Un excellent service et de belles chambres ont assuré un séjour agréable. La gentillesse du personnel et la propreté des installations étaient impressionnantes, et l'emplacement était pratique pour le transport, et il y avait de nombreux magasins et restaurants à proximité, j'ai donc pu profiter d'un voyage confortable. Je choisirai à nouveau cet hôtel la prochaine fois. Je le recommande!

Central Station Francfort|À 1.71km du centre-ville

Moyen rapide de la gare. Quai 26. Sortir par la zone fumeurs/parking. Vous verrez l'hôtel. Séjour décent. Enregistrement et départ rapides. Bien dormi. Le wifi et la douche sont tous les deux bons. La chambre dispose d'un coffre-fort et est bien insonorisée. La chambre est un peu démodée dans la décoration mais ce n'est pas un problème majeur. À quelques minutes à pied de la gare HBF et d'une station de tramway. À environ 20 minutes à pied de la «vieille ville». Quelques problèmes majeurs cependant. Pas beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité et ce n'est pas un quartier particulièrement sûr. Beaucoup d'usagers/vendeurs de drogue dans la rue et ils ont l'air effrayant. Je ne me sentais vraiment pas du tout en sécurité. Être averti. 2 euros par nuit la folie de la taxe de séjour aussi

We stayed in Frankfurt at the beginning of our trip in Germany and found that you have to be careful when booking hotels in northeast area of the central station in Frankfurt but the area to the south where this inn is located is perfectly safe. This is a Japanese style business hotel and we tried out a location in South Korea that we enjoyed and we enjoyed this one too. We got the room with two twin beds and they have standardized furnishings and technology no matter where you are in the world at these hotels. The air conditioning was very good and had a good quiet function that maintained the temperature of the room perfectly. The beds were comfy and the pillows and blankets were just thick enough. The room has a very well planned layout and utilizes the space well with a desk area, coffee/tea station, mini fridge and a seating area by the window. There is plenty of lighting in the room and some quiet switches on the lamps. A pleasant surprise for us was the view we got of the central station and many buildings nearby - we could sit there and watch trains and trams come and go. The bathroom is compact but mighty with its well thought out modular design. There is a Japanese toilet with lots of pleasant features. The sink's faucet can fill the bath tub and also controls the shower wand and pressure. The shower has a wide spot in the middle that is perfect for standing in and has an overhead rain shower head with good pressure and good temperature control. The water for drinking can get pretty cold which was nice and refreshing. The location was good and walking along the river to the old town area is a very pleasant stroll. There are some restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The central station has lots of trains, busses and trams that can take you anywhere in the city. The S9 train departs for the airport every 20 minutes and takes about 12 minutes to get there. There is a restaurant in the lobby area that has good prices for beer. There is also a laundry area in the hotel and a large parkade across the street from the hotel. I dropped off my wife first before returning a car and there was a fire alarm and she found it difficult on how to exit. Thankfully no issues but they need to have clearer signage. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety including mostly western style breakfast options like scrambled eggs, sausages, bread and cheese. When we stayed there were some noodles for breakfast. They had juices, tea and a coffee machine. We found the cups provided for the coffee machine were too small for a few of the options. There is a courtyard to sit in and a large cafeteria style seating area. Breakfast is popular and was especially busy after 8 on Saturday morning when we visited. They provide trays that you can load up and bring to your table but many people were forgetting to clear their tables and bring them to the tray racks because the staff does not clear tables and is more focused on making sure all food spots are well stocked.

Shout-out to Eshan from guest relations for the warm welcome to the hotel. From the onset even before we reached the hotel, they already extended a very warm welcome by helping me handling my delivery and ensuring it is kept safely! Exactly the experience I need for a comfortable stay. Hotel looks really clean and neat. Hotel was very near to the airport (one link bridge away at level 3). Had all the facilities like Starbucks n bakery.

Il devrait y avoir de l’eau potable dans des endroits accessibles dans votre hôtel. Les serviettes doivent être changées quotidiennement. La qualité du savon, du gel douche et du shampoing est médiocre. Il y avait du savon dans la zone de gel douche de notre chambre, mais pas de shampoing. (Nous recommandons de renouveler un article tel qu'un kit d'hygiène.) Nous avons trouvé que le groupe fromage dans le contenu du petit-déjeuner était insuffisant. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les shots de vitamines. Concernant le transport, l'assistance en taxi (véhicule) a été rapide. La communication avec les clients et l’intérêt du personnel nous ont laissé une expérience positive. Le coin jeux était très agréable. Les cafés et les boissons étaient délicieux. Merci à Lenox, le membre le plus travailleur de l'hôtel, pour sa gentillesse et sa chaleur. À part cela, nous étions globalement satisfaits. Merci et amour à Carlos et à tous les employés concernés...
