Nous nous sommes demandés si le côté rococo était voulu ou pas mais je dois dire que les chambres sont vraiment trop à l ancienne pour moi.. confortable mais manque de modernité.. Les soins c est un peu la même chose , c est professionnel mais les cabines sont … moches! Disons le ! La piscine chauffée est très belle et très reposante et le parc magnifique. Pour la restauration c est non ! Pour un pays merveilleux ou l on mange si bien là ce n est pas bien du tout ! Pas de saveur et la aussi trop classique, des plats rustiques ! Et pareil pour le petit déjeuner c est fade , mauvais croissant quel dommage.. pas sure de choisir le même hôtel la prochaine fois .

I have already written so many reviews in Italian, I have little more to say, despite the fact that this hotel is renewed every year. So I thought it would be best to translate my first review into English. Here it is. I have written a lot about Abano this year because I have fallen deeply in love with this magical place, where anxiety is dissolved in stillness and well-being, where I take refuge in dreaming, lulled by its waters and times. I reached the 29th night, I met 8 hotels, almost all very good, some excellent, I became fond of the Verdi and the Trieste, but this time, by chance, I came across the Bristol Buja and it was an experience unlike any other, I can't explain, you know that intangible feeling of feeling happy and satisfied when everything is perfect? That had never happened to me. Some feelings have to be experienced, I will try to translate them into words. I could start with the room: exactly as requested, on the second floor near the elevator with appreciated upgrade from Basic to Classic. I could go on to the restaurant: as a lactose intolerant person, I always prefer vegan dishes and here they have a BWell menu that is fabulous, not like those sad vegan dishes put just as a sop. And the appetizer and fruit buffets? Immense. The menu? The best recipes from the Italian culinary tradition. The pastries? So far I've only ever seen one dessert in all the hotels; here there are three plus other fixed like homemade gelato or crème caramel. The breakfast? Excellent, the way I like it, all of their own making, the only hotel where they make croissants and don't buy them frozen. They even keep them warm so they don't go moldy. The juice you find in the other 5 stars? Great idea, but now in summer, it's not the season, no point, here they give a BWell extract, there you pay it. Let's turn to the dining service, almost always a sore point. The best! Gentlemen, where else do you see pure guèridon service performed with such elegance and skill by long-time professionals? Mr. Paolo, many congratulations. The pools? Beautiful, one dedicated only to whirlpools. The indoor one with a dramatic rooftop window. The sunbeds? Both indoor and outdoor with the mattress, with none other than the umbrella. The spa? New and all kinds. The lobby? Large, with satin sofas and Persian rugs everywhere. The breakfast room? New with an outdoor terrace. The Dining Room? Amazingly comfortable upholstered chairs with armrests and the most beautiful set of dishes I have ever seen in my life. Want to have a good time? Evening with pleasant musical entertainment. Don't feel like it? A bocce court, a tennis court and a mini golf course. Not even that, want to go out? No problem, in the room on the coffee table or next to the elevator a rich bulletin board of events, excursions, museums, habit now gone. Le service était de la plus haute qualité dans tous les domaines!!! Le personnel de la réception ne pouvait pas faire assez pour nous. Le spa était brillant et le service de la piscine était excellent toutes les attentes. Nous vous recommanderons votre hôtel de relaxation merveilleusement à tous nos amis et nous reviendrons bientôt;)

Della serie... quando un imprevisto alla fine si rivela essere una ”mano” fortunata! Con i programmi completamente stravolti da buffi eventi, il nostro soggiorno alle Terme è stato assolutamente improvvisato, al punto che abbiamo dovuto recuperare alla bell'e meglio i costumi e due cuffiette.. e insomma, piuttosto impreparati (prima volta alle Terme) siamo capitati alle Due Torri per caso, leggendo qualche recensione, e per tenere fede a uno dei tanti buoni propositi di inizio anno: meno corse, meno stress!! Allora ...siamo stati benissimo! Abbiamo trovato personale veramente gentile e preparato, a cominciare dalla receptionist che ci accolti - prima telefonicamente e poi personalmente - con grande professionalità e grazia. Anche il personale addetto alle camere è stato veramente cortese e sollecito, così come al ristorante, dove abbiamo mangiato bene, con una buona varietà di cibi e un occhio attento anche a chi predilige scelte Veggie. Abbiamo fruito della Spa solo per un massaggio (spettacolare!!), ma con più tempo a disposizione ci sarebbe stato da sbizzarrirsi, con percorsi studiati per le esigenze più disparate. Abbiamo più volte approfittato delle piscine, evitando accuratamente gli orari di maggiore affollamento (sono aperte fino alle 23, e il bagno notturno in solitaria .. top!).. L'albergo ha uno stile un po' retrò, ma è elegante e molto curato ed è circondato da un parco tenuto alla perfezione. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti. Inoltre.. che carina Abano Terme ... illuminata, ospitale e con molte proposte per tutti i gusti e tutte le età (per esempio, il Teatro accanto all'albergo ospita proprio in questi giorni un Musical.. che bello!). Ci siamo fatti un regalo, concedendoci una parentesi di benessere e totale evasione... Ci voleva, per cominciare col piede giusto questo 2024!

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne klassische Ausstattung. Der Service hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt. Nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Beim Check-In mussten wir erfahren, dass wir für unsere 5jährige Tochter extra 100,- EUR pro Nacht in unserer gebuchten Junior-Suite bezahlen müssen. Sie benötigt kein extra Bett, frühstückt ein Brötchen und hat in 4 Nächten 3 Handtücher gebraucht. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hatte trotz allem guten zureden keine Gnade. Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gelaufen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich nach einem Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gesucht habe. Ich hatte mich dann nicht gewundert, dass nur 2 Personen auf der Bestätigung standen, da wir in Deutschland ja per Zimmer und nicht per Person zahlen. Die Dame begleitet uns dann aufs Zimmer. Als wir sie batten ein Lagen über beide Betten zu legen, sagte sie kein Problem, ging und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Vorher hatte sie darauf bestanden uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns alles zu erklären. Uns wurde also weder WLAN noch der wunderschöne SPA Bereich erklärt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr distanziert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Gäste viel freundlicher behandelt wurden. Ich denke, wir waren nicht die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wir werden dorthin nie wieder zurückkehren und ich ärgere mich über die 1400,- EUR, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben. Wir wollten das Hotel eigentlich nutzen um uns nach langen Messtagen etwas zu erholen. Das war nicht der Fall.

Emplacement supérieur. L'hôtel dispose de bonnes installations. Devant la porte se trouve la rivière. C'est sûr aussi. Je cours beaucoup le matin. A côté se trouve un nouveau centre commercial. Plus tard, j'ai découvert qu'il y avait beaucoup de nouilles à manger. Vous pouvez également voir le paysage à l'extérieur. Très bon.

Retournée à cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois, penser à recevoir le même traitement que la précédente, mais malheureusement, ce n'est pas le cas. Chambres très bruyantes! Cque très bien la nettoyage et la gentillesse du personnel. Bons repas, même si j'en ai senti la manque du buffet de légumes, au moins celui-ci doit être! Compliments au bain, vous prenez beaucoup de soin de la zone de piscine.

Nous avons été pendant 2 nuits. L'hôtel est en partie rénové, les chambres sont hôtes. La nettoyage de la chambre était assez bon. Nous avons trouvé les cheveux dans la salle de bain. Le lit est très petit. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le personnel très gentil. Les piscines sont grandes et agréables. Le premier jour dans la piscine était très chlore. Ils avaient probablement tort de poser. Dans les jours suivants, ils se sont beaucoup mieux. Le chapeau et les tapis sont fournis, à payer. 10 euros pour le chapeau. Cher, mais il s'agit toujours de tissus de excellente qualité. Alternativement, vous pouvez utiliser votre propre chapeau. L'hôtel semble être Adults Only, ce qui rend plus calme l'utilisation des piscines. Les piscines sont ouvertes à des heures différentes et ne fonctionnent que dans quelques instants. Les piscines sont fermées à 20 heures les premiers jours de la semaine et à 23 heures le week-end.

Hôtel central à quelques pas de la zone piétonne, au calme, avec de grands salons meublés avec goût. Grand espace piscine très confortable mais le hammam était en panne. Service d'accueil sympathique et correct. Nous n'avons pris le petit déjeuner que dans un joli salon. Les serveurs sont très attentionnés et le petit déjeuner est bon avec un large choix de sucré et salé, tandis que le café pourrait s'améliorer

Structure un peu vieillissante mais encore efficace, située dans une position excellente en pleine zone de piétons au centre de Abano Terme, idéal pour passer quelques jours dans la vaste piscine thermique, Personnel amable et rapide cuisine simple d'ingrédients excellents, nous avons passé quelques jours en merveilleux relax.
