I have stay in room no ***. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty manager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar manager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor Manager Mr. Varun and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

Us consulate is very close and you can easily get rickshaws outside the hotel if you want to go anywhere, even the in house bar of the restaurant is good. If you want decent food then good restaurants are around the corner and everyone in the hotel are helpful. But the corridors of the hotel where people keep their empty plates should be removed as soon as possible but the cleaning staff kept plates throughout the day and even after so hygiene has to be maintained in this aspect. I hope the hotel looks into this

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us well and assisted us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities and rooms were okay. For $70/night including taxes, we were expecting a better-kept room and area. The lobby was honestly one of the nicest parts of the hotel. The pool and gym were maintained but looked old. The room was also very dated and there was rust and grim on the metal taps and drains and the pain jobs were visible on the walls and hallways. Some of the furniture was breaking or bending. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout drapes were perfect. The staff accommodated us with a late checkout and an additional night when we extended our stay.

Hotel is good. Morning breakfast is quite good and mouth watering. See the hotel campus - it is full with lush green trees, and gives you a heritage feeling of palace. Rooms are clean, staff is well mannered and service is very good. Front desk people are very cooperative. You will get newspaper every morning. I also booked a Maruti Ertiga for the business meetings. Swimming pool is also clean. Please check with front desk for the usage timings.

L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport et d'une station de métro léger. L'emplacement est moyen et il n'y a pas de grands centres commerciaux autour. Dix minutes de l'aéroport. Les chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont dominées par des meubles en bois et je l'aime beaucoup. C'est propre et hygiénique. Il y a des articles de toilette jetables et des pantoufles. L'attitude de la réception est également bonne. Les repas indépendants de l'hôtel sont plus indiens, selon les préférences personnelles. Il y a un restaurant de poulet rôti à proximité, ainsi que des restaurants végétariens indiens locaux. Le WIFI par défaut de l'hôtel se déconnecte souvent. Plus tard, la réception a donné un autre mot de passe de réseau WIFI et le problème a été résolu.

Disappointing Experience with the In-House Nightclub Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but my experience with their in-house nightclub left a lot to be desired. When I tried to enter, I was abruptly informed that it was ”couples only”—a policy that was not mentioned anywhere on their website when I booked. If the nightclub is advertised as part of the hotel’s amenities, it should be clearly stated that solo male travelers are not welcome. To make matters worse, the staff at the entrance were extremely rude. They asked me to move aside so a couple—who weren’t even hotel guests—could enter, while simultaneously demanding an absurd 10,000 INR entry fee from me. I’ve been to some of the top clubs around the world and have never paid even half that amount for entry. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the response was dismissive. One of the staff members simply said, ”Stags are not allowed.” I found the term both unprofessional and unnecessary. This lack of hospitality and fairness was disappointing enough that I’ve advised my friends—who had upcoming reservations—to cancel their stay. If you're looking for a more premium and welcoming experience, I’d strongly recommend Leela Palace instead.

Les chambres et les restaurants étaient bons. Cependant, le service était très pauvre, Tea commandé entré après 2 heures! Les chaises à roues sont très mauvaises pour les seniors. Les services de la valet doivent être correctement coordonnés par l'hôtel ***agencement.

Our stay was simply amazing! Loved the hotel especially due to exceptional customer service and fantastic eating experiences. The stay was simply perfect. Every staff member encountered were a delight and so helpful. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Bonne expérience de séjour à l'hôtel E. Les personnels étaient tous utiles et répondaient à toutes nos besoins. Sunitha et ***i étaient de bonnes gardiennes de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bon, bien qu'il soit végétarien. Il sera bon si elles commencent le petit déjeuner de 6.30am au lieu de 7.30am. C'était ma 2ème séjour à l'hôtel E.
