Le personnel de service est particulièrement bon. Peut parler anglais. Très enthousiaste aussi. Au bord de la mer, il y a un supermarché en bas. pas mal. Très propre. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mal, il y a un parking. Convient aux enfants

I stayed the second time at the Antofagasta Holiday Inn. The rooms are spacious and if you want to have an open window during the night, I recommend the rooms oriented toward the town. The rooms toward the sea have a nice seaview, but are noisy because of the main road along the coast. The bed and bedding is fairly new and comfortable. The brakfast buffet is good and always reststuffed. The staff is very nice and attentive. The 1 star deduction is because of very weak internet. It is not reliable. This needs improvement.

Je mentionne tout particulièrement son personnel, en particulier Marcela Bache du restaurant, toujours attentive et prête à plaire à l'hôte et aussi Carolina Hidalgo, très active et attentive, était disposée à me soutenir, sans vous le demander, Vous voyez qu'il y a une ligne de service axée sur le bien-être et la qualité pour vos hôtes, et que le restaurant est aussi de première qualité. We went to Hotel Terrado in Antofagasta because it was recommended by some friends. Considering the price, the service is subpar. The location has a perfect view to the sea and it’s central enough to move around the city without any problems. However, the hotel service needs improvement if they want to attract more people traveling for leisure. After three days in the hotel where we kept our beds made and our room clean, it was an ordeal to get a maid to change our sheets and clean our room. I asked three times and finally someone went around 7 pm to do the room. That particular day we were mostly out of the room while sightseeing and visiting some friends. Every time we returned to the hotel to change clothes or to use the bathroom, we realized the room was still in disarray. The receptionist Valentina was particularly concerned and helpful. Finally we got a maid to come, I felt bad for her because it was so late in the day, she probably wanted to go home. The breakfast buffet was excellent and also the waiting staff ( very kind and helpful). The restaurant of the hotel has good quality of food and drinks. However, the host of the restaurant was enthralled with her phone and when I asked why nobody was taking my order she said “we open at 1 pm” ( it was 1:07 pm). She freaked out when she realized it was actually time to start working. Some of the staff didn’t realize we were lodging in the hotel and rudely told us we didn’t have a reservation to use a table at dinner time (We’ve been in the hotel for three days by then). It’s ok not to know we were guests, it’s not ok the way they ask, in front of everyone, in an annoyed tone, and loudly. The manager of the hotel compensated our consume of a few drinks and cake the day of the cleaning the room mishap. We were grateful. One supervisor came to us to tell us about the free food/drinks and he was nice, until he started a weird diatribe about him being Mapuche instead of Chilean ( legally he is also Chilean in spite of being Mapuche…) Then he informed us ( mostly me, because my husband doesn’t speak Spanish) that Chileans are a horrible group of mixed races including “Spaniards, Arabs and Jews”. I was so shocked I just told him I also have Mapuche blood plus many other nationalities ( guess what… including Spaniard, Arab and Jewish). Everybody is entitled to their opinions and views, but when working in the hospitality industry, one need to be careful not to offend the guests. By the way, I’m Chilean with American citizenship. For once I was glad my husband didn’t understand Spanish. The next day a friend of mine came to visit with me and we went to the hotel restaurant to have a cup of coffee and water. All the days I’ve been there I didn’t charge anything to my room, because I prefer to pay as I go and keep all the receipts. The day of arrival, besides paying our stay in full, we paid a warranty of around $ 350 (approximately) to cover any charges or incidentals. I was sharing time with my

L'hôtel était fantastique. Le service de Trip était horrible. Mon réservation n'a pas été confirmée par l'hôtel. Aucune notification n'a été reçue Plus de deux heures pour une solution Les téléphones informés ne répondaient pas Je ne réserverai plus jamais ce site.

L'hôtel est doté de chambres normales, certaines avec une vue agréable. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, je l'ai trouvé pauvre, mais ce qui m'a frappé le plus, le personnel qui était au petit déjeuner, n'a rien fait, tout a fini et les invités ont dû demander de reposer. Je me suis hébergé depuis lundi (4 jours) et tous les jours le même personnel ne chauffait pas les œufs (il fallait demander qu'ils chauffent) aujourd'hui vendredi, il n'y avait pas de café. Enfin ... Je ne pense pas que c'est quelque chose de l'hôtel, plutôt que la mauvaise disposition du personnel. En général, un séjour normal, on se félicite que les gens aient du bonbon à la réception et que le personnel se repose toujours malgré que les enfants les mangent tous.

Bonne location, près de pubs et restaurants. La chambre était un peu petite, mais le lit est assez confortable. Il dispose d'une caisse forte, d'un meuble pour laisser des choses et d'un type de bureau pour pouvoir travailler. Le mal, seulement 1 pouce loin du lit, pas de téléphone pour contacter le bureau frontal, pas de serviette, pas de douche, pas de barre d'affirm**** et comme je suis le sol en céramique, je me suis déchiré plusieurs fois. Il n'y a pas non plus dans le bain petit miroir et pour moi, j'utilise des lentilles de contact était un peu fatigué. Il n'y a pas de verre pour laisser la bouteille de dents ou similaire. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais les nuits, si vous voulez prendre quelque chose, vous n'avez pas de variété. Oeil qu'il n'y a pas de café ou de cuisson dans la chambre. Je m'ennuyais que je n'avais pas été reposé sur le papier hygiénique et parfois même me laissaient sans douche. Parking disponible.
