Bonjour. Stoppé dans cet hôtel il y a 4 ans et maintenant. Situé dans la chambre 602. Clean, bien nettoyé. Parce que nous avons fait le premier froid, la chambre était un chauffeur, nous l'avons utilisé. Il y a des réfrigérateurs sur les planches avec de l'eau. Les administrateurs de bienvenue, parlés où et ce qui est proche. La chambre est entièrement fournie pour l'invité, même une sponge pour chaussures. Le petit déjeuner est une table suédoise. Excellent café. Tout le monde trouvera leur petit déjeuner, selon leur goût. Merci pour le service, l'amitié.vendu

J'ai séjourné pendant 2 nuits. Il était bon Arrivée. Ils m'ont donné un départ tard à 2 heures. Le bain et le kit dentaire à la demande. C'est 4**** hôtel, je crois, le bain devrait être dans une chambre. Quand j'étais en train de parler à HSK (Housekeeping) sur le bain et le shampooing/conditionneur, parce qu'en une chambre 3 dans une, elle était en presse de quitter, elle a fait attention. Mais plus tard, elle a été fournie. Le lendemain soir, j'étais mordue par des couilles. J'ai demandé à FO de changer mon blanket, mais la recevante Victoria m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de HSK, mais je vous apporterais - en me faisant un service. Je lui ai demandé de retirer le blanket précédent, je ne pouvais pas l'utiliser à nouveau. À mes paroles, elle ne pouvait pas le faire. J'ai demandé pourquoi? Et où je devais mettre ce linge-- elle a dit, elle ne savait pas et elle est partie. Elle ne m'a pas offert de passer à une autre chambre ou de changer le lit. Elle était presque à courir de moi. Le lendemain, j'ai informé Mme Anastasiya à la réception que j'étais mordue, elle m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de couilles dans les chambres. Il s'appelle Dmitriy. Il était très gentil et m'a offert de me mettre à jour la prochaine fois. Cet hôtel est le meilleur que je puisse trouver à Izhevsk, mais ils doivent changer d'attitude à l'égard de leurs clients et être plus aimables et aidables. J'espère que l'équipe HSK sera plus attentive à l'invité et écoutez-les.vendu

L'hôtel dispose de deux ailes, l'une rénovée et l'autre sans. La salle des affaires est neuve. D'une manière générale, la chambre n'est pas mal. Bien que nous ayons déjà eu un invité, c'était évidemment bruyant, il y avait donc des trous dans la porte, ce qui n'a causé aucun inconvénient en général. La douche dans la chambre était bonne, elle fonctionnait, le lit était confortable et le petit déjeuner était correct, mais il n'y avait pas de chichi.
