Un très bel hôtel confortable très bien situé par rapport aux visites en ville et un personnel très efficace et discret. Pour les parties à améliorer citons la qualité du signal Wifi dans les chambres et certaines parties communes. Une chose très surprenant et limite choquante est le fait que les toilettes communes au niveau du restaurant ne disposent pas de verrou intérieur ce qui est très malaisant. Le port est en travaux en ce liement et nous avions une barge de dragage qui faisait beaucoup de bruit juste en dessous de notre fenêtre et ceci de 8:00 le matin à 18:00 le soir . Espérons que cela disparaîtra bientôt. Nous avons passé plusieurs nuits dans les cabanes au mois d'août avec notre fille de 10 ans. Le responsable nous a fait un super accueil, très important pour nous car nous sommes arrivés malheureusement sans nos bagages, restés à Lisbonne donc nous étions stressés. Le lieu est enchanteur et très bien conçu, dans un endroit très calme où on retrouve un peu son âme d'enfant avec les cabanes perchés dans les arbres. Succès assuré si on est en famille. Cet endroit permet aussi de retrouver la nature, du calme et de la sérénité. Petit déjeuner très sympathique avec des super gâteaux notamment. Petit conseil aux futurs voyageurs: prévoir des sacs à dos pour monter ses bagages au niveau des cabanes sinon, c'est laborieux. Merci à Guillaume pour sa gentillesse , générosité et conseils !

Le prix de cet hôtel est très bon. Bien qu'il soit une étoile, il suffit pour deux personnes voyageant, après tout, où sont les prix. L'hôtel est un couple âgé et une fille qui travaille avec elle. L'anglais de sa fille est très bon, peut-être que nous sommes les premiers chinois à rester depuis son ouverture. L'hôtel est très pratique à partir de l'aéroport. Nous sommes venus spécialement pour voir les fleurs de bébé. Bien que les cours ne fonctionnent pas, je suis toujours choqué de voir les fleurs de bébé sur l'île de Tersera. Les deux lignes d'autoconduire recommandées par l'hôte, la fille de l'hôtel, étaient excellentes et merci beaucoup!

L'emplacement au cœur de la ville est imbattable, du moins pas dans la fourchette de prix moyenne : entouré de boutiques et de restaurants. Le personnel de la réception ne pourrait pas être plus gentil, toujours disponible et désireux de vous aider. Une dame qui travaille dur pour garder la nourriture du petit-déjeuner approvisionnée, et un délicieux gâteau / ris de veau est proposé. Chambre petite mais propre et efficace, et j'avais un balcon Juliette donnant sur la Rua da Rosa; photo du port de la ville comme art mural. J'avais une salle de bain et une douche de bonne taille; un compagnon de voyage s'est plaint d'une petite douche débordante, alors j'ai peut-être eu de la chance. Ce serait bien d'avoir une petite zone quelque part avec un ensemble d'haltères juste pour garder la forme, surtout avec toute la nourriture irrésistible autour.

Position tactique parce qu'il est à quelques pas du centre et de la plage, avec parking intérieur pour les machines (si vous revenez tard, vous pouvez le trouver plein, mais il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace dans la rue et d'ailleurs la voiture est nécessaire sur ces Le personnel est très gentil et disposé à répondre aux demandes des clients. Petit déjeuner excellent et vraiment abondant avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons eu de la chance pour l'appartement parce que nous avions une vue de jardin, très calme et au premier étage avec balcon: spacieux et propre (change de blanchisserie possible chaque jour même en désir). Très recommandé!

I stayed for three nights at the Hotel Cruziero. The bed and room were very comfortable and met my expectations. The decor of the room and the hallway leading to my room.was surprising. The hallway was like walking through a forest. Pictures of dense forest trees decorated both walls, accented with green lights. Inside the room, above my bed, the wall was decorated with colorful leaves. It was a refreshing change from a normal hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful, and very good. Lots of free parking was available. The hotel is located in walking distance of downtown near very good restaurants. I did wish that there was a restaurant open in the evening at the hotel for the night that I arrived back at the hotel late. For a traveler, like me, who spends most of his time, sightseeing and taking pictures, this hotel provided a comfortable restful night before restarting my adventures

The good: The hotel is less than 1 km from the historic center of Angra do Heroismo but has the bus stop to the center right in front ( the cost for one way ticket is 0,35 Euros) , buses come every 15 min. , the ride is about 10 min. It is right next to the public beach ”Zona balnear da Silveira”and overlooks the sea Excellent service (front desk, restaurant, spa etc) Has one outdoor and one indoor swimming pools. The bad: Facilities need a serious uplifting : it is generally clean but has the feel of the 80'. The outdoor swimming pool is filthy: even my kids didn't want to go in : bird poop at the rim, hairs and other debris floating in the water, mirky water etc. The one indoor is very clean , maybe because no-one use it? We ate at the buffet two straight nights and on the second night, you can see that left over from the night before was used ex : night #1 had a delicious sword fish dish and on the second night, we had fish pasta... exactly same appetizers for both nights etc... Overall, it was OK for our stop over on our returning trip... but I would stay elsewhere if I was to visit Terceira.

Certains détails ont déjà été remarqués qui ont besoin de rénovation mais il est tout de même confortable , assiégé et dispose d'un personnel sympa et diligent. Nous sommes dans un studio tourné vers la mer qui donne à un couple plus un enfant, puisqu'il possède une zone d'être avec un canapé qui se transforme en un lit confortable et une chambre avec un grand lit King size, Ceci est situé dans une zone centrale, à 4 km de l'aéroport, à partir de laquelle vous pouvez facilement accéder à n'importe quel point touristique de l'île. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Il dispose d'un petit parking gratuit de 4 places que nous ne pouvons utiliser qu'une seule fois, mais il y a assez d'espace pour partager gratuitement à 150 m de l'hôtel.

Nous avons passé deux semaines à l'hôtel et nous l'aimons vraiment. C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles mais j'ai visité de nombreux hôtels 4 étoiles qui n'ont pas eu de bons services. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour très. Location: juste au centre, près du port et du centre de la ville. Chambres: chambres spacieuses et propres. Les accessoires de la salle de bains devraient être améliorés, mais tout autre était vraiment bon. Service: personnel très aimable et utile qui a fait notre séjour plus confortable. Ils nous ont aidé à tout moment qu'on avait besoin, ils étaient toujours en souris et prêts à aider. Atmosphère: 5/5

We absolutely loved our stay at Shipyard. Everyone on the staff was really helpful, accomodating, and really cared about us enjoying our stay. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. There is a full kitchen and living room, plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable during our stay. There is onsight parking, free during your stay. The included breakfast had a great selection and our favorite bread that we had in Portugal. The location is great. It is just outside of town but an easy walk into Angra for dinner or to walk around. Highly recommend for a trip to Terceira!

J'étais avec ma femme à l'occasion de mon 60e anniversaire aux Açores. Terceira était la première station que nous avons atteinte un jour plus tard à cause de l'ouragan Lorenzo. Lorsque nous avons arrêté le véhicule devant la maison, le maître d'hôtel attendait avec un sourire dans l'arc et nous a salués chaleureusement. L'entrée dans le jardin était un pas vers un autre monde. Un monde historique, romantique et original nous entourait. On ne pouvait attendre que les quatre jours restants. Mon dernier jour était mon anniversaire. Et Francisco croyait ce petit-déjeuner déjà riche, original et amusant chaque jour en croyant un gâteau qu'il avait fait lui-même. Quand il m'a guisé, il était très fier de lui-même. Je suis désolé que sa femme soit parti ces jours-ci. Et le prix de location pour la journée perdue, il nous a également donné. Merci Francisco pour ces merveilleux jours de bien-être dans ta merveilleuse maison.
