Un concept original! L'accueil et sympathique et explique bien la marche à suivre... Les chambres sont aménagées dans d'anciens conteneurs, la cuisine est partagée, la piscine est sympa, possibilité de faire un BBQ... Le petit déjeuner se fait en autonomie ( thé, café et toast, beurre , confiture, vaisselle sont à disposition, mais chacun le prépare et se sert puis fait sa vaisselle après ! ) Les conteneurs commencent à rouiller car il fait très humide à l'extérieur - comme à l'intérieur. C'est dans un endroit calme proche de la jungle, à côté d'ne petite ville qui possède du beau street art !

Sarang by the brook est un ensemble de maisons privées situées au milieu de la jungle tropicale, juste à la limite d'une petite ville historique de l'époque coloniale appelée Kuala Kubu Bharu, à 66 km au nord du centre-ville de Kuala Lumpur. I really liked this place! The atmosphere is peaceful and cosy. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen is available for free use, which is a big plus if you enjoy cooking your own meals. The pool area is lovely and surrounded by friendly cats, which made it feel even more homey. Overall, a quiet, charming spot to unwind. Would definitely come back!

The stay was good, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the water from the tap had a very strong, weird smell and the water pressure was low. The shower, however, worked perfectly fine. The soundproofing was poor. will be back again.

It was a splendid experience to have a staycation in a container-style hotel amidst the greenery, equipped with plenty of home utensils, a 24-hour seawater pool, and friendly staff.

Really love this place and it's such a hidden gem, it's located at the corner-most of KKB and it's next to the forest and river hence the soothing sound of the river and nature will is always there. Staff is nice and accommodating and I'm surprised with the complete facilities they have like BBQ set, fridge, fresh-cold water, and bottomless toaster with bread and butter/jam that is ready for everyone. Breakfast is also provided, not a buffet style but a personalized choice of nasi lemak or mee goreng in the morning, reserved for you. The swimming pool was nice and everything there is very clean and well-maintained. Perfect for a forest getaway!

This was one of the best staycations I have ever had in Selangor. Adjacent to a jungle, Sarang by the Brook offers a relaxing experience with views of lush greenery, where you might spot flying Rajah Brooke butterflies and gliding squirrels—if you are lucky and attentive. The soothing sound of a flowing brook enhances the ambiance. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, great selection of books provided in the rooms, and the patrons are allowed to cook with their own ingredients—all of which add great value to the stay! What more could I ask for? I just wish it were closer to home so I could visit more often, and that the owner offered long-term stays for patrons. How I wish?

Everything was great, it would be better if the bed wasn’t springy, the sound proofing can better & if there’s not much guest maybe arrange it nearer to the main building. But otherwise everything was great
