The exterior looks pretty good and has been upgraded but the interior is very shabby, it looks like it has never been renovated. Unfortunately, it is inside that it matters. The appliances and bathroom fittings are very old. We had to take a ”suite”; quite what qualifies it for that name was not clear, it was very cramped, smaller than most hotel rooms and there was no space for storing bags. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet was child sized. We had to take a room upstairs which was a problem for us as there were no elevators or ramps to roll bags up, I had to get help. Luckily one of the staff saw my problem and helped out. The location is not ideal as it a drive from downtown. The breakfast was mediocre at best. We were very disappointed, this not what I expect from Best Western

Nous avons réservé le Fairfield par Marriott Penticton pour notre groupe de mariages d'environ 30+ chambres en août 2022 (je suis sûr que nos clients ont passé près de $25,000 - $30,000 séjour ici). Les problèmes sont malheureusement le plus bas de leur désastre d'un gestionnaire Shawn Gill. Si vous avez besoin de les attraper, préparez-vous à envoyer un courriel au moins 4 fois avant de recevoir une réponse. Si vous les appelez, préparez-les à vous appliquer OU vous mettez en place pendant que vous les entendez prendre une demande personnelle pour un remboursement de prescription. Nous étions optimistes que, quand nous arrivions au service, il serait mieux, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Le personnel du bureau frontal a causé de nombreux risques de sécurité en donnant notre numéro de chambre à ceux qui en ont demandé et même en donnant des clés de chambre à ceux qui ne restent pas dans la chambre pour obtenir l'accès. Le bureau de front appelait leur chambre à 10 heures et leur dit de déplacer leur voiture pour un inquilin en colère. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé. Le service de la chambre est très bien placé et vous pouvez vous rendre à Penticton.

Vraiment apprécié mon séjour à Penticton Lakeside Resort. Je ne donne pas cinq étoiles à la légère, mais de l’hébergement au centre de conférence en passant par la nourriture (et leur souci du détail en ce qui concerne mes allergies alimentaires), c’était une expérience de première classe. Mes seuls reproches sont mineurs: ma chambre était bruyante jusqu'à environ 12h30 du matin, au bout du couloir et à ce que je suppose être l'étage inférieur. C'était une combinaison d'invités bruyants et de murs minces, je pense. J'étais sur le point d'appeler la réception quand ils se sont tous calmés; peut-être que quelqu'un m'a battu à l'appel. La pression de l'eau dans la douche n'était pas excellente non plus, mais c'est un hôtel soucieux de l'environnement, ce que j'apprécie beaucoup, alors peut-être que la pomme de douche à faible débit est une tentative de conservation de l'eau (que je respecte). Les terrains avec des sentiers de randonnée à 360 degrés et la vue magnifique sur le lac sont spectaculaires. Je resterai finalement ici encore.
