Pambos Napa Rocks Hotel - Adults Only

HONEST REVIEW This is a PARTY hotel, no matter where you stay throughout you will hear the events. The hotel room was modern, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us in a room and there was more than enough space and we were over looking the main pool. 2 pools, the main one is occasionally occupied by pool parties but there is a second pool which also has a bar. The hotel does do pool parties and has a club attached which we thought was amazing! 1 minute walk from the main strip. Only downfall is my friend lost our key card for the room and we got charged €5 for a new one, which is normal. I’ve been to Ayia Napa a few times and only this time have I found Pambos. I will be returning next year!

Absolutely do not book this hotel if you want to be able to feel like you are safe on holiday. As an 18 year old girl with my best friend on holiday, I have never felt so unsafe and scared in my life. Our door did not shut completely just partially and we had to put a chair in front of it just to hear incase someone came in , staff around the hotel have made us feel uncomfortable on many occasions and tried to come back to our room with us which led us to feel on edge the whole time. The light bulb is hanging out of the fixture in our room and the light on the balcony flickered on and off all the time , not to mention the dark stains on the ceiling , and the sock and towel we found which was neither mine or my friends We attempted to get out deposits back and check out but there were no staff to be seen Genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed in my life , I would absolutely say that you should not book this hotel , it’s a nightmare

Please DONT stay here! It’s a hell hole. Doors broken and they won’t fix them. We had clothes, money and phones stolen. They demand a 50’euro deposit on arrival then refuse to refund it because you don’t have the slip. Which they didn’t give us. ASK FOR THE RECEIPT. Toilets and showers don’t work properly, floods the room. Staff are useless and rude and won’t help you. WHY would anyone stay here??

When checking into the hotel and getting to our rooms, the rooms are nothing like the pictures advertised online. Myself and my friend had found blood stains all over the mattress sheets and bedding. Blood splattered all up the wall. And then we had found someone else’s USED sock under the dressing table. Also, the plug sockets where hanging off the wall. When mentioning to a staff member of the hotel. They didn’t have a care in the world and did nothing about it. The visit was within the August 2022, the months and years didn’t go that far back.

Me and 2 girlfriends after much deliberation because of the reviews stayed at Pambos. Athena was fully booked. On initial arrival we were mildly pleased as the room wasn’t too bad it appears slight modification had been done, however every night we were being bitten to death by what felt like fleas or bed bugs, after 4 nights we weren’t given any clean bedding or towels. There was evidence of what looked to be bed bugs after complaining to the receptionist because we couldnt bare to be bitten anymore, a very rude and smug red head (don’t know her name) practically laughed in our face and said she wouldn’t do anything, saying there was no problem, we proceeded to strip our beds to discover what looked like human faeces on the mattress cover, disgusted we had slept on it for 4 nights, we persisted and argued back for an hour she finally agreed to contact the manger. After an hour we returned to reception for an answer the manger had said we could have a new room, checked the beds and they appeared much cleaner, 1st night no bites although there was loads of ants around the fridge and the tap for the shower was broken. The aircon is €10 a day, which u can’t survive without because the rooms are sweltering. We asked for clean towels the next day but we’re refused because we got them with the new room the day before, the showers in both rooms were freezing cold, we’ve stayed at party hotels before it’s not like we expected 5* service but general hygiene and hospitality should be basic requirements in any hotel. Clearly those rules don’t apply here. So Basically don’t stay here. It’s a sh*t hole. The hotels not a vibe, any parties that do go on here u have to pay for anyway. Green bungalows opposite seems much more lively and nicer. We did meet the manager on arrival after we got here at 7am and wanted early check in which was €30 she did seem nice enough however we never seen her again. This hotel should be condemned it’s that bad, we’ve stayed at BH in Magaluf and Ibiza rocks hotel as-well and they’re basically 5* compared to Pambos.

OMG..such a filthy and derelict place..we had to put our towels and clothes on top of the stained sheets..the only good thing is the location. Otherwise if you want to step into a horror movie than stay at this hotel :)
