Situé en bord de mer, le design est soigné, l'agencement est très bon, le plancher traversant est haut, les équipements sont complets.Le long balcon du restaurant au neuvième étage offre une vue panoramique sur La Havane, qui est très étiré. La salle de bain est lumineuse et l'eau du bain est vraiment bonne. Les serveurs sont tous enthousiastes et attentionnés, il y a une serveuse au restaurant qui s'occupe bien de l'habitude de nos chinois de boire de l'eau chaude, merci à elle ! J'ai réservé un hôtel chez Ctrip fin août 2023. Il porte un logo cinq étoiles et coûte 200 US$/nuit/petit-déjeuner inclus. Le prix est cher. Après avoir visité de nombreux hôtels locaux, j'ai toujours l'impression que le prix est modéré et acceptable.
L'hôtel est situé sur la place centrale de la Vieille Havane, au centre de La Havane, à proximité de nombreux hôtels, restaurants et attractions touristiques.
L'hôtel est propre et hygiénique, avec un environnement élégant. Le petit-déjeuner buffet propose une large gamme de variétés locales. Le prix du dîner est le même que celui des restaurants haut de gamme en dehors de la rue.
Il y a des terminaux de bus de l'aéroport et des terminaux de bus touristiques à deux étages à quelques dizaines de mètres de la porte de l'hôtel, ce qui rend très pratique les déplacements vers différents points de la ville.
En raison du manque de matériaux à Cuba, les installations de l'hôtel ne peuvent être comparées à celles des pays nationaux et occidentaux. Le seul inconvénient est que l'eau dans le lavabo est trop petite, ce qui rend le lavage des mains difficile.
Le personnel, les guides touristiques et les maîtres des stations de taxi dans le hall et à l'entrée de Shadian facturent tous des prix élevés, alors soyez prudent.Dès€92

L'hôtel est excellent sauf que je suis déçu de la façon dont le stockage des bagages a été géré. J'ai fait le paiement et il n'y avait pas de réception fournie. Le pire est le jas de stockage de bagages sans tache pour réclamer. Qu'est-ce que si le doméone retire accidentellement mon sac qui est une rimowa. Après avoir insisté sur la documentation, j'ai reçu une note écrite à la main pour indiquer Pour un hôtel de cinq étoiles, vous devriez être plus professionnel dans la manipulation de ce ; charger les clients de retour pour 3 nits pour stocker un sac quand je rentre ? et ma réception après payer ? et ma collecte tac pour la sécurité ?Dès€66

Équipements : La chambre est belle et grande. Il y a 2 toilettes, mais les équipements et la literie sont relativement anciens. Il n'y a pas de gobelet pour se brosser les dents. Le sèche-cheveux est cassé.

Так получилось, что за короткое время я останавливался в отеле дважды, поэтому пишу два отзыва в один день. В общем, отель по-настоящему прекрасен - всё добротно, красиво, удобно и стильно (отель открыт с 1929 года и, в целом, сохранил свой стиль за небольшими исключениями). Изначально над ним работали основательно, и результат не подвёл - по настоящему хорошие вещи не теряют с возрастом свой класс, а наоборот, приобретают дополнительное достоинство, ну как коньяк или выдержанный ром). Добавляет ощущений (вернее, возводит их в степень) отношение персонала - душевное и неравнодушное. Встречал здесь гостей, которые всегда останавливаются в этом отеле, когда приезжают в Гавану. Deuxième séjour en 2023 à cet hôtel très confortable, à proximité du Centro Chirurgico. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Entouré d'un charmant jardin et de la terrasse. Gaté, avec sécurité. Air conditionné dans les chambres est super. Espace de manger n'est pas climatisé, donc vous devez vous asseoir sur la terrasse pour une brise. Les repas étaient assis avec choix de poisson/poulet/oeuf. Les repas (si simple) sont préparés par un chef et très goûteux. Très mieux que beaucoup des mauvais buffets dans d'autres hôtels. La petite zone du bar est maintenant ouverte pour des boissons le soir et le soir. Le personnel était exceptionnellement agréable et utile. Le personnel parle (un peu) anglais. Location à côté de l'hôpital du cœur signifie que vous pouvez facilement trouver des taxis près de l'hôtel. Cependant, l'option de transport la plus économique est de descendre vers le Malecon et d'attendre le train des enfants qui fait une course de la Plaza de las Armas à l'hôtel Riviera environ toutes les 2 heures pour 40 pesos. L'hôtel changera d'argent à la tarification officielle de 120/USD, mais vous ne le recommandez pas, car vous pouvez obtenir un meilleur prix facilement sur le marché ”informel”. La couverture peut être un peu spot, parfois vous perdez le signal. Autres avis ont soulevé des questions de température/pression de l'eau: ce n'est pas généralement la faute des hôtels. Il est très bon de rester à El Encanto. Tout est si facile et ils vous donnent vraiment ce service personnel comme vous êtes à la maison. Il est grand de rentrer à Cuba après la COVID. Tout est de retour et de meilleure qualité. El Encanto est parfaitement situé à Habana centrale. Super proche distance de marche à tout ... le Malecon, Vedado, Hotel Nacional, Habana Vieja et le centre-ville. Les chambres sont bien équipées avec TV à écran plat, salle de bains pleine avec beaucoup d'eau chaude et de bonne pression, elles ont même peu de réfrigérateurs pour les boissons et les snacks. Certainement vous recommandez de rester ici. Très sûre zone pour marcher à tout moment. Près de nombreux restaurants. L'hôtel peut échanger de l'argent pour vous qui le rende super convenable et fiable. Ils connaissent bien la zone et ont beaucoup de recommandations. Les taxis sont facilement disponibles. L'hôtel peut appeler et faire des réservations et des taxis. Ils parlent anglais. Il y a beaucoup de types de chambre pour les familles, les voyageurs individuels, etc. Vous avez aussi de grandes vues sur la terrasse de toit. Ils ont aussi de la bière et de l'eau à acheter. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, la vue sur le restaurant du petit-déjeuner est très bonne, les installations des chambres sont vieilles, pas de wifi, seul le hall, carte réseau 5cuc 5 heures, le bar ouvert de l'hôtel est super, il y a des chansons et des danses, les cuisses de poulet sont très puissantes.
