L'hôtel est vraiment petit, il n'y a même pas de hall d'entrée. De plus, il n'y a pas non plus de téléphone dans les chambres. Mais à part ces détails, tout le reste était excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. Excellent séjour à Iconic Suites Madrid ! L’appartement est moderne, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. La literie est vraiment agréable et tout a été pensé pour passer un séjour sans souci. L’emplacement est également très pratique, avec le métro à proximité pour rejoindre facilement les différents quartiers de Madrid. Une belle adresse que je recommande sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci beaucoup

L'emplacement est idéal, tout près de l'arrêt de bus 203 pour la gare et l'aéroport. Marcher ne nous pose aucun problème. Il nous a fallu environ 45 minutes pour traverser le parc du Retiro et rejoindre le Musée national d'art Reina Sofía. Le Palais de Cristal est fermé, mais la fontaine devant est charmante. Le chemin du retour le long du Prado, le soir, est également très agréable.

L'emplacement est calme et on peut se rendre au centre-ville à pied. J'ai pu m'enregistrer plus tôt, ce qui était très appréciable, mais j'ai préféré ne pas prendre la chambre au 1er étage car elle était proche de la station-service. J'ai donc dû attendre jusqu'à 15h, ce qui m'a laissé le temps d'aller manger et de revenir pile à l'heure. J'ai pris le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel pendant 3 jours, et c'était toujours la même chose, je pense que ce n'est pas nécessaire de le réserver car il y a beaucoup de cafés à proximité. Sinon, le rapport qualité-prix est correct.

L'emplacement est très pratique, à proximité de la gare d'Atocha, avec un accès facile à toutes les directions. La chambre est propre et bien rangée. La réception a dit que vous pouvez passer à une chambre plus grande pour une somme modique, mais la chambre est un peu. bruyant face à la route. Le shampoing, l'après-shampoing et le dentifrice sont également de haute qualité, la pression de l'eau est suffisante, la réception est très polie et le petit-déjeuner est bon. La marque Hardrock est garantie. Ce qui est étrange, c'est qu'il y aura une alimentation électrique insuffisante dans le bâtiment et qu'il y aura des coupures de courant. Un matin, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas, mais cela n'a pas eu beaucoup d'impact sur nous.

This review is not about the €9 breakfast charge. I paid for the breakfast because I had eaten it. This review is about how I was treated afterwards. A simple misunderstanding over breakfast escalated into one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. After I politely suggested that the hotel communicate its breakfast policy more clearly to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future, a staff member, Yansel, began shouting at me from outside the hotel, called me back inside, repeatedly accused me of “trying to play with him,” raised his voice throughout the interaction, claimed that he was the manager, refused my request to speak with the General Manager, and aggressively handled my personal belongings. He pushed and kicked my luggage towards the exit, damaged my bags, repeatedly shouted at me to take my belongings and leave, and I also felt mocked while trying to communicate in English instead of being treated with patience and professionalism. As a solo female traveller, I found this behaviour intimidating and completely unacceptable. Guests should be able to raise feedback respectfully without being shouted at, aggressively confronted, or having their belongings handled in this manner. I later spoke with Raul, who was professional, apologised for the way I had been treated, acknowledged that there had been been a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast, confirmed that I was entitled to leave my luggage after check-out, and informed me that Yansel was not the General Manager or the manager. I appreciate Raul’s professionalism. However, that does not change what happened. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at Hotel Mayerling Madrid. There are many hotels in Madrid where guests can expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. In my experience, this was not one of them. As a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe after the way this situation was handled. For that reason, I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage other travellers to consider alternative accommodation.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un magasin de gare, il n'est en fait pas très proche de la gare, et il faut environ 15 à 20 minutes à pied. Il y a des arrêts de bus et des gares à proximité, à seulement 1 ou 2 arrêts. Il y a un métro, mais la station de métro n'est pas sur le chemin. La chambre est nouvellement décorée, mais elle est effectivement un peu petite. Si deux personnes ont beaucoup de bagages, cela peut être problématique. Mais le rapport qualité/prix est correct, mais si vous ne voyagez pas en train, il n'est pas recommandé de séjourner ici, car il est encore un peu loin des attractions du centre-ville.
