1. 這次入住體驗絕佳！從前台的熱情接待，到房間的整潔舒適，都讓人滿意。早餐更是驚喜，種類豐富，味道超讚！唯一小遺憾是停車費略高，不過整體不影響我給五星好評，下次還來！ 2. 酒店服務太貼心啦！房間佈置温馨，設施一應俱全。早餐的選擇很多，中式西式都有，吃得超滿足。就是停車收費要是能再優惠些就完美了，總體很推薦！ 3. 必須誇誇這家酒店！房間乾淨整潔，住得舒服。早餐食材新鮮，烹飪入味，吃得超開心。雖然停車費有點小貴，但服務和環境完全能彌補，值得再來！

Perfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.

Très bon établissement, situé en pleine ville. Point négatif : notre première nuit, nous avons été placé dans une chambre où la porté sifflait. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à cause de l’inconfort à 4h du matin. Je pensais qu’un geste commercial aurait été fait pour la gêne occasionnée mais que nenni. Points positifs : Le ménage est fait chaque jour. Une bouteille est offerte chaque jour.
