J'ai eu un séjour d'une nuit à Hanover Street L1 hier soir 27.5 et c'était très bon - la chambre, la propreté et le petit déjeuner et cela a réglé le problème que j'avais eu avec la piscine. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. J'ai eu accès au sauna et c'est quand j'ai entendu des enfants rire de faire du gaz de mer ...a une compétition sur qui pouvait se déplacer le plus en sous-marin. Bien que je puisse voir l'humour dans ceci, je me suis senti vraiment dégoûté et cela a confirmé que je ne pouvais pas utiliser la piscine, ainsi que le fait qu'elle était toujours très lourde et sans espace pour nager. Ce manque d'accès affectera très fortement mes futurs plans de rester là, même si c'était le temps de la scolarité, je ne viendrais pas là un week-end pour cette raison.

Firstly the bad points- *The Carpark was full of old furniture from the hotel and empty beer barrier preventing you getting parked, *The hotel has turned into more of a party venue hotel rather than the beautiful hotel it was when I last came with my daughter 2018. *tap in the kitchen area in our room only let out hot water and unfortunately the room stunk of what I could only describe as a sewerage smell? Whether the drains needed maintenance I’m not sure but I I just sprayed some deodorant around to help make it not smell quite as bad because I was so tired I didnt want to have to swap rooms. *There was also no phone to call reception which I found strange and the remote for the tv was missing the back of it. I put all this bad points down to the fact that when I previously came it was owned by someone who really cared about the maintenance and reputation of the hotel but now I’ve found it’s since been sold it seems the new owner isn’t as bothered and all what the shankley represented before eg, maintenance, luxury, football themed has kind of turned more into a tacky themed hotel and doesn’t feel classy anymore. I’d probably not stay here again as it’s not the same as it was and just the whole feel of hand hotel is different. It’s not the best if you have come with kids as there’s lots of drunken guests in the hotel and it’s noisey but thank goodness it’s a large hotel as you don’t hear the noise from downstairs. We were on level 3. Our room was lovely and big with a large double bed and 2 twins pushed together, a kitchen area with tea bags and coffee (no biscuits but that didn’t bother us as we had snacks with us The upsides were- *Staff were pleasant, *breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly as for, *hotel was mainly quiet on the 3rd floor, room was on the whole clean and had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board with a safe. * . The bathroom was lovely especially the bath as it was a jacuzzi with a waterfall shower. Everything was clean from what I could see.

We booked a room in the Resident as it was near to Philharmonic Hall as we were going to a concert. The location was excellent, great bars, shops and a really lovely safe and friendly area. A short walk to the Dock area and everything Liverpool has to offer. The room was excellent, large, clean with the most comfortable bed ever! Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. Would one hundred percent recommend and without doubt return to stay again.

I personally found the hotel exactly as described on it's website! I shared one of their deluxe twin rooms with a friend and it was way bigger and more comfortable than most I've stayed in! No complaints whatsover! All the Beatles pics and memorabilia was exactly as stated and was a great supplement to a great hotel in my opinion as a big Beatles fan! The fact that it's so close to the Cavern Club, and therfore is situated right at the heart of Liverpools ”Musical” centre, and ”elelectic” atmospheric nightlife, was exactly what I was looking for! But round the corner, back into the hotel and it was back to a quiet, chilled atmosphere! Best of both worlds! Live music in a cool bar at weekend nights, delicious buffet breakfast, pretty much with everything you would want! Can't complain one single bit! That was my experience honestly! Quick, simple checking and check out! Cannot understand the negative reviews I read before I booked, which admittedly nearly put me off booking! All I can say say is, either those negative reviews were unusual or by very fussy people, or exceptional in the extreme! 10 out of 10! Keep it up all you staff in the hotel! You are the one's who make it work so well! Chic Canning, Motherwell, near Glasgow !

We booked Standard room and very nice. It was spacious, newly renovated and bathroom was large. The reception is inside a bar and had hard time to see from outside. Maybe can improve to add some direction from outside. Overall, room was good. I got about 99 euros for saturday night. Price might change depending on date.

Pour moi, c'était un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour séjourner un jour de match. La chambre était immense et j'aime le vieux look traditionnel des chambres avec une immense salle de bain et un plateau thé/café substantiel. Il se trouve en plein centre-ville et même si je n'ai pas pu m'enregistrer plus tôt, ils ont pu entreposer mes bagages en toute sécurité pendant que je me promenais dans la grande ville.

La chambre est parfaitement adaptée pour 1 ou 2 nuits, suffisamment d'espace de penderie (2 hangers plats fixes) et 2 petits trous cubby. Petite, mais utilisable douche / toilette, aucune porte ne peut être détachée pour certains. Vraiment une super trouvaille et j'y reviendrai. Juste à côté de Liverpool Central pour visiter New Brighton tout en étant également à proximité du théâtre et des magasins de la ville. Je n'ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner comme il y en a beaucoup dans les environs. Personnel serviable et pas de bruit la nuit malgré la proximité des bars. Super séjour.

Only 1 lift working so 5 minute delays most of time. Breakfast was 15 £ and had to wait for all the items to be available at same time.Meant I had to go up 3 times. When checking in got a double even though had requested a twin.Had to wait for lift and go back to reception. Took 15 mins. Overall haven't stayed here in about 15 years and looks like they have done Nothing with it in the interim.

Clean and spacious. Le personnel était très aimable. L'intérieur de la lave-linge était sale, donc j'ai dû acheter un nettoyeur de lave-linge, mais il est bon d'avoir une lave-linge. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était très forte, donc je suis satisfait. Il y a un Tesco Super Store juste à côté de la porte, où vous pouvez acheter des détergents, de l'eau, de la nourriture, etc. La location de l'hôtel est modifiée sur Google Maps. Si vous cherchez un hôtel et trouvez un moyen, vous serez guidé à l'autre côté de la rue Gradwell. L'entrée à l'hôtel est sur la rue Duke.

La chambre était assez propre. Le lit faisait environ 1 m de large, ce qui est assez grand au Royaume-Uni. C'est très proche de la gare, à environ 5 minutes à pied, mais c'est un peu loin des supermarchés et les environs sont relativement déserts, mais tout York n'est pas grand. Le petit déjeuner est moyen, mais les gaufres chaudes faites maison valent la peine d'être choisies parmi les plats froids. Je voudrais rappeler à tout le monde de les essayer. De bonnes critiques pour le stockage gratuit des bagages Le seul inconvénient est que la salle de bain est intégrée et un peu glissante, les personnes âgées et les enfants doivent donc être particulièrement prudents.

Very first time in Liverpool and stayed in the linerwhich I am so glad we did Really enjoyed our stay here, booked 1 night with breakfast and in morning me and my husband decided to ask if we could book the same room for a extra night, this was not a problem staff are really polite and nothing is an issue, we booked the executive suite which had private bathroom with a bath and over shower very clean towels provided, super king bed the best was very comfy pillows were a little soft for me but still great nights sleep, we also had a lounge with a 49” TV and corner sofa. Even though it's right next to the train station it never bothered us as it wasn't to loud and was able to watch TV and announcements stopped around 11 pm. The restaurant is lovely nice food, and breakfast was a buffet setup and was able to choose how much you wanted and could go back for more. I will be back

The hotel's location for where we needed to go was excellent. This includes, the open top bus, Echo arena, central town with pubs, restaurants, etc and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Our room was spotless. The shower was a big walk-in one with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. We will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Ce séjour était un peu décevant, bien que la salle et le salon exécutif étaient de bonne valeur, la salle coulait chaud et air con ne fonctionnait pas et la salle n'avait pas d'eau à partir de 11h - 4h. C'est inacceptable lorsque le temps est si chaud que l'on ne peut pas prendre une douche la nuit. L' hôtel a accepté de rembourser 25% du coût mais ce n' est pas vraiment assez bon . On nous a dit qu' ils ne feront plus le bon de parking Hilton Q à moins que le parking ne soit pré-réservé en ligne .

J'ai eu un séjour absolument fantastique à Ibis Styles Liverpool, et une grande partie de ce séjour a été grâce à Fayne, qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour rendre notre expérience exceptionnelle. Nous sommes arrivés quatre heures avant l'arrivée pour nous décharger de notre bagage, mais Fayne nous a bien vérifiés à l'avance, tout à fait gratuitement. Le jour où nous avons vérifié, nous avons laissé stocker nos bagages pendant plus longtemps, afin que nous puissions explorer la ville jusqu'à notre temps de train. L'hôtel était propre, élégant et confortable, mais le personnel, en particulier Fayne, nous a réellement fait le séjour mémorable. Nous reviendrons, et je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde qui visitera Liverpool !

The hotel is at a great location, especially if you want to see the Beatles/music attractions, they are just 2min from the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, had coffee, tea and biscuits free. The room itself was nice, but it can get a bit dark, since there aren't many lights in the bed area. The shower when put to hot/warm mode, it was very very low on the water pressure, so there was barely enough water to shower, otherwise would have to go for cold water. Staff were nice and welcoming, easy checkin and checkout. Food at the restaurant was subpar, though. I ordered fish and chips, easiest British dish, and it was bland, with all the chips burned, and mushy peas also flavorless. You can get a much better meal at any restaurant outside. It was a shame, since the hotel is so nice in general.

What a great apprentment and location. If you are visiting Liverpool this is the place to stay. Slap bang in the city centre with everything at your doorstep. Will stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here as it was spot on in every aspect bar one which is it would be amazing if they had Air conditioning as it got very hot in the apprentment. However there was a portable fan which helped.

Wow what a find! Really cool hotel. Bedrooms were huge and well appointed. Bar and restaurant were really good, great service from Staff and really lovely breakfast available. Hotel was a rum warehouse previously and the concierge (Michael/martin .. sorry I can’t remember his name) went out of his way to tell us about the hotel and its famous staircase and about the history of the area. I’d wholeheartedly recommend. Finishing touch was very reasonably priced on site parking.

Excellent hotel. A eu un très agréable séjour ici. Le petit déjeuner était étonnant et le personnel était vraiment utile et amiable. J'étais surpris de voir un verre dans ma chambre et il est totalement gratuit!!! Je recommande pour les voyageurs seuls 24 heures de réception. Un endroit très confortable pour rester serait de nouveau.
