L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement central, à proximité du Kultur Palast (Palais de la Culture). La vieille ville est accessible en 20 minutes à pied. Un centre commercial et plusieurs petites boutiques spécialisées se trouvent à proximité, et un bureau de change proposant un taux de change avantageux se trouve juste au coin de la rue. La suite junior, avec un canapé-lit supplémentaire, était spacieuse et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et bien organisé. La seule chose que nous avons trouvée inhabituelle était la réservation d'heures pour la piscine. Malheureusement, il est impossible d'utiliser l'espace spa spontanément. Je trouve cette restriction inacceptable dans un hôtel 5 étoiles !

L'hôtel était très bon. Au début, nous avons été accueillis par un gardien très aimable et utile. Le personnel de la réception était également utile et professionnel. La chambre était confortable et grande. Gym, sauna pool très agréable. La seule remarque est que pour examiner l'équipement, je veux dire, l'évacuateur d'eau brisé à la saune, etc. Et aussi la saune à 8 30 n'a pas été chauffée.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était poli, a bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit pour l'une des plus belles vues de l'hôtel et a dîné au restaurant du niveau 2, qui était également excellent. Le steak était excellent. Il y a aussi un casino au même étage, mais le personnel au comptoir était assez désagréable. La réunion s'est néanmoins bien passée.

L'hôtel a dépassé toutes nos attentes : c'est vraiment un séjour 5*. La chambre était très grande et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon - l'un des meilleurs choix depuis longtemps. Très bien situé en face de l'aéroport. Le seul défi est d'empêcher l'eau de s'échapper de la douche sur le sol (point mineur). Deux Sebastions à la réception ont été utiles. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour d’une nuit à l’aéroport.

I stayed at Novotel Warszawa Centrum and was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully the room was arranged. Everything was placed in a way that made moving around easy and intuitive. The furniture and layout felt modern and practical — clearly designed with travelers’ needs in mind. The location is also great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw!

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

Après être descendu de l'avion, j'ai appelé l'hôtel et ils m'ont patiemment dit où attendre la voiture de prise en charge à l'hôtel. Une fois que je l'ai trouvée, ils ont rapidement trouvé une voiture pour venir me chercher et m'emmener à l'hôtel. Comme je suis arrivé tard, la réception m'a également informé que je pouvais avoir quelque chose à manger ou à boire, le prix était abordable et très délicieux, et que je pouvais manger dans la chambre. L'hôtel propose une variété d'oreillers parmi lesquels choisir et les lits sont très confortables. L'hôtel est proche de l'aéroport mais on n'entend aucun avion décoller ou atterrir. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel est fortement recommandé

The hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout. The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time.. Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper.... The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open... The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason.... It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

Je ne peux pas dire à quel point j'ai adoré cet hôtel ! C'était la deuxième fois que j'y séjournais. Le personnel est poli et sympathique, et ils ont rendu mon séjour beaucoup plus fluide et moins fatiguant ! La nourriture est délicieuse, je recommande vivement de dîner au Nova Wola ! Je dois souligner qu’il est très proche du métro et qu’il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face de l’hôtel. J'adore marcher, donc si vous voulez aller dans la vieille ville, cela représente environ 30 à 40 minutes de marche. Il y a le musée Apple qui se trouve à proximité, le musée Uprising est également accessible à pied. Les trajets Uber à Varsovie ne sont pas très chers si vous préférez le confort d'une voiture. Gardez simplement à l’esprit que les Ubers et les taxis doivent s’arrêter à proximité de l’hôtel et non à l’intérieur.

This is the best ibis hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is large and equipped with a table, sofa and kettle! The transportation is also very convenient. You can reach the train station in 20 minutes by walk and very close to buses station. 10 minutes to metro. There is a restaurant next to the hotel and there have a “food towns”, supermarkets, etc. within a 10-minute walk nearby. In short, it is very convenient!

This hotel is in a great location right in the centre walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport to other areas of the city. It is fairly modern with good facilities for a city break or business trip. In places the decor and carpets in corridors were a little tired but the rooms were in nice condition and very clean. I did find the shower annoying as it ran hot and cold intermittently in my room, but not for all of my friends in other rooms. The main road where some rooms face can be noisy but not so much in the middle of the night. It is light road and city noise, not crowd or music noise. I really enjoyed the breakfast and glad I opted for it each morning. The restaurant area is nice and always busy which is a good sign. If you are looking for an English breakfast, this isn't your place, but I enjoyed trying polish breakfast things. There is scrambled egg, sausage, toast, pancakes etc. but there is also things like chickpea salads, olives, smoked fish, and pickles. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Warsaw.

Le salon de l'hôtel était très propre, les installations de l'ascenseur, qui peuvent être déplacées en regardant l'extérieur, étaient excellentes et les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables avec un lit unique. La salle de bain était lumineuse et la douche et le tube étaient séparés et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était également préparé pour un 5 étoiles. Cependant, le parking est séparé de l'hôtel, donc il était un peu inconfortable.
