My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!

hotel propre et neuf. chambre de taillr moyenne. l hotel a beaucoup d etage avec un bar panoramique en haut. Le petit dejeuner est conforme mais il manque quelques viennoiseries pour etre parfait pour rejoondre la vieille ville, il faut prendre le tranway ou alors 40 mn de marche.

Staff sent very good instructions on how to get to the property from the station which was appreciated. Short walk from the bus. Staff friendly and welcoming, we did have a few issues with the room booking but it was resolved. They take 10 euro deposit in cash which was returned easily on check-out. Room was clean and bathroom too, had everything we needed but was very very hot (only 1 fan). A free drink voucher was a nice touch and the bar was cheap and sociable. Easy walk into the main town for tours etc the next day. Stored bags for us, kitchen looked good although we didn't use it. Very close to a large Tesco store for groceries/snacks.

La chambre est grande, propre et le petit déjeuner est très copieux Il y a un supermarché et un fast-food en face de l'hôtel, et ce n'est pas loin des attractions Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Des spécialités slovaques sont servies dans le restaurant moyennant un supplément le soir, et elles sont servies jusqu'à 22 heures. très agréable

Nous sommes hébergés dans la chambre 606 de 27 à 28/11. La chambre est excellente mais nous sommes surpris par le mauvais service de la ”réceptionniste” qui nous a répondu à 07:30 du matin. Extrêmement arrogante et débouchée. Nous nous sentons indesiderables dans l'environnement. Nous sommes toujours en Europe et c'est la première fois que nous avons été mal pris en charge de cette manière dans toutes les villes et pays que nous avons déjà eu. Je pense qu'il est important de savoir si cela se passe avec d'autres invités, car les appartements sont excellents, mais si vous devez rentrer, Je ne reviendrai pas à cet hôtel et je ne dirai pas à mes amis que c'est encore Bratislava.

Visiting Bratislava for first time. Wedding anniversary so asked if any chance by email of an upgrade. Generously gave us an upgrade to a suite. Mrs T mightily impressed with the room and facilities. Staff all friendly. Breakfast brilliant with lots of choice. Interestingly bread and butter pudding which we think used yesterday croissants and pain a chocs. Absolutely delicious. Had a small issue with the bath tap. Reported and fixed while at breakfast. Fab service. Location very central with bus and tram stops nearby and can walk to old town in 10 mins. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Grand hôtel, salle de bains, lits, petit déjeuner. Ne pouvait pas être mieux! La dame au bureau front était accueillante et nous a montré autour. Les chambres ont aussi une télévision qui était une belle amenité. Je voudrais certainement consoder rester ici encore.

L'hôtel moderne et nouveau avec des chambres très chaudes (vous apprécierez dans les jours froids) à une distance de marche de la banque nationale et à 20 minutes à pied de la gare principale. (durant le week-end, il y a une option de parking sur la rue gratuitement) et petit déjeuner pour 10-15 Eur.

Les chambres sont très basiques, sans coiffeur, sans soute minimale, avec lit standard et télévision. La chambre est très petite et l'eau chaude semble prendre un moment pour se débarrasser, et malheureusement la pression de l'eau dans la douche est terrible. La télé télévisée a un bouton pour Netflix, mais il ne semble pas fonctionner ou a été déconnecté de quelque façon. L'hôtel est idéal, il ne fait qu'éloigner des pierres de la vieille ville et avec facile accès au reste de la ville. L'hôtel fait ce qu'il dit sur le tin et est bon pour quelques nuits de séjour.
