L’ hôtel est plutôt bien situé. Il s’agit d’un hôtel plutôt destiné à une clientèle de loisirs et ça se ressent. Le spa n’est pas un endroit intimiste mais ressemble plutôt à Disneyland. Il y a également un ******. Les chambres sont correctes mais commencent à accuser leur âge. La literie est horriblement dure. Les chambres côté rue sont assez bruyantes ( route avec tramway) Le petit déjeuner est typique de ce genre d’hôtel. Complet mais industriel. La cuisine du restaurant est un point positif mais les prix étaient élevés. Le personnel de l accueil est pro à l’accueil. Moins sympa au spa. Le rapport qualité prix est correct dans l’ensemble mais je choisirai sans doute un autre hôtel lors d’une prochaine visite à Sofia.

This hotel is in an excellent location: about 10 minute walk from the bus/train station; 5 minutes walk to the metro; 20 minutes walk to the city centre. So from that perspective, it fit my needs perfectly. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, so that was a major plus. The rooms, well, a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were VERY spacious, and had a great little balcony, from which I enjoyed a few drinks in the evening, the room really needed to be renovated. The word I described it is “shopworn”. Look at my photos of the room and you can see the broken couch and stained carpet. I would also say that the cleaning staff is a little lacklustre. While not “dirty” per sae, it certainly could be cleaned better. Some minor renovations and better cleaning would have me rating this hotel as a “five”.

L'hôtel est très bon, très propre. Il est parfait pour quelques jours. Seul le bas est que le contrôle dans le temps est à 14 h et si vous voulez le contrôle précoce vous devez payer. À part que c'était parfait. Même si j'ai payé, il mérite encore 5 étoiles.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the central station by walking. You can walk to nearly all main attractions in the city. They allowed us to check in early. The receptionist and the cleaning lady were nice and helpful. The room we booked was the deluxe one so it was big enough to accomodate the three of us. Only two negative points are the fact that it is very noisy at night and if you walk to the hotel at night (after 11pm) the surroundings seem to be a bit dangerous.
