La chambre est belle, propre et bien rangée, petit déjeuner gratuit, relativement simple, lait, céréales et pain. Il en coûte quatre dollars pour stocker les bagages après le départ. Il y a un restaurant Panda à proximité où vous pouvez manger de la nourriture chinoise. L'emplacement est très bon et il est très pratique d'aller à la rivière Chicago au bord du lac. La seule chose à surmonter était le bruit des trains à proximité, sinon c'était super.

Hotel Saint Clair is a wonderful place to stay. I have now stayed there at least five times in the last six months. Every time I have gone, the accommodations were excellent, staff was very friendly and amenities are awesome. Extra bonus points for the great workout room! This hotel is so close to the magnificent mile and so much shopping! Also, there are a lot of food choices everywhere! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. When I stay in Chicago, I make it a point to book this hotel.

My recent stay at this hotel was generally unsatisfactory. While the rooms are spacious, the facilities are outdated. The hotel does not provide complimentary water - instead, they charge $6 for a 500ml bottle. The air conditioning wasn't turned on before check-in, showing a lack of preparation. The front desk is severely understaffed with only one employee, resulting in queues every time you need assistance. The service quality needs improvement - they don't provide basic room service such as delivering toothpaste to the room. Additionally, the elevators lack security access control, raising safety concerns. Particularly disappointing was when staff entered the room with such brief notice that I didn't even have time to respond on the check-out day. Considering the room rates, this hotel offers poor value for money. Apart from the generous room size, the overall experience falls short, and I cannot recommend staying here.

There was a price discrepancy between what Trip.com posted of what I should pay at check-in and what the hotel actually charged me. I was finally able to check in after an hour of frustration, and Trip.com was able to reimburse me the difference.
