My wife and I stayed at Amanti during mid october to celebrate our honeymoon and we had an unforgettable experience. The staff promptly welcomed us on arrival and from airport pickup to room check in the process was seamless. Delicious welcome drinks were provided while we waited which is always a nice touch. The reception discussed our half board plan and we were given our room information. It was late at night on our arrival and we had missed dinner so we were given a voucher for a meal credit. We were not given a tour of the property, although this was most likely because it was after 10pm and dark so no complaints there. Upon arrival to our room we were pleasantly surprised with a VIP ******* upgrade that gave us an ocean view. We were also left a lovely surprise of love dove shaped towels, rose petals, champagne, heart shaped dessert, and a card for our honeymoon. A warm touch that made us feel extra special. Since we also missed dinner, we were given two plates of lovely little sandwiches. Throughout our stay we visited all of the restaurants-- the main buffet, and the 3 themed restaurants which are serviced with a Michelin star chef. The atmosphere of each restaurant is very romantic and chic. The food at each restaurant, yes even the buffet, was to die for. Absolutely incredible. Creative, tasty, and high quality with stunning presentations. The pool area is large, clean, and has full service with the option of a little service button which we thought was very handy, great idea. The sun beds are of your choosing on the first day and then reserved for you for the rest of your stay, another clever idea. The surrounding location of the hotel is safe and walkable, good for families, couples, and solo travelers. There is convenient access to multiple shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and only 7 minutes to the beach. The highlight of this hotel however, is the service. The service is absolutely 5 star service. We felt exceptionally welcomed and taken care of at each meal. The dining staff, hostesses, chefs, the guest services, the gentleman at the pool, all take their jobs with the utmost honor and do a wonderful job ensuring the perfect stay for the guests. Our only complaint, and it is a mild complaint, I really would only remove half a star for this.. Is that with half board, you can choose whether you want lunch or dinner as your second meal. However-- if you choose lunch, you can only go to the buffet as the other restaurants are not open. You cannot choose to have lunch or drinks by the pool. That is a separate charge, not included as an option in half board and it is quite expensive. Since this is a tropical beach vacation spot, most people want to relax and have lunch and drinks by the pool. This should be an option for half board, if we wanted to have lunch, we would have to get dressed and leave the pool to go upstairs and eat during prime pool hours (12:30-2:30) when the buffet is open. Super hôtel, emplacement très propre, personnel super sympa, Jurgita à la réception est très polie, qu'il s'agisse de voyager, de louer une voiture ou du restaurant où elle a été autour de nous, ils nous sont tous utiles. Nous reviendrons encore et encore à cause de sa Jurgita, merci beaucoup 10 points

Excellent service! Je vis à Dubaï et pensais que rien ne pouvait égaler Dubaï en terme de relation client. Nous avons été très agréablement surprises par la qualité du service, la disponibilité et la gentillesse du staff de l'hôtel. Mention spéciale à Alex et Dimitrius du restaurant! Ils ont été très accueillants, super professionnels et super sympas! Bonne continuation, on reviendra avec grand plaisir!!

Nous avons passé 4 nuit dans une chambre panoramique. Chambres rénovées récemment très confortables. Le service est de très bonne qualité avec un buffet et un petit déjeuner délicieux. Le personnel est très efficace et professionnel. Un plus est que l'on choisi sa place pour la plage et qu'elle est attribuée pour tout son séjour. Donc pas besoin de se stresser pour prendre une place le matin. De plus, on peut appeler un serveur depuis sa place à la place via un bouton d'appel. Mon épouse a particulièrement apprécié la salle de fitness et les soins au Spa. Nous recommandons cet hotel pour un séjour à Aya Napa.

Bon : hôtel moderne, bon repas, chambre propre Basse : piscine extérieure et piscine privée de luxe non chauffée et inutilisable à mon avis, piscine spa intérieure très froide ( mais peut être utilisée ), machine à café dans chaque chambre mais vous payez pour les capsules de café, Pas de vue directe sur la mer des chambres de vue sur la mer Deluxe partielle (sauf sur le balcon). Globalement, bien, mais peut être amélioré, je ne reviendrais pas tant qu'ils ne baissent ni ne traitent les questions.

Hôtel globalement bien situé pour une plage de sable il vous faudra marcher un peu car aux abords direct il n’y en a pas. Bars situés non loin. Le personnel ne sourit pas hormis les francophones, personne ne dit bonjour. L’atmosphère est glaciale!! Les employés ont l’air crispé. Vous passez devant l’institut plusieurs personnes sont là, ils vous regardent vous dites bonjour et personne ne vous répond, ça donne vachement envie de se faire masser!! La chambre supérieure vue terre donne sur un hôtel désaffecté. Le buffet est un peu varié mais très redondant. Les aliments censés être chauds sont souvent froids. Nous avons eu un problème d’évacuation dans la douche donc de l’eau partout dans la salle de bains et la chambre. Le balai n’est pas passé tous les jours, nous trouvions beaucoup de cheveux. A notre arrivée, une bouteille était entamée dans le frigo..notre housse de couette a été tachée mais n’a pas été changée. Si vous souhaitez prendre un café dans la journée celui ci sera payant et n’est pas compris dans le all in. Nous devions avoir un verre de bienvenue, je ne sais pas qui l’a eu mais pas nous. Une journée nous n’avions plus de papier toilette, j’ai dû retéléphoner le soir une 3e fois pour en récupérer. A mon goût l’accueil fait beaucoup, et ceci est gros point noir dans cet hôtel.

A 10 day stay from Oct 7 bed & breakfast, most important thing the weather was great 29c + every day. Don't always believe the internet wether websites, we had a late Check in, my room & key card waiting for me at reception no passports or documents to show nothing to sign simple, my room was on 4th floor, the bathroom a little small but perfectly clean & adequate for our needs, beds were comfortable and House keeping every day and very clean too, no kitchen just a kettle, the safe was also included most other hotels charge for this, The breakfast was great I couldn't fault it excellent choice from hot stuff to cold meats and cheeses to yogurts & fruit, cake, mini croissants with chocolate sauce, cereal, and all your bread and jams the list goes on, if we had had to go out and buy breakfast it would almost probably be over 150 EUR for Both of us for our stay so can't complain, we didn't dine at the hotel in the evening so i can't comment on that. The pool area was most impressive however I thought the pool bar was a little expensive for food & drinks ( there was a McDonald's right opposite the hotel) yet again most people would put there towels on the sun loungers but I only used the pool area a few times, The sea was absolutely amazing so warm it was very busy and couldn't always get a lounger or umbrella €2.50 for each you had to get there early, the location of the hotel was perfect probably 8min walk to the beach, the complex was ideal for people with mobility issues with ramps and 2 elevators one small and a much larger one big enough for a wheelchair, also mobility scooter were available to hire but not sure from the hotel though. Had a lovely holiday, I thought mostly suited for older couples and families if you want a more lively holiday with clubs and more bars and are much younger 18+ go to ayia Napa area much more lively I think, great restaurants which are fairly priced good sized portions,if you go self catering there was a Lidl (not far to walk ) I thought a little expensive compared to the UK, there were plenty of other supermarkets The best buy was pretty reasonable, especially for some alcoholic drinks they even offer to open the bottles for you if you want, oh and cigarettes from € 4 a pack The area of protaras was a little run down and needs a bit of attention especially the pavement areas so do be careful a very good bus service ran so you can explore future if you want, I would return to the hotel again and think it was great value for money.

Le Blue Ivy est un très bel hôtel restant de taille moyenne comparé aux ”usines à touristes” du front de mer. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et efficace. Piscine agréable. Très bonne restauration. Nous étions en formule tout inclus, le midi en déjeuner à la carte était vraiment sympa. Buffets à thème tous les soirs avec de belles propositions. Une des premières fois où nous n'avons même pas été manger à l'extérieur. Directeur de l'hôtel et chef cuisinier très présent et à l'écoute des clients. Bar agréable en soirée avec bons cocktails. Il manque juste du vrai jus d'orange au petit déjeuner au lieu des jus ”chimiques” proposés. On atteindrait alors la perfection ! Plage à 5 minutes à pied. Sable fin et eau cristalline. Parasol et transats payants gérés par la ville (7,5€ la journée). Surement beaucoup de monde en pleine saison. Situé à l'extrémité est de l'ile et donc assez loin des principaux sites archéologique (Paphos, Kourion,...). Mais se fait bien par la belle autoroute qui longe toute l'ile (conduite à gauche). Prendre une chambre vue mer, l'arrière de l'hôtel donne sur une salle de spectacle et un terrain vague beaucoup moins agréable. Attention, le français est très peu parlé sur l'ile.
