Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman. The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb. Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge. It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!

設施：看介紹好像是2011年開業的，但是感覺內部設施都很新很乾凈，湖景房正好能看到酒店外面清漣湖的夜景，聽餐廳負責人介紹説是通宵亮燈，到早上才滅，湖中央有個小島是給來酒店辦草坪婚禮的新人預備的，不對住客開放，略遺憾，停車位很多，地面地下都有，總的來説設施挺好的，就是床墊太軟了，有點腰痠背痛😅 衞生：很好，無論是房間，公共部分，都很好很乾凈服務：超好，一進大堂就有接待帶去前台辦理入住，工作人員小方小張工作效率很高，態度又好，很耐心回覆各個問題，辦好以後又有工作人員再指引電梯，並告知酒店主要設施分佈，用餐時間等，餐飲：到的當天在中餐廳點了些簡餐，餐廳工作人員特別好，介紹餐點介紹景點特別耐心細緻，早餐也很豐富，品種多又好吃，水果特別多，還有不少淮安當地美食。住過好幾次開元，對開元印象一直很好，希望能保持住品質

This hotel is very new and clean, and all the amenities are very nice. It has a “very zen” feel, and it is quite relaxing for business travelers like us. If all Ji Hotels in China are like this, I would definitely use the service of this hotel chain in the future.
