Nous sommes la première fois en Azerbaïdjan et n'avons pas tort de choisir l'hôtel 👍! Les chambres sont grandes, propres. Voici une sauna plusieurs ceci est gratuit. La cuisine est trop agréable pour cuisiner délicieusement. Le personnel est poli. Le restaurant et le jazz club sont par ailleurs séparés.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. I am still in this hotel and expects to check out next day. First thing first, I booked 2 nights and the first room they allocated was 323. Noisy from karaoke or band till 11.30Pm even with soundproofing. The bed, kingsize but on the right side sank and if you were to roll to the left side you will feel it feels higher and also the design of the toilet is atrocious seemingly clean at a glance but look closer. The toilet hanger is so high up only tall people can reach the towels. I feedback and was given another room 325. It was better but cleanliness of toilet is still substandard. Next, I checked out after the 2nd night when I queried if I could stow my luggage in the hotel to stay in Sheki for 1 night. They accepted to store my luggage. The day after, I return to check in again for 1 more night and this is my last night in this country. When I enquired with the reception about my luggage, he went out of the reception went to the lobby corner and pull my luggage. I was horrified to see all these while it was not stowed properly in a store room but pushed at one corner of the hotel lobby out in the open where there is a lot of traffic. When enquired with the staff why is this so, he did not response and looked *****ic at me. When I arrived from Tbilisi I had encountered attempted theft from tbilisi airport and now this. This is too much stress for a holiday. The reason for choosing this hotel is because they are near the old city and they have a lift. Find elsewhere they have no regards for people's property.Dès€62

Pas tout à fait ce que la plupart des gens reconnaîtraient comme 5*, mais une expérience tout le même. Pour faciliter votre expérience, vous pouvez envisager l'emballage : plutons- oreilles - non seulement pour réduire le volume de la chaussure orgasmique partagée des voisins, des parties et des spirites élevés dans la zone d'hébergement. Ils sont également recommandés dans le restaurant - non seulement lorsque les clients aiment engager des discussions internes passionnantes tout au long de la salle de manger, mais le personnel régulièrement comme un bon débat au milieu du petit déjeuner. La chambre est très bien équipée pour les chambres d'échantillons. Croiser la route en heure de rush est similaire à des zebras traversant le Limpopo - une erreur et vous ne recevrez pas une seconde chance. Pas besoin de faire le pack : un sourire- la plupart des clients devant le personnel sont un plaisir et feront toujours leur mieux pour dire poliment la bonne chose- ils sont un crédit à l'Azerbaïdjan. Un hôtel boutique familial qui se trouve à proximité de la rue Nizami, à la vie et à la vie. Je suis resté là pendant trois semaines agréables. Отель отменил бронь Не смотря на то что я там оставалась и оплатила все в полной мере Есть фото, скрины переписки и тп Начнём с того что я запросила раннее заседание, мне его дали Поэтому дальше я решила закрывать на многое глаза. 1. Мне никто не помог поднять чемодан на второй этаж 2. В отеле не работал в первую ночь вай Фай. Точнее администратор ничего не хотел С этим делать пока я не позвонила человеку, чей номер указан на букинге 3. Я бронировала номер с ванной. На что мне сказали что это улучшенный и дают его на одну ночь, а потом с утра переселение 4. С утра меня разбудили чтобы успеть убрать номер в номер без ванны. Ок, у меня было ранее заселение, все бывает. Я это пропустила. 5. В отеле не работает душ!!! Душ сломался! Я позвала администратора и он с этим ничего не сделал Потом я позвонила директору и администратор с недовольным лицом и ворчанием зачем мне душ начал его чинить 6. В отеле мелкие жуки Я попросила раннее заселение, они подтвердили , а после подтверждения требуют с меня дополнительную плату за ранее заселение А забыла, завтрака в отели тоже нет и ночью человек спит на кухне :)Dès€41

Je passe 3 nuits sur cette propriété, il était tout à fait à la hauteur. Les vues de leur balcon et d'un restaurant je ne peux pas décrire en mots inestimables. La propriété est proche de la tour de flamme et la rue Nizami la plus célèbre à peine 5 minutes de marche. Vous pouvez facilement trouver un taxi à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Grâce à son chef de file (je l'ai oublié son nom), elle nous aide beaucoup à organiser une voiture pour Gabala sur le terrain de change et beaucoup plus. Nous visiterons certainement ce lieu encore. Lire attentivement. J'ai séjourné cet hôtel 4 nuits, la première impression était bonne. La chambre était propre et grande. Brakefast aussi très bon. J'ai apprécié mon séjour 2 nuits mais après mon voyage a été collidé. J'ai été arrêté par le personnel de l'hôtel. J'ai voulu changer ma monnaie que j'avais des dollars américains à ce moment-là. Et en dehors, il n'y a pas de restaurant et d'autres installations, donc j'ai décidé de changer ma monnaie de l'hôtel comme le personnel de l'hôtel m'a suggéré, mais j'ai eu un taux élevé sur l'excès. Ce n'était pas un problème parce que j'avais besoin d'argent. Les gens de la zone de réception ont vu combien d'argent j'ai et après avoir fait un plan pour me piéger. Un type est venu à moi et son nom est Ibrahim. Travailler en tant que gestionnaire de bureau frontal. Il a dit, si vous voulez guide de tour, je peux être à vous. Je voulais vraiment être une personne locale pour mon voyage à baku parce que l'hôtel est loin de l'activité principale. A 9 h de la nuit, quand il a achevé son emploi, il m'a emmenée à Nizam Street à un club de nuit. Nous avons eu 2 bières et 3 verres de whisky pour les 3 filles, les filles se mettaient sur notre table. Nous avons apprécié que 1 Monsieur puis la facture est venue et j'ai été choqué. Le montant de la facture était de 370 manat. C'était horrible. C'est environ 220 dollars américains. Je suis allé à la zone de contre-facture et j'ai demandé à propos de la facture. Ils ont commencé à discuter avec moi. Je dis que j'avais commandé seulement 2 bière et 3 verres de whisky signifie facture à environ 30 manat comme carte de menu affichée. Après deux boîtiers, ils ont commencé à me disputer et ont tenté de me dire de payer trois billes. Après avoir sorti avec le personnel de l' hôtel ( Ibrahim ) fille est venue à moi et a dit , vous avez payé une énorme somme et elle est incluse avec mon frais, juste aller à votre chambre d' hôtel et je resterai jusqu' au matin. J' ai dit , bien. Je l' ai emmenée avec moi en dehors de la zone d' hôtel. Nous étions 4 personnes à temps. Je, Ibrahim , cette fille du club de nuit et le chauffeur de taxi. Le chauffeur m'a demandé 50 manat du club de nuit à mon hôtel. Normalement, il prend seulement 3 manat. Le récepteur d'hôtel a dit, il n'y avait pas de taxi, il y avait une voiture de club. J'ai dit que j'étais bien et j'ai payé 50 manat aussi. Mais après cela, j'ai réalisé que j'étais pris. Je lui ai dit que je ne voulais pas rentrer avec vous dans ma chambre. Comme vous avez demandé 30 manat que je vous donne, mais je vous en prie. Mais elle ne va jamais, elle a commencé à discuter et dit , je ne vais pas aller autrement je vais appeler la police et oui mon garde de sécurité signifie que le chauffeur de taxi reste ici jusqu'à l'im dans votre chambre. Je suis tombé en panne. Le récepteur de l'hôtel ne dit rien. Il se tient comme une statue. Je lui ai dit, bien dormir dans ma chambre et je passerai mon temps dans la salle de réception, mais parce qu'elle n'est pas prête. Elle me dit toujours que je vais appeler la police. Je lui ai dit, bien, laissez-moi aller et je l'ai amené dans ma chambre. Quand elle est arrivée dans ma chambre, elle a demandé 200 dollars. Je suis tombé en prison. Elle a dit que la police viendrait bientôt si vous ne voulez pas donner. Je suis fini. Je lui ai donné 200 dollars, mais elle veut plus et plus. Je dis , je n'ai pas d'argent maintenant. Elle a pris mon chargeur de puissance aussi. Après beaucoup d'efforts échoués, je lui demande de partir. Puis elle est partie. J'ai perdu 400 dollars et 50 manat. Dès€20

I would like to share my wonderful experience of staying at Excelsior Hotel Resort&Spa in Baku this June. I booked 4 nights (12-16 June) as I was planning since long time ago to visit Baku with my mom. I selected Excelsior based on reviews on *********** and its facilities. I must say I did not regret a second to have made this choice :) the hotel haz amazing interior design, superb breakfast service (thank you, team and Chef Zohra), amazing swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and spa amenities. I was super happy to celebrate my birthday in the hotel and the staff surprised me in the evening by bringing a cake and champagne to our room. It was such a beautiful gesture I will never forget:) overall, the staff is one of the best I met in my life caring, attentive, responsive and friendly. Совершенно непонятно, откуда у отеля такие хорошие рейтинги. Прокуренный номер, вечно мокрый ковролин со стороны душа (через стену), дырявое постельное бельё, грязные и дырявые полотенца - ну максимум троечка из пяти. Мало вешалок, грязный стол, ржавый страшный слив в душе. В номере холодно, в окнах какие-то щели, которые никак не закроешь (у одного из окон ручка снята), кондиционер на тепло не работает (на ресепшн сказали, что он централизованный и посоветовали его не включать, чтобы было теплее). Из плюсов - номера просторные и не тесные (но тёмные, но это беда многих отелей), сотрудники ресепшн (особенно Александра, её хвалят во многих отзывах и я не исключение). На завтраке много всего, думаю что каждый найдёт, чем позавтракать, отдельно отмечу кофе - как правило в отелях он отвратителен, здесь же вполне себе. Расположение отеля не плохое и не хорошее - вроде и не так далеко от центра, близко к набережной, с другой стороны - рядом стройки, и дом типа фавел)) Резюме - отель за свои деньги пойдёт, но рейтинг никак не оправдывает.Dès€47

L'arrivée a été effectuée rapidement par le personnel de la réception Mme Gunay, très professionnel de la façon de faire le sourire, nous a expliqué toutes les installations disponibles dans l'hôtel, nous a également guidé sur les tours de la ville, Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et très bien conçu pour se rendre à l'hôtel, et il a été très gentil avec le personnel de la FFO, le Concierge, le service de garde-fous et les services de F&B. Mist Restaurant nous avons eu petit déjeuner tous les jours pendant 5 jours, contrôler l'accès à l'hôtel donc nous avons senti la sécurité dans la chambre, le tube de bain est plus élevé du sol qui peut causer chute en sortant du tube, nous demandons à la gestion de réviser le tube de bain. La location est proche des parcs, des boutiques, des restaurants, surtout un musée à 50 mètres, qui est le meilleur à voir avec le guide du musée Mme Eman.Dès€64

I’ve just spent a fabulous 4 days in Baku, Azerbaijan which was made all the more special with my stay at the Four Seasons. I’d booked 3 nights with the 3rd night complimentary as they had an offer on. Upon my arrival I was treated to a smooth check in, then shown straight to my room which was fantastic. I’d booked a deluxe old city view which didn’t disappoint. Beautifully furnished, a fabulous marble bathroom with a separate dressing area and a great view of the old city from the balcony. I was on the 8th floor. Throughout my stay I was made to feel most welcome by all the staff & on my birthday I was treated to several complimentary cakes which tasted great but were not great for my waste line. I treated myself to dinner at Zafferano, which is where I’d been eating breakfast. Having stayed at serval Four Season properties I was a little disappointed with their breakfast, on the first morning I had Eggs Benedict which was just OK, the eggs were small and very watery. The following morning I asked for an omelette, this again was just average at best. However, dinner was a completely different affair. As a birthday treat to myself I had their pumpkin soup to start which was delicious, then their seafood risotto! Cooked perfectly and very tasty. Then I went for their Irish beef Sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. I didn’t need a dessert as I’d had an ever growing cake collection in my room. I spent my days walking round Baku, exploring the old city, visiting museums and clocking up well over 30 miles. I spent my early evening relaxing by their pool which was a little haven of peace on their 7th floor. As my return flight times weren’t great, I was treated to a complimentary late check out, which I was very thankful of. Before I checked out I ordered their Club sandwich from their room in room dining menu via their app. Ordering was easy but yet again the food was only average at best! Having stayed in some fabulous properties all around the world I consider myself a bit of a Club sandwich connoisseur, and sadly this didn’t really make the grade. My overall experience was very positive, and with just a few tweaks this place would be a 10/10! I’d definitely recommend it, I’d definitely recommend Baku and I’d definitely go back. Beautiful city, fantastic property, great service with a super location within the city. You couldn’t really ask for more.Dès€276
