Nous avons déjà réservé des vols à Kefalonia et nous avons fait une tournée dans l'hôtel Aenos dans notre recherche d'hébergement qui offre une bonne position plus confort et service. ...... Et nous l'avons trouvé .... Quel charmant hôtel et quel personnel incroyable!! La chambre était la suite Pentehouse avec balcon panoramique et jacuzzi/tub chaud. L'hôtel est situé sur la place principale , qui n'a pas été trouvée bruyante même si elle était occupée. Il est très clair que les propriétaires sont très fiers de leur établissement et très justement ..... Nous sommes arrivés comme visiteurs mais nous avons laissé ....tearfully ....as amis. Nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir à The Aenos et nous reviendrons certainement à l'avenir. Merci beaucoup Nikolas, Loukas, Pantelis et votre merveilleuse équipe.

Booked this as a solo trip and I could not have wished for a nicer experience. The staff made me feel like a part of their family. It's a fairly small hotel so it feels nice and personal when you see familiar faces each day. The rooms are average size with a nice balcony overlooking the countryside and sea in the distance. It is fairly quiet at this hotel which was perfect for me. The pool has no noisy animation which again was great for me. The dining area is alfresco with nice relaxing music playing. I thought the food was great with lots of variety each day. There is a nice beach a short walk away where you can rent beds in peak season. It is worth to note in early may this facility wasn't open but it was nice to relax on a towel anyway. Irene and Kristina on reception were always happy to help. The staff here are what makes this place stand out. They have a spa offering treatments and a sauna. At an extra cost but not bad prices. Magdalena gave the best facial. The wifi was good and the decor of the room nice and bright. A short walk away is a bus stop to the capital Argostoli which is really easy to do and well worth it. Not much nightlife around the hotel but this did not bother me at all as I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff at dinner and breakfast always had a smile. Elva, Filipo and Labros you guys are amazing at what you do. Lula my cleaner was adorable and kept my room spotless everyday. The cleanliness here is top notch. This hotel was perfect for a solo woman travelling alone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kefalonia, you will have a lovely stay and most importantly will be treated like a valued guest by the incredible staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful stay, one of the best holidays ever.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza puedes ir caminando a los alrededores. Pero por el mismo motivo no cuenta con estacionamiento ni tampoco es posible hacerlo en lugares cercanos ya que las calles se encuentran cerradas o llenas de autos, lo que lo hace un problema especialmente al arribo o salida con todo el equipaje. La atención del personal estuvo bien, también el desayuno que es variado y al ser buffet puedes comer todo lo que desees. Lo que podrían mejorar es el lugar para el desayuno ya que es lindo pero muy pequeño. El hall es bello y amplio pero a las habitaciones les hace falta una renovación.
