Неплохая гостиница, но, к сожалению, слишком много недочетов. Номер мне достался неплохой, но тесноватый, причем кровать поставлена так, что к шкафу уже не подойти. Тумбочка не дает подойти к окну. Номер был явно рассчитан на другую установку кровати и соответственно тумбочки, но кто-то поставил все так. В номере были следы жизнедеятельности других постояльцев. Одно полотенце было грязное, с большими коричневыми пятнами на белом фоне. Ковры и мебель немного «уставшие» Завтрак, «шведский стол» - неплохой, но уж слишком дорогой, для того выбора, что там предоставляется. Был обещан тренажерный зал и бассейн включенные в стоимость, но все было на ремонте и узнал я об этом только при заезде. Единственный явный плюс - это персонал на рецепшен, который старался учесть все мои пожелания. Итог: Минусы: грязь в номерах, дороговизна, отсутствие обещанной спортивной зоны. Плюсы: персонал на рецепшене, завтраки.

La première - si sur la carte vous avez pensé que l'hôtel est enlevé du centre et des vues - c'est pas tout à fait le cas, le lieu autour de l'hôtel est vivant et confortable, les trams et les bus sont très chers, à la place centrale très proche. La première fois que j'étais fatiguée lors de la réservation des points Hilton et la première fois que j'ai rencontré plusieurs coussins lors de la nettoyage de la chambre (volé un serviette emballée sous la vue de nettoyage et ... pardon, détail de la dame sticky sur le fond du bouquet de bagage dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais il a fallu une demi-heure avant la fin - tout était, rien n'était fini, les vaches blanches et les poulets étaient ajoutés au menu habituel. Il est toujours surprenant que, que dans les Hamptons il n'y a presque pas de mini-frigo dans la chambre, même les Ibis les plus simples sont plus susceptibles de les avoir. Et ici - un tug avec un plancher doux est toujours, et le réfrigérateur n'est pas trouvé.

Заехал в 5 утра в ночь с 27 на 28 февраля, спросил про парковку, мне начали объяснять на ресепшн про новые правила, что я должен предоставить сейчас госномер автомобиля, я резонно ответил, что авто будет припарковано в отеле завтра и тогда я сообщу номер. Мне ответили что не факт что это можно. Да, я должен в 5 утра звонить коллеге и спрашивать госномер машины для парковки чтобы удовлетворить в полной мере правила отеля😁. На лицо слабая подготовка персонала для корректного общения с гостями, видимо такая политика руководства отеля. В номере - ужасно мягкие матрасы, спать просто невозможно, их место давно на свалке. Дешевые мыльные принадлежности, просто не солидно, остальное все нормально.

Очень понравился ваш отель: шикарные интерьеры, красивое новогоднее убранство, хороший СПА, бесплатная бутилированная вода, разнообразные завтраки «шведский стол» с мёдом в сотах, круглосуточно можно заказать еду из ресторана (по отдельному меню) прямо в номер и идеальная тишина. При позднем заезде в 22:30 покормили ужином, хотя не должны были. При раннем выезде предоставили сэндвичи и фрукты. Мои замечания исключительно из искреннего желания помочь сделать отель идеальным. Итак: 1.Кофе на завтрак невозможно пить, проблема явно в некачественных зёрнах. 2.Официанты при гостях громко обсуждают рабочие моменты (сок не тронут, давай оставим на завтрак; ешьте, пока никто ничего не убирает; не пропускают вперёд себя гостя (проф.этикет) и т.д.) 3. Подали коктейли «Лайт что-то там» в непротертых бокалах (со следами высохших капель), аккурат как в советской столовой. 4. Однообразие обедов и ужинов по системе «все включено» неприятно удивило. На второй день уже не было никакого желания выбирать еду из одного и того же, хотя все было довольно вкусно. Порции большие. 5. Душевая кабина в 337 сильно протекала, огромная лужа на полу каждый раз. 6. Непонятная система выключения света в номере, это целый квест. 7. Белье синтетическое, постоянно электризуется. 8.Ольга из СПА, записывая долг по оплате бассейна за мной (карту с собой в бассейн я не беру из соображений безопасности), откровенно беспокоилась, что я откажусь оплачивать. Это было унизительно.

Excellent, comfortable hotel. Settled very quickly, staff responding and kind. Not at dinner, but in the lobby were able to have dinner. Very enjoyed a variety of breakfast, all fresh and delicious. The room is warm, the neighbours are not heard. Nous nous arrêterons certainement à nouveau.

В отеле ”Абсолют” останавливались, когда были проездом в Уфе. Искали по расположению, чтоб отель находился рядом с Южным автовокзалом, т.к. с утра должны были выезжать в другой город. Заселение с 14-00, но нам любезно позволили с утра оставить свои вещи в отеле. Комната довольно уютная, есть все необходимое: Кровать, шкаф с плечиками, телевизор, стол, стул, тумбочки и зеркало во весь рост. В ванной - мыло, шампунь и гель для душа; при входе - рожок и крем для обуви. Матрац удобный, даже мне с моей проблемной спиной спать было комфортно. Постельное белье старенькое, но идеально чистое. Очень понравилось, что есть небольшая общая кухня с микроволновкой, различной посудой, чаем, кофе и сахаром. Есть даже стиральная машинка. Несмотря на расположение отеля рядом с дорогой и автовокзалом, в комнате тихо. Обе девушки-администраторы приветливы и дружелюбны. Если еще будем в Уфе, с удовольствием остановимся в отеле ”Абсолют”.

Отличное тихое место. Старая часть города, удобно уехать в аэропорт. Рядом набережная и прогулочные зоны. До магазина если он понадобится 5-7 минут пешком. При этом вокруг нет большого количества жилых домов. Очень клиентоориентированный персонал, всегда отвечают на просьбы стараются идти навстречу насколько позволяют возможности отеля. Имеется сауна которую посещают также и местные, но неудобств это не создает. Питание возможно и по ресторанному меню и по меню шведского стола. Есть минус, иногда в кафе ощущается неприятный и непонятный запах, но можно попросить еду в номер. По соотношению цены и качества наверное лучшее место в Уфе.
