Waouh ! C'est vraiment le meilleur hôtel de Manchester ! Chaque chambre est unique. Les chambres du premier étage ont de hauts plafonds qui lui donnent une impression de grandeur. Le personnel est excellent et fait tout son possible pour rendre votre séjour ici encore plus spécial. La boisson offerte pour rencontrer d'autres clients de l'hôtel entre 17h et 18h est une attention bienvenue. La nourriture du restaurant Refuge est d'un niveau élevé et je peux honnêtement dire que leurs rôtis du dimanche sont parmi les meilleurs que j'aie jamais eu. Le petit-déjeuner était également d'excellente qualité. Le jazz live du dimanche soir au bar crée une ambiance géniale. Ce que j'aime vraiment dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles, c'est l'atmosphère. Contrairement à la plupart des hôtels, cet hôtel n'a pas cette atmosphère clinique sans vie que la majorité des hôtels qui s'adressent à une clientèle d'affaires. Leur restaurant et leurs bars sont d'une qualité telle que vous aurez envie d'y aller même si vous n'avez pas la chance de séjourner à l'hôtel. Je recommanderais certainement un séjour ici.

Tout à l'hôtel était charmant. Le personnel diversifié et sympathique était incroyablement serviable et sympathique, de l'enregistrement au spa et au petit-déjeuner. Je recommande vivement le spa et la piscine. Il y a beaucoup de monde certains jours et certaines heures, mais nous avons réussi à y aller tôt le matin pour profiter de toutes les installations. Petit déjeuner 5 étoiles. Intérieurs luxuriants, élégants et raffinés avec des touches asiatiques. Grand choix de whiskies japonais. Mais les Negronis étaient un peu trop dilués à mon goût.

My family and relatives enjoyed the whole couple day's in Manchester with fency gentle staying at this hotel. starting from the flower door welcome champagne and exclusive reception. the location is the most convenient city center. walk distance to all interest places and shopping mall. the decorations are pretty new and modern luxury style. rooms are clean big and warm as home. Especially gratitude to Miss Kathyryn Chan who helps my teenage son with great efforts on the delivery coordination of football shoes. it deeply impressed the young generation as a good example of manner and conduct.

I booked this hotel as it had a bath. The plug didn’t fit the whole so I couldn’t relax and have a bath. It was on a main road where a new tram stop is under construction. Post midnight there was workmen continuous drilling. I found chewing gum under the bedside shelf. There was single glazing, the fitted moving window to block our noise was broken and wouldn’t close as my photo shows.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was conveniently located. People at the front desk were nice and it did what it was supposed to do to do as a hotel. The hotel is a little dated especially the carpet in the room. The room was a little stuffy and the carpet had some strange markings. Other than that the hotel provided free tea,milk, sugar you know the basics in the room. Pleasant stay overall

L'enregistrement s'est bien passé, mais lorsque nous avons essayé de contacter la réception via le numéro WhatsApp fourni, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse malgré plusieurs tentatives. Les chambres sont assez petites mais assez propres. L'emplacement est idéal si vous voulez être au cœur de la vie nocturne. Malheureusement, nous avions des voisins très bruyants et nous n'avons trouvé personne à qui parler pour leur demander de baisser le ton. Je l'ai fait moi-même à la fin, mais je voulais essayer d'éviter toute confrontation. Je l'utiliserais à nouveau, mais j'ai eu de meilleures expériences dans d'autres hôtels à proximité.

L'hôtel est situé au centre, donc pour un séjour de quelques jours, c'est correct. Cependant, il est évident qu'il est vieux et que les installations devraient être un peu modernisées. Comme points positifs, il a souligné l'emplacement et le fait que vous pouvez avoir du café, du thé, du sucre et du lait à volonté dans la chambre et qu'ils ont une baignoire dans la salle de bain. Les points négatifs sont l'ancienneté des installations et le fait que le Wi-Fi est payant dans la chambre pour 7£ par jour et par appareil. Si vous souhaitez une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite uniquement à la réception. Le check out s'effectue à 10h du matin ce qui m'a semblé très tôt mais au moins ils nous ont laissé laisser nos valises à la réception toute la matinée jusqu'à 14h. Le matelas était confortable mais les oreillers étaient tous très hauts et fermes, il y a des gens qui aiment ça mais personnellement j'ai trouvé très inconfortable de dormir

Studio 3 personnes. Très petit pour 3 personnes. Quasi impossible de passer à 3 un séjour de +de 2 nuits. une seule chaise et un pouf pour s'assoir à la table et manger. Tout est à l'étroit. le lit double collé contre le mur. le lit est protégé par une alèse avec fermeture éclair (zip) au milieu de lit. C'est hyper désagréable de sentir cette fermeture éclair durant la nuit. Pas de ménage quotidien, 1 ménage sup est prévu pour les séjours de 7 nuits minimum. Si l'on souhaite ménage supplémentaire cela est facturé en plus . Un comble pour un 4 *

We had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended.

Location was excellent, very central and easy to get to on the free bus (number 2). Although the room was clean, at breakfast a glass came out of the dishwasher with lipstick still on it, which wasn’t checked before being put back out. The room is intimate with a pod like bathroom so you need to be comfortable with whoever you’re travelling with. Sleep quality was okay, the hotel was quiet but the bed is hard which made it difficult to sleep. They provide free tea and coffee, which can be accessed by a machine on each floor. For a non tea or coffee drinker it would have been nice if water was also provided. The breakfast was average but good vegan option. I recommend if you’re having breakfast to go down early because it seems to be cooked and lefted out on the bar for you to help yourself so didn’t look at it’s best by the time we came down at 9:30am. The staff were friendly and the restaurant/bar area make a great photo opportunity but I’d suggest going on a Sunday afternoon for a drink, if you want to maximise this when it’s quieter. I wouldn’t stay here again and if I did I’d definitely get breakfast elsewhere.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas loin de la gare. C'est également très pratique pour se rendre au centre-ville. A côté se trouve Chinatown. Après votre arrivée le soir, sortez d'abord manger. Il est déjà tard pour revenir. À mon retour, j’ai regardé de plus près et les installations étaient assez vétustes. L'espace est relativement compact. Le plus inacceptable est que les draps, housses de couette et taies d'oreiller n'aient définitivement pas été remplacés. Tous étaient sales et tachés. Les draps étaient même les mêmes que ceux sur lesquels je venais de dormir. Il y a encore des cheveux dessus. Je l'ai signalé au personnel de l'hôtel tôt le lendemain matin et tous ont été remplacés par des neufs. Digne de reconnaissance.

Amazing hotel! The man who greeted me at reception for check in was very nice and professional. Rooms were very clean with complementary still/sparkling water in the fridge. Kettle and Teabags were also available if needed. The room did only have 1 chair at the desk which was a bit annoying, however not a major critique. Shower was very nice, towels and hand soaps / shower gels were provided. However the bathroom door did not have a lock on it as it was a sliding door. It was fine for us since we went as a couple, but is something to take note of. All in all, Great stay!!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. It is an old building so the rooms are not really soundproof - we could hear the people above walking around constantly. Even though the room is stunning, it was incredibly dark - there are a lot of small lights but no big light in the main room or kitchen making it hard to see. However, the room is decorated well and there are all the things you could want in a mini-apartment - pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, kettle, a stove top, toaster and an electric oven. The hotel really has gone above and beyond to make the room feel like a home away from home.

Well, the room itself was good, small but well thought out except that there is no light switch by the bed. Comfortable bed, decent TV and compact but fully functional shower room with an excellent power shower. Check-in was simple, just had to pay an extra £1 for the Manchester tourist tax. And the location is very good, in the University area by the Graphene institute and a few minutes walk from the main drag and Piccadilly station. But the breakfast! Oh dear. I was welcomed and informed I could sit anywhere but every table was dirty, not a clean place anywhere, and only a few places were set with cutlery. Found a relatively clean table eventually then went to the self-service buffet. Good selection of food but the hot food - eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, tomoatoes, mushrooms, hash browns - was old and cold. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 am. I got there at 9 and I think the food had been put out at 7. Just about edible but not great. You could have played tennis with the rubbery eggs. Only small coffee/tea cups available, and quite randomly laid out. Unfortunately it was free (at least, included in the room rate) so couldn't even get a refund. Take the room, but go out for breakfast!

Le réceptionniste est particulièrement amical! Service enthousiaste! Déplacement, le voyage peut choisir l'hôtel, le rapport coût-efficacité est bon, le trafic est confortable autour de lui, la chambre et le bain sont très grands, le lit est propre et propre, très confortable, il y a une plateforme à travailler! La chambre est très lumineuse, la chambre est aussi calme, il y a beaucoup de plats à manger à proximité de la nuit! Près de la rue de la Chine! Vous pouvez arriver quelques minutes de marche! Allez plus loin au centre-ville! Il y a beaucoup de grands magasins!

Post-match, I loved being able to unwind in the hotel’s cozy, modern apartment-style room. The kitchenette was a bonus for late-night snacks, and the comfy bed ensured I was recharged for more adventures. **Exploring Manchester**: Thanks to the free bus, I zipped around to hotspots like the Northern Quarter, Spinningfields, Chinatown & the Football museum with zero transport costs. **Final Whistle Verdict**: Staycity Manchester is a **top-tier choice** for football fans and city explorers alike. Best location for a night out in SpinningFields. 1 minute walk from everywhere we went. 12pm checkout which is better than most places we’ve stayed. Another Bonus is that you get a code to get 50% off your carpark. £15 for 24hrs was worth it as only 5-6 minute walk from hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, we even got a welcome drink on arrival. 100% recommend.

We had an excellent experience at the Doubletree by Hilton in Manchester Piccadilly …arrived early to drop our bags off and a lovely lady on reception (Camelia) checked us in straight away , she was very pleasant and efficient, restored our faith in customer service . I happened to mention in passing that it was my wife’s birthday and imagine her surprise when we got back to our room and Camelia had sent a birthday card and balloon and other goodies to our room for my wife to enjoy . It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel . Shout out to Joshua on the front desk who also was very pleasant and helpful .
