엄마가 친구분들이랑 이번주말 다녀오고 너무 좋았다고 하시네요. 주변에 낙산사도 멋있고 프라이빗 비치도 좋고 양양쏠비치는 노후한 시설이래도 항상 만족하고 오는거 같아요. 이번에 신경써주신건지 방배정도 잘해주셔서 위치도 좋았다고 하시네요. 또 주말 예약을 노려볼께요!!DèsQAR 294

La chambre était très bellement conçue. La chambre rose était presque la même dans la photo et la température de la chambre était très chaude à l'entrée. La chambre était propre dans l'ensemble, mais il y avait un cockroach apparu pendant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était meilleur que nous ne l'avions attendu et le prix était raisonnable.

A very cosy room for 2 persons. Conplete with cooking stove, big fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, laundry rack and a small dining table for 2. The wardrobe is spacious . Personal amenities can be purchased at the vending machine at the ground floor.
There is a 24-hour GS25 convenient store at the ground level. There is a modern cafe at the ground level.
The most accessible mode of transport is taxi.
Nearest attraction is the Yangyang Traditional Market. There are several quaint cafes, bakeries and a Daiso in the vicinity.DèsQAR 139

Il n'y a pas longtemps depuis qu'il est construit, donc la chambre est en bonne condition. Le lot de stationnement est très propre. Il est recommandé. J'ai voyageé en juin, donc il n'est pas très chaud. Parce que c'est la fenêtre, c'est autour de la côte, c'est humide, je pense que le climatiseur doit être opérationnel.
Le magasin E-Mart 24 est ouvert jusqu'à 11 heures le week-end devant l'hôtel.DèsQAR 126

낙산비치호텔 주차장이 낙선사 주차장이랑 붙어있어서 찾기 어려웠어요. 체크인 카운터 직원들은 환상적이었습니다. 너무 친절하셨고 방 컨디션도 좋았어요. 다만 조금 오래된 시설 같다는것! 수건도 퐁실퐁실한 느낌이 아니에요 그치만 너무 좋았어요.
오션뷰로 예약했는데 뷰는 이런 느낌 처음에 주차장 뷰인가 ... 했는데 뭐 바다가 보이긴 하니까요 ㅎㅎ

Il s'avère que l'hôtel vient d'ouvrir ses portes et n'a pas encore préparé d'avis en anglais ni d'installations dans les chambres. Heureusement, certains membres du personnel connaissent un peu l'anglais. Le préposé de l'hôtel n'est disponible que jusqu'à midi. De plus, la chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné n'avait pas de numéro de téléphone pour contacter la réception, ce qui était assez gênant. Les draps étaient rugueux et un peu inconfortables. Principalement parce que l'hôtel tout neuf sent très fort et qu'il y a beaucoup de poussière, ce qui n'est pas bon pour amener des enfants. Il vaudrait mieux y aller plus tard.
Il est à noter que le toit est très beau !

J'y suis allé avec ma mère, moi et mon jeune frère, et l'emplacement était bon, mais quand mon jeune frère est sorti de la douche le matin, il a dit que le couvercle du ventilateur était tombé. Je m'apprêtais à partir et je suis tombé. , je suis descendu au premier étage et je lui ai dit, et il a dit : « Oui », et c'était la fin. Ne devrais-tu pas lui demander s'il était blessé... ? Ma mère et mon jeune frère m'ont dit d'y aller ? et leur raconter la chute puisqu'elle n'a pas été touchée, mais elle était au dessus de l'évier et si elle est tombée pendant que je me lavais le visage, ça fait vraiment peur d'y penser ; Je ne pense pas que j'y retournerai hahaDèsQAR 100

The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot.
Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use.
Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on.
At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself).DèsQAR 114

Urbanstay Naksan Beach offers an amazing location—right by the ocean with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. I booked the suite room expecting something a bit more luxurious, and while it was clean and well-maintained, it didn’t fully match my expectations. The self-check-in process was a bit inconvenient, especially for first-time visitors. I had also requested early check-in, but wasn't clearly informed beforehand that there would be a charge of 10,000 KRW per hour, which would have been helpful to know in advance. Still, the overall experience was good, and I’d recommend it for the location alone—just be sure to clarify details ahead of time.DèsQAR 141
