I'm not sure if these reviews that I'm reading, the guests stayed at the same property that I did. My stay was nothing but pure awesomeness.It began with my Administrative Assistant having the anxiety task of booking my room and she knows exactly what I like and how precise I am about where I put my head to rest. I had her change 3 different reservations that were previously booked and I finally decided on the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Republic Airport Long Island/Farmingdale.

I checked in at 1:45 and had a 2pm conference call. That was my fault for cutting it so close. I was not informed that their wifi was down. That was their fault. I had to cancel my calls for the rest of the day and the wifi was out for about an hour in total. I would have forgiven this as I am not a picky traveler. The room was fairly clean and the breakfast was ok. What I was disappointed in was the attitude I got from the (I'm guessing) front end manager regarding plugging in my vehicle. I had already tried to plug in my car outside on the only plug, and, unfortunately, the plug tripped. This is not an unusual occurrence as those outside plugs tend to be old and worn out. I was told in no uncertain terms that I could go 'down the street' to charge my car and 'steal' electric from them as they could not accommodate my car as it was too expensive for them to maintain. I told them that is fine, I do not have to plug my car in as it is a hybrid, but I also would not be staying here again. So all in all, would recommend if you are a basic traveler, it was clean but it was not for my particular needs.

La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le premier jour où nous sommes allés à la piscine, et la salle d'entraînement - la piscine a été évacuée, et l'un des deux tapis a été brisé. Nous avons également signalé que le personnel de l'hôtel n'avait pas accès aux services de nettoyage des équipements d'entraînement. Il y a un autre hôtel à quelques kilomètres de ce qui coûte 60 dollars par nuit. Je y irais si j'étais vous. Mes efforts pour parler au personnel de l'hôtel, et le gestionnaire (même si cordiale) n'avait pas de valeur.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I’m a loyal Hilton guest but this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. Staff were super friendly throughout my stay and my room was large, airy and very clean, though the floor of my bathroom was a tad sticky and the lighting in the room is poor unless you turn on all the lights… I slept like a baby on both nights — it was super quiet at night (though you can hear people in their rooms as you walk down the corridors), the bed was suuuuuper comfortable and the room temperature just right! I still remain surprised at the lack of recycling efforts in guest rooms (a downfall of most Hiltons, unfortunately) and I was also surprised at the lack of toiletries provided in the bathroom (see photo).……..and the shower was in a very strange position — you had to squeeze in next to the toilet in order to open the sliding door and turn on the tap, else go fully into the shower from the other end and get wet whilst you turn it on. Very poor engineering! All this aside, my stay was overall a good one — and I’d no doubt stay here again — but there were two things that didn’t fly well with me (two things that may be fine for others!) 1. They have a VERY small gym — small especially for the size of the hotel. When I tried to use it on the first morning of my stay (around 6.15am) it was already “packed” and only one treadmill was working. I ended up leaving as there simply wasn’t any room for another person. There’s also no water or water fountain in the gym (I asked reception about where I could fill my bottle and they said they didn’t have anywhere to do this — so make sure you take a full bottle into the gym with you!), there’s no hand sanitizer, and there were no gym towels on the second morning of my stay. As someone who chooses their hotel based in part on access to a decent fitness center, this was a disappointing part of my stay. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor — I’m very grateful I was staying on the 4th floor!

J'ai séjourné ici les 8 et 9 juin sur la base d'évaluations favorables sur conseiller de voyage et Bookings.com. Un gros erreurs. J'ai arrivé le 8 juin fatigué d'un jour de voyage. J'ai reçu la chambre 201 qui était une unité finale comme je demandais une chambre tranquille. La première pointe de la chambre aurait dû être l'odeur de vomissements en dehors de la chambre - grâce à cela, il a été lavé par une pluie dure pendant la nuit. La chambre est très confortable, et le service est très confortable. Je suis allé chercher du café à un 7-11 près de la maison, j'ai parlé à un gestionnaire de temps de jour sur le toilette lent et il a été dit qu'il s'en occuperait. Le matin suivant, après avoir fait une douche, le toilette s'est éteint. Il a fait descendre le problème. Ils auraient dû appeler un pipeline, tirer le commodity et faire le travail correctement - au moins ils auraient dû me proposer de me déplacer dans une autre chambre. Vous ne devriez pas rester ici. Un déchargement.

En raison d'une inondation dans un appartement, moi et ma famille avons été contraintes de rester près de trois semaines dans un hôtel. Nous avons choisi le Hua Meda Hotel pour l'origine parce qu'il était proche de la maison et que le prix était faible; en raison de l'enthousiasme du personnel, nous avons prolongé notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup d'hôtels à choisir, mais nous sommes très satisfaits de l'hôtel Hua Meda. Bien que l'hôtel soit en construction et que le Wi-Fi soit choquant, les services offerts aux clients n'ont jamais été perdus. Le personnel du « papier de la caisse » (en particulier Kerry et Matt) est si gentil, inclusif et intéressant! Ces deux personnes ont fait double emploi pour nous, pour rendre notre maison très agréable! Merci!
