There is no option for a balcony room in the ad -can't upgrade on desk deal with receptionist -835 is non privacy room.we can hear the conversations from the next door.

Had to choose this hotel as having course near merbok and easy to have dinner or anything to eat. Near Amanjaya mall, walking distance around 12min, however the hotel is like partially build. Saw half of the area with renovation on the same floor which I stayed. The door’s room is not easy to be open, seems like you’re having wrong card assess and the one guy at the counter was having rude tone when i told him regarding the door

I have stayed at Big Banana Hotel multiple times, and it has always been a great experience! The bed is incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The room is spacious and well-maintained, with everything I need for a relaxing stay. The food is delicious with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!!

Les chambres et les installations étaient bonnes, l'emplacement était sage et les plus proches comme les magasins ou les magasins sont proches, mais puisque je reste pendant les saisons fériées, je me sentais un peu étrange. Globalement, juste bon pour un budget séjour.
