Emplacement idéal, en plein centre-ville, avec vue sur les monuments. Personnel sympathique et bon petit-déjeuner. Seule déception : le règlement de la piscine et du sauna, non précisé lors de la réservation sur trip.com. Nous avons découvert que la piscine n'est accessible qu'une heure par client et que le temps supplémentaire est payant et ne peut excéder 3 heures par jour. De plus, l'accès à la piscine et au spa nécessite une réservation à l'avance. Ces restrictions devraient être clairement indiquées, car ce désagrément nous a donné l'impression d'une publicité trompeuse, ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel aussi agréable.

Tramways et bus passent juste devant l'hôtel, et toutes les principales attractions touristiques sont facilement accessibles. Cependant, les serviettes de bain étaient assez usées, compte tenu du fait qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel Marriott. J'ai l'impression qu'il est de qualité inférieure à celle des hôtels Marriott japonais.

L'emplacement est également génial, à seulement trois minutes à pied de la place du château ! La chambre est bien aussi, la salle de bain est grande et confortable, les produits de toilette sont de marques françaises, tout est parfait.

habitué au groupe Accor, mais plutôt dans la gamme inférieure, nous sommes assez déçu, vis a vis du standard haut de gamme attendu..2 points principaux : pas de frigo dans la chambre (cela ressemblait plus a un garde manger) et puis surtout des travaux réguliers tres bruyants dans la pièce a côté pendant presque tout notre sejour... on peut rajouter des trous (cigarette) dans la moquette et un trou (léger certe) dans la couette franchement je classerai notre séjour au niveau d'un ibis ”rouge” moyen..

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

The hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout. The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time.. Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper.... The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open... The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason.... It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

In the same building project you can find a supermarket, Mcdonald's and other shops below ground level. The distance to Zlote Terasy mall is perfect for an after dinner evening walk.

This is the best ibis hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is large and equipped with a table, sofa and kettle! The transportation is also very convenient. You can reach the train station in 20 minutes by walk and very close to buses station. 10 minutes to metro. There is a restaurant next to the hotel and there have a “food towns”, supermarkets, etc. within a 10-minute walk nearby. In short, it is very convenient!

En ce qui concerne les dortoirs, l'auberge est plutôt bien, très économique et assez propre. Cependant, vous devez faire votre propre lit, vos taies d'oreiller, vos housses de couette et vos sanitaires. C'est assez pratique, mais vous devez le faire. investissez dans toutes les installations. Si vous les additionnez toutes, vous pouvez vivre dans un hôtel. Hosyel est très proche du musée de l'Insurrection de Varsovie et constitue une attraction célèbre à proximité.

Le service était correct, mais pas mauvais, mais dans des hôtels comme celui-ci, je suis toujours en attente 24h/24 et 7j/7 du check in. Je n'ai pas commandé de petit-déjeuner. Il y avait des bonbons sur la table de ma chambre. La chambre était propre et les équipements fonctionnaient. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour se reposer entre deux vols.

Location: right opposite a huge shopping mall that connects to the train station. Walk to the train station will take about 4 minutes. Good location. Room: Room and bathroom were spotless and not dusty. Clean towels and bed sheets.  Facilities: There is a basic gym in the basement, next to the spa. When i visited the gym, it was quite clean. The spa is small.  Service: good service from the staff. easy check in and check out.

C'est le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné en Pologne. J'adore son design. Il est neuf, haut de gamme et adapté aux femmes. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux. L'hôtel est également à quelques pas du Palais Royal et d'autres attractions majeures !

J'aime la chambre d'hôtel, elle est très propre, le petit déjeuner est également très bon, il y a beaucoup de choix, c'est une très bonne expérience de séjour. Je ne suis resté qu'une nuit et je suis parti. Si je viens à Varsovie la prochaine fois, je continuerai à rester.

Nice stay, good value for money. Good location to train station but not to the heart of warszawa but has good transport links to get there. There was a bit of a smell in the room but we were there only one night so didn't bother mentioning it. Hotel had spare rooms so we could pick if we wanted a room high up or not.

Le salon de l'hôtel était très propre, les installations de l'ascenseur, qui peuvent être déplacées en regardant l'extérieur, étaient excellentes et les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables avec un lit unique. La salle de bain était lumineuse et la douche et le tube étaient séparés et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était également préparé pour un 5 étoiles. Cependant, le parking est séparé de l'hôtel, donc il était un peu inconfortable.
