Nous avons séjourné pendant 26 jours de fin décembre 2022 à la mi-janvier 2023. Notre séjour était excellent dans l'ensemble. Avec cette durée de séjour, il y aura certainement des insatisfactions mineures. Nous avons réservé une chambre de haut niveau qui était à la hauteur de toutes les attentes, une vue magnifique sur l'océan Pacifique et aussi sur les collines derrière. La chambre était servie quotidiennement et très propre. Bons meubles et accessoires, l'hôtel n'a qu'une année d'âge. Le personnel de la réception de l'hôtel n'aurait pu être plus utile depuis que Alphonso nous a vérifiés à 2h. Ils ont parlé de bonnes langues et ont fait des traductions pour nous, ont aidé à organiser un voyage à la mer Chungara et rien n'a été trop difficile pour l'ensemble de l'équipe. Le petit déjeuner buffet était plus que suffisant et le restaurant avait toujours des tables propres à se poser. Le service était parfois un peu lent, ce qui était décevant. La qualité de la nourriture était bonne. Bon WiFi tout au long d'un grand endroit pour échapper à l'hiver européen.

I would avoid this hotel. It calls itself 5 star but the management must think it is 2 star because they treat you very poorly. The room was very nice and the gym fantastic – but that is where it ends. Firstly, we were told very clearly that we needed a card to get towels at the pool and that, if we lost it we would be charged $20 each. This is a 5 star hotel – cards to get pool towels is ridiculous. Then we left a book in the restaurant and when we went back the next day no-one had any idea what the procedure was regarding lost property. We did get it back eventually but how did no-one know where lost property was held? Poor management! The restaurant staff were terrible – at no point did anyone every come and ask us if we wanted to order or if we needed anything. We had to go to them every time – even though there were 5 or 6 of them milling around – it was very strange. But the most bizarre thing was when we mentioned that we had run out of coffee pods in the room and we were told we had to pay for them!!! We were in a suite, in a 5 star hotel and being told we had to pay for coffee pods. These are just a few examples of the poor service - ther were many more. Just not good enough –I have no idea who is managing this hotel but they clearly have little to no experience. There must be better options in Arica.
