Toutes les faces sont satisfaites, la position est bonne, l'hôtel dispose d'un jardin facile à garer, les installations de la chambre sont conformes aux attentes, le petit déjeuner est meilleur, le style et la qualité sont très satisfaits. La réception a des serveurs qui parlent anglais. Il convient de noter en particulier que nous avons besoin d'un court terme de assurance russe pour conduire notre véhicule. Un serviceur de l'hôtel, qui est peut-être un gestionnaire, nous aide à trouver en ligne, à nous appeler pour nous consulter et nous informer des lieux détaillés, Nous avons trouvé le bon endroit une fois, conformément aux instructions, et nous avons réussi à acheter l'assurance. Nous n'avons pas acheté près d'un jour dans une autre ville avant. Nous sommes donc très reconnaissants à l'hôtel, le gestionnaire de service client et vous souhaite une bonne sécurité.

Второй раз а этом отеле.при бронировании не могла вспомнить, где жила , думала, лишь бы не туда .приезжаю-а нет, это он же, проблемы все те же -заходишь с улицы в ресторан практически в очень тесный холл, шум и запахи, встречает администратор ресторана , потом попадаешь на рецепшн .лифта нет ,если чемодан, то тащить самой надо . чтоб открыть дверь на лестницу (узкую, минимально, наверно, по пожарным нормам ширина, 90 см)карабкаешься к себе на этаж. И все бы ничего, но виды опять на крышу заднего двора с кондиционерами.опять всю ночь шум был от vrf блоков , кому важен хоть минимальный вид из окон,плохо переносят шум -мимо проходите.налепили себе вывеску с 5 звёздами .позорище

Чистота на 5, вот только не во всех номерах свежий ремонт, для тех, кому сложно по ступенькам подъём и спуск, учтите что лифта нет, берите второй этаж, т.к. расположение самого отеля начинается именно с него, на первом этаже кафе Хуторок, где приличное меню.
