Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.DèsJPY 33,226

The property is located at a centralised and hygienic location in the city, nearer to railway station and bus stand. The public transport system is easily available on call.
The stay in the hotel was nice and comfortable.
All modern facilities were provided by the hotel and are of good standard. Staff was very amicable and hospitable. Food was delicious and the service was prompt and quick.

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel.
The fragrant smell was too strong.
I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight
Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep.
Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK.

We checked in late at night, the night staff including the receptionist and bell boy needed some more guest oriented training. The room is well maintained though it needs renovation. All the staffs are very hard working, disciplined, helpful and warm. The location is very ideal for travellers. En général, je suis heureux de rester ici toute cette semaine, simplement parce que tout le personnel est super amical.
Seuls quelques commentaires personnels concernant la carte d'accès à l'hôtel, pas de troubles/ nettoyage ma carte de chambre ne sont pas standard de 5 étoiles.
Les problèmes d'hygiène sont les plus importants : il faut faire un effort ou améliorer l'eau potable, la bouteille est sale, la bouteille est sale, le mur est moulé, etc.
La plupart des aliments du restaurant ne sont pas disponibles.

Checkin was superfast, no hustle at all. Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property as it claims to be. The rooms are surely clean and comfortable, but the positives end there. The service is absolutely appalling. I ordered a coffee but they failed to serve it even in one hour despite reminding them twice. Once after taking shower all the water were overflowing through under the door to bedroom. The breakfast was a joke. There was no buffet and there were only two options - Puri sabzi or toast! They didn't even have tea or coffee ready. After a couple of reminders they finally brought coffee. I gulped it down with a toast and hurried off to check out. Merci pour votre aide de 7 jours. La position est très bonne, car elle est à quelques pas de la meilleure destination touristique de Tilvanantapram, le Temple Shripad Mana Baswarmi. La chambre est propre et large. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais il y a un énorme vent sur le toit, donc très froid, il peut être magnifique avec le climatisation. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude à l'heure, mais il est très chaud dehors, donc si vous sortiez, la température est très chaude. Même si je suis allé à un moment bizarre, le restaurant fonctionne, donc je pense qu'il peut fonctionner 24 heures sur 24 toute la journée. Chaque chambre a un menu, donc vous pouvez vérifier, mais le prix n'est pas supérieur au restaurant voisin. Outre les papiers et les eaux de lavage, les installations fournissent le moins de besoins.

Great stay. The staff is wonderful and polite. They helped me a lot in settling down and food preferences were kept in mind for breakfast. I had a good experience staying there. location is great as it's close to tourist locations as well as local markets. The mall of Travancore is just walkable distance away and Lulu mall is just 10-15 min ride. I was there for work, so wifi service in the room and conference hall is excellent ***** with continuous service from the staff for any amenities or snacks. Overall had a good time. vendu
