Nous avons été très agréables pour la fête du ballon, nous avons marqué au centre-ville du Coronado et les heures de petit déjeuner prolongées étaient très agréables. Il était clair qu'ils avaient pris en considération les besoins uniques de visiter pendant cette période, surtout avec le nettoyage disponible extrêmement tôt!

Grand hôtel pour un bon prix. Le gars au bureau était ami. La chambre était super propre. Plusieurs places à manger près de l'hôtel.

A knock on our door at 8pm my wife opened the door to be met by the front desk lady aggressively telling her “multiple complaints about excessive noise and shouting from our room, she had listened at our door and heard screaming and if she got one more complaint we would have to leave the hotel”. I called back down stairs as I was in shock - i thought she must have the wrong room - the only noise was from our perhaps boisterous 6 year old who was watching a kids show on YouTube kids. But she again reiterated “screaming” and that we would be forced to leave. In my opinion I don’t think you could find a quieter family. Certainly the TV would have made more noise. Shocking unbelievably bad customer service - simply asking us to keep the noise down as someone had complained would have been sufficient - but the instant escalation to leave the hotel…..left us feeling very upset. If we disturbed someone at 8pm in the evening, we are truly sorry. The noise insulation seemed good in the hotel - we only heard occasional doors closing and the freeway traffic outside. We had got in from dinner around 7:15pm after a 9 hour drive. After the complaint at 8pm we spent the next 45 mins whispering and stressing that somehow we were going to be put out in the street in a Saturday night in Albuquerque, before going to sleep. Needless to say it was a restless night sleep. As for the hotel, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel the night before in Fort Worth. So we had a direct compare and contrast. In Albuquerque the shower did not work and there was a problem with the functionality of the blackout shades. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only half of the items offered actually available (the sausage and biscuits were great). No yogurts, cinnamon roles, bread for toast. And there was a distinct absence of any staff replenishing food, or cleaning tables etc. Check in was also odd - we had booked a prepaid non cancellation 2 x queen bed room (for our family of 4). Arrived around 5pm. At check in “sorry I don’t have that room, but I do have a king suite with a sofa bed; the hotel is fully booked”. I explained that didn’t work for us, we needed two beds. After some time on the computer the lady said ok, I have a room for you “someone else is going to be disappointed when they check in tonight”. I have no idea what the criteria used to select disappointing a guest were. Overall something just not right with the way this property was running.

La chambre est grande. La salle de bain et le lavabo sont dans deux pièces. Les lits sont confortables et le service est bon. Le burger au bœuf du restaurant du rez-de-chaussée était délicieux.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Cependant, une fois que vous entrez dans la partie principale de l'hôtel, le tapis de la rue est porté, la décoration est dépassée et l'ascenseur est petit et invitable. J'aurais pu voir dans le passé que sauf que je fais un marche-pied et que nous avons une chaise à roues sur notre bagage et que nous sommes presque à la fin du deuxième étage (nous n'avons pas demandé spécifiquement une chambre accessible à handicaps, La chambre était belle, les lits sont confortables, mais tout semble un peu daté. La chaise de tissu dans la chambre avait quelque chose de noir sur un bras, et notre bain était absolument détestable. L'hôtel est à moins de 5 minutes de l'aéroport et à pied à l'Applebee, donc ces deux sont positifs. Il y a beaucoup d'autres choix d'hôtels dans un rayon de 1 km, donc je prendrais probablement autre chose la prochaine fois!

Nous avons séjourné à l'aéroport Best Western Inn Suite depuis 13 ans, probablement environ 200 nuits au total. Ils travaillent très dur pour nous accueillir. Lorsque nous avons un séjour de groupe, ils sont très faciles de travailler pour accueillir notre groupe. Le motel est très propre et magnifique. Nous aimons la piscine et la cour. Le petit déjeuner et l'hospitalité sont excellents.

La chambre de l'hôtel est une suite, l'espace est très grand et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est similaire au niveau de Hantong, les variétés ne peuvent pas manger de la farine. Vous pouvez prendre deux pas de la farine de Courtyard à côté de l'aéroport mais pas de transbordeur.

Cet hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix, propre, les chambres sont assez grandes, sûres, du café et des biscuits gratuits, des transferts aéroport gratuits et à seulement 3 kilomètres environ de l'aéroport. Recommandé recommandé ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner est assez nutritif.
