Stayed for 3 nights here and it was a wonderful experience. All staffs were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Room was spacious and kitchen was sufficiently equipped. We also had a private elevator and there’s Indomaret at the GroundFloor that makes it easy to get any daily necessities if you forgotten to bring it. Highlight was definitely the swimming pool. I love active vacation so this pool was more than enough to meet my expectation. The gym was quite nice as well, despite being rather old and some equipment already worn-out.
It is also very close to Setiabudhi Astra MRT station, so no need to worry about odd/even car’s plate to go to Bundaran HI (Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia shopping mall), or even to go to Senayan area.

The Executive Lounge was a standout:
• Afternoon Tea featured delicate pastries, savoury bites, and premium teas with skyline views.
• Dinner service balanced Asian and Western selections, all fresh and well-presented.
• Staff were discreet, sharp, and intuitive — offering genuine hospitality without overstepping.

The good: The huge rooms , samsung tv with seamless connection and fast internet speed allowing multiple devices. The bath tub and direct access to mall. The staff are so friendly, as they greet and have a nice smile or small talk. Very good english so no issue for communication. Easy to have taxi as they have bluebird taxi on standby.
The bad : The breakfast food was disappointing for family with kid so we did not go back after first day. For business traveller who needs a bite and go, it will suffice. Not for long-term stay. The ascott reward point system was bad - it was a week after we check out.. i finally sign up but don't see my stay, so i email and hope that support team can have this first past reservation added. During stay, I had to let plumbing come in to fix an issue with a leak for lower floor - amazingly it happen when we have not even used the bath tub. The fix took an hour plus. Request happen at 4 pm and we are at home. Swimming pool (1.2metre for adult pool) is okay for kids - at least a toddler pool but no slides.
Conclusion: Enjoy the hotel access to shopping mall, availability of large food choices on delivery app and posh feeling - so will still recommend.DèsAED 395

The only word I can use about here is ”Superb” -we had a bad experience at Grand Tropic so checked out after 15 minutes -then came here -yes a bit expensive but worth every penny/cent -Lady on reception -sorry dont remember her name was superb -apartment really just great -was six or seven of us -apart from me all Indonesian-I was concerned about no pork etc. as all Muslim -no problem at breakfast the Restaurant Manager just a great guy -yes we waited a bit as was busy but first day 6 then seven second day totally acceptable -but he really went out of his way to make us happy -I have lived in Asia 18 years just dont eat rice much -but asked for 'nasi Goreng” for my friends -and ended eating myself was great superb taste -kudos to Chef -but Restaurant Manager and team were just superb -Restaurant Manager -just knows how to deal with foreigners and Indonesians in a seamless fashion -=wont mention his name -you find out!DèsAED 307

I have stayed here several times. The room is standard with carpeted floors, clean, and comfortable. However, the lighting is a bit dim; it might be helpful if a standing lamp were provided in each room without having to request it. But for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere, this room is perfect. Le portier, la réception, le ménage, tout le personnel vous accueille avec le sourire et vous dit bonjour ! La chambre est bien rangée, avec des ensembles complets de vaisselle et d'articles de toilette. Ce n'est tout simplement pas facile à trouver, mais il y a aussi une machine à laver assortie, ce qui est génial : vous pouvez laver vos vêtements à tout moment lorsque vous sortez. Pas mal 😊 !

The Ayana MidPlaza hotel is perhaps one of the swankiest hotels that I have ever been too. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay more comfortable. As it was the night of our wedding, we even got a special cake as a present, which I must add was absolutely delicious. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bathroom amenities were also perfect. J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Morrissey à Jakarta et j'ai passé un séjour globalement agréable. Le personnel a été incroyablement aimable et serviable tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui a contribué à l'ambiance de l'hôtel. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était varié et agréable, avec de nombreuses options délicieuses pour bien commencer la journée.
La chambre était correcte, même si elle aurait certainement besoin d'être rénovée, notamment au niveau de la décoration. Il y avait beaucoup trop d'interrupteurs, ce qui rendait le contrôle de l'éclairage un peu compliqué. Avec un peu de modernisation, la chambre serait beaucoup plus confortable. Cependant, pour un court séjour, c'était suffisant.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est une bonne option pour un séjour à Jakarta, notamment grâce à l'accueil chaleureux du personnel et à l'excellent petit-déjeuner. Quelques améliorations dans les chambres la rendraient encore plus agréable !DèsAED 220

L'environnement de l'hôtel est moyen, avec la gare CIKINI à côté. L'intérieur de l'hôtel est superbe. Les chambres sont dotées de baies vitrées, offrant une luminosité et une vue exceptionnelles. Il y a aussi une superbe piscine. Malheureusement, je n'avais pas apporté de maillot de bain et je n'ai donc pas pu en profiter.
