We arrived after midnight as our flight was delayed , we were greeted by a lovely young man who helped with our cases and showed us to our room. The room was very nice, modern and clean, great ensuite shower room., fridge with bottles of water. We went back to the bar and were able to get drinks before going to bed. The breakfast was good, nice terrace to sit outside. Loved this hotel, great place to stay near the airport and easy to find with a sat nav, highly recommend. Brilliant staff.

Stayed in suite with sea view. The view was amazing. The room was lovely, bed super comfy. There was a nice vanity table to get ready at. Bathroom was big and clean. The service at reception were very helpful. The location was great right in old town but not too noisy - music from restaurant in evening but I liked it and church bells on Sunday. I really enjoyed my stay here and was very happy with the suite. Couple of things to point out: there was no furniture on the balconies and aside from a pouf, no furniture in room to move outside. So meant nothing to sit on to enjoy balcony and it’s view. Also the curtain was only half curtain so to block out light need to shut the shutters which then restricts air. I didn’t mind but if you want darkness to sleep might need to bring eye mask. Like I said only minor things. Overall great place. Hot water - i mention as I know this is important to people :)

La location est parfaite dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont bien équipées et nettoyées chaque jour. Les lits sont confortables. La seule chose est parce que l'ancienne maison n'est pas bien isolée et il est un peu bruyant quand quelqu'un de la rue marche...

Très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont modernes, spacieuses et confortables, nous attendait une bouteille de vin et des fruits frais pour notre arrivée. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et propose des produits de qualité. La piscine est très agréable. L'hôtel est situé en centre ville, on peut tout faire à pied, la vieille ville est très proche. Rien à dire tout était parfait je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

The aparments are 10 min walk away from main town and 5-6 minutes from the beach. There are lots of lovely cafes nearby for breakfast. Although called an apartment there is no kitchenette to prepare a small meal- just kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Maybe I should have checked what all was included in the kitchenette before booking. We didnt have a great experience the first 2 nights as the AC wasnt cooling in our bedroom and we were prepared to check out instead of ruining our holiday but were offered a different apartment where the AC worked fine. The basement parking is quiet convenient. The cleaning team does a good job as we had flies in our shower (in the second apartment) and they cleaned it well each day. Over all, an ok experience but I wouldnt be rushing to book it again.

Excellent emplacement à deux pas du centre historique. Chambre spacieuse. Personnel très gentil. Nettoyage vraiment impeccable. Qui arrive en voiture garde à l'esprit qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel central, mais nous sommes toujours dans les parages. C'est pour la position centrale que le matin est un peu bruyant et les tendons ne sont pas très sombres. Cependant, recommandé pour le rapport qualité-prix à Chania
