My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

Le plus satisfaisant hôtel de cette voyage en Grande-Bretagne. Au centre de Belfast, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville, à un jour de la salle de ville, le grand voyage est à la route. Un appartement dans une salle à la fois est construit à partir d'un bâtiment historique, décoré et élégant, avec toutes les installations et très pratique de laver la cuisine.

A very well-located hotel. The lobby also looks quite nice! Check-in was smooth. The room was spacious; since we booked a family room, there was also a sofa. Overall, we were very satisfied with the room. However, it's worth mentioning that the sink in the bathroom was clogged, which made it impossible to use, and it was also leaking. The soundproofing was not good; we could hear people talking in the next room. There were a lot of people checking out in the morning. I hope there can be improvements!

L'hôtel est bien situé, à environ 15 minutes à pied de l'hôtel de ville. Si vous êtes en bonne condition physique, vous pouvez également vous rendre à pied à l'université Queen's. L'éclairage de la pièce est un peu faible, mais les conditions d'hygiène sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet anglais typique, qui est plutôt bon. Il y a une chose à laquelle vous devez faire attention. La nuit, vous pouvez souvent entendre un bruit étrange de pieds de chaise en métal frottant contre le carrelage, mais l'hôtel a de la moquette et ce bruit ne devrait pas être entendu. Ce qui est encore plus étrange, c'est que le bruit est toujours là dans la deuxième moitié de la nuit. Parfois, je m'endors mais je suis réveillé par ce bruit étrange. Les personnes sujettes à l'insomnie doivent donc choisir avec soin.

Close to bars and restaurants aswell as the titanic experience which is a short walk crossing the footbridge on the opposite side of river. Rooms had everything needed from iron, small fridge, tea/coffee facilities and also a safe. Breakfast was included and had both hot and continental food offerrings.

The Europa in my opinion has got quite tired and is in bed of a revamp of the Bedrooms … especially the executive rooms .. also the cleaning of the rooms is hit & miss .. pull out the beds and there is old debris .. no sanitary disposable bags in bathrooms - the complimentary tea/coffee tray is an absolute disgrace and so basic that I don’t know why they bother .. the complimentary water is room temperature and no fridges in rooms .. I have no idea why they have the star rating it has ..the standard is not what would be expected of such a hotel Which I feel is basking in the glow of years gone by .. and the prices are overly inflated… Come on Hastings you can do much better than this??

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

L'hôtel Ibis de Belfast, comme tous les Ibis est un hôtel de passage. Très peu d’interactions avec le personnel. Les chambres sont basiques mais confortables. La salle de bain est petite mais pour cet hôtel elle était plutôt bien optimisée. La nourriture est très basique. Nous n'avons pas testé les petits déjeuners. L'hôtel Ibis est bien positionné pour les visites néanmoins comme il n'a pas de parking il faut prévoir un coût supplémentaire si vous êtes en voiture. L'essentiel c'est qu'on y a bien dormi.

Le séjour de nuit à Hilton Lanyon est un spectacle de comédies dans la salle de Watetfront. Le restaurant est délicieux à partir du menu pré-théâtre, une chambre confortable, propre, spacieuse ensuite et un superbe petit déjeuner - surtout aimant les options végétariennes. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très professionnel, très efficace et très amiable.

On arriving at the hotel I didn’t find the reception very appealing. However, staff were lovely and the room was great. Very reasonable cost and lots of restaurants basically next door. We did not eat at the hotel but there was a great menu. Bar staff were lovely and accommodated a change on drinks request with no issues. The bed was comfortable and I didn’t hear any noise at night time. We loved our stay and will most definitely return. Thank you Ramada at Wyndham

Absolutely brilliant! We went to leave our bags & got to check-in early. Michael also offered a complimentary late checkout! Breakfast is superb, ate dinner in the hotel 1 night, really good food!. We also booked a trip with them. Nice touch being picked up at the hotel. Rooms cleaned every day, only negative for me would be a wee biscuit with tea & coffee tray.

L'hôtel est très bon, parce que nous sommes en bateau à Liverpool, donc nous sommes allés à l'hôtel à moins de 8 heures, la réception nous a donné un séjour, nous avons lavé le bain, nous avons mis les bagages et nous sommes sortis pour jouer, très humain! Les installations de l'hôtel sont nouvelles, le lit est grand, l'espace est bon, le prix est très élevé, et il faut passer à la gare du centre-ville pendant 5 minutes. Vous pouvez vraiment essayer sa maison pour venir à North Love jouer!

L'hôtel est magnifique, avec un sens de l'histoire, le thème du Titanic, le service n'est pas mauvais. Il convient pour prendre des photos, même pour enregistrer des serveurs masculins, portant beaucoup de Jack. Il y a beaucoup de photos de l'année dans le bâtiment, et les manuscrits sont très traversants, adaptés aux films Titanic et aux amateurs d'histoire ! A recommander non loin du dot coffee, on sent le socialisme quand on entreprend, il faut payer, et mettre de la couleur aux chinois. L'inconvénient est : à cause du bâtiment historique, l'eau du bain est petite, la pièce n'est pas grande.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

Dans les villages de Belfast, un bus peut arriver directement dans une demi-heure, donc pas trop chaud et pas trop impartial. Le petit déjeuner avec lui est très bon. Je regrette de ne pas avoir mangé le petit déjeuner spécial irlandais le premier jour et le lendemain matin. La décoration générale est très fine et élégante, et l'hygiène est également bonne. Il est très recommandé, tant personnel que familial. L'hospitalité de l'hôte est encore impressionnante.

It’s a Travelodge so you know what to expect. It’s functional without any frills, but that’s all we needed for a weekend stay. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, but one grumble was the small window which did not open or allow much light into the room. The hotel’s location is superb. Easy reach of, well, everything. Highly recommend a visit to The Crown and Fibber Magee’s pubs which are just around the corner. Take a visit to the Titanic experience and also St George’s Market.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Nous sommes arrivés tard le vendredi - à 10 heures - et nous sommes si fatigués de découvrir le volume de musique jouée dans la zone de foyer/bar. Il y a 4 étages et notre chambre était sur le 3ème étage. La chambre était certainement petite, car le barbecue de l'ascenseur a pris une grande partie de notre chambre. Ceci signifie malheureusement que quand quelqu'un a utilisé l'ascenseur, nous avons entendu les pings et la voix de Belfast de la comédie qu'ils jouent quand vous arrivez au sol. J'ai appelé la réception et je me suis demandé quand la musique a été jouée jusqu'à - et je me suis dit à 1 h. Désolé, comme nous voulions dormir et tout ce que nous pouvions entendre - et je me suis senti. La basse était si puissante que vous pouviez sentir 3 étages ! Ne me trompez pas - c'est un hôtel de cracking dans un grand endroit - mais ne restez pas ici si vous voulez dormir de bonnes nuits. Le service était excellent et le personnel était magnifique.

Face à la porte arrière de la mairie à 7 minutes de la gare routière, très pratique, centre ville. Très récent, avec chauffage central et climatisation, excellent service et service attentionné. Il y a des séchoirs électriques dans la salle de bain. Le matériel de repassage est complet, la chambre est grande, le lit mesure 2 mètres et le petit lit est très confortable. Conception de chargement doux et dur en place. Cela vaut la peine de rester à nouveau.

L'hôtel le plus satisfaisant de ce voyage. L'emplacement est près de Queen's College, il y a un bus à la porte et à 10 minutes de la gare Europa en marchant. Depuis la gare près de Giant's Road, vous pouvez vous installer directement à la petite gare en face de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. En plus de la commande de Ctrip de faire une chambre double à l'hôtel, l'autre n'a ressenti aucune gêne, le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est super délicieux, c'est trop de poids.

The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. This hotel is newly opened. It is a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated with a modern contemporary vibe. The rooms are great, spacious and spotless. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It is in easy walking distance just 5 minutes from the City Hall. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel.
