L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, les chambres ne sont pas grandes, mais très propres et hygiéniques, les draps sont lavés très blancs, c'est très confortable à première vue. Le petit-déjeuner est également très copieux, c'est-à-dire que le petit-déjeuner du samedi et du dimanche commence à 8 heures. Quand je pars, je prends un avion samedi. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner quand je descends à 7h30. La réception a dit qu'il y avait de la nourriture et des boissons simples dans le petit bar. Point, on se sent plus humain, l'expérience de rester chez soi est très bonne, c'est recommandé !

Cet hôtel a un excellent emplacement, son personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Le seul contra ses installations, l'hôtel a l'air un peu vieux et il a besoin d'être rénové. Les chambres sont vraiment grandes et confortables. Je recommande que ce soit pour un voyage d'affaires ou de loisirs. Il y a un parking juste à côté de l'hôtel (50m à pied).

We are into the second day of our four night stay and we are already completely in love with this property. It is in the most beautiful part of the city, steps from the Prado Museum. There is an absolutely beautiful indoor pool with an elegant spa and a two Michelin starred restaurant. Breakfast is made with care and beautifully abundant. We had a fun first night al fresco meal in their Jardin restaurant, as well. Every single employee with whom we have dealt has been unfailingly helpful, warm, and kind - Alfredo at check in, Sandra and Enrique at the concierge desk, Pilar at breakfast, just to name a few. Just sorry, we cannot stay longer!

Très bel hôtel situé idéalement à quelques pas des grandes avenues. Prix très raisonnables pour des prestations de belle qualité. Beaucoup de charme, décoration très soignée, ambiance chaleureuse. Belle salle de restaurant et petit déjeuner très agréable comme c’est toujours le cas chez NH, avec les plus de la gamme « Collection » (jus d’orange frais pressé…). Roof-top avec jolie vue sur les toits (bar « branché » très fréquenté).

Petit problème d'insonorisation. Et l'hôtel sort dans les recherches d'hôtel avec piscine alors que la ”piscine” est celle de l'hôtel voisin à laquelle on a gracieusement accès, qui possède une terrasse miniature et mesure elle même à peine plus de 5x2 mètres...

Globalement, je suis un peu déçu par cet hôtel. En effet, au vu du prix, je m'attendais à quelque chose de mieux. Alors oui, l'hôtel est idéalement situé puisqu'il y a une station de métro à 50 mètres de l'hôtel et est proche de nombreux lieux d'intérêt du centre de Madrid. Malgré cela, on a un personnel pas forcément très sympathique notamment lors du check-out où la personne m'a parlé assez violemment. On a également les femmes de ménage qui sont relativement peu discrètes tôt le matin. Au niveau de la chambre, c'est loin d'être le grand luxe. En effet, nous avions une chambre donnant sur cour et je n'ai jamais vu une chambre avec aussi peu de lumière. C'était vraiment triste. A côté de cela, on avait une literie correcte, mais qui pourrait être bien mieux pour un 4 étoiles. Les dalles au sol dans la salle de bain bougeaient et n'étaient pas fixées. Concrètement la chambre mériterait d'un petit coup de fraicheur. Après nous n'avons pas passé un mauvais séjour, mais si je suis sévère sur certains points, c'est d'une part pour aider l'hôtel à s'améliorer et d'autre part parce que je juge l'hôtel en fonction de son prix et de son standing (4 étoiles).

L'hôtel est très vieux avec de vieilles installations et une odeur de moisi. Le parking n'est pas près de l'hôtel et il doit faire le tour des rues étroites de Madrid. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, dans le centre-ville, les attractions célèbres sont accessibles à pied. Il n'est pas recommandé de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, ce n'est pas rentable, il y a plusieurs plats chinois à proximité, mais les réservations doivent être faites à l'avance.

Stayed at the nh madrid for a long weekend trip and cannot recommend this hotel enough the staff at the hotel are brilliant and are happy to help with anything from taxis to places to go we stayed in room 701 with a balcony overlooking parts of madrid absolutely beautiful hotel is directly opposite the train station with bus stop and metro just outside so easy access from the airport and only a 15 to 20 minute walk from all madrid has to offer fantastic hotel we look forward to returning xxx

Très bon accueil, très serviable, explications claires. Hôtel très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied, restaurant cafétéria bar Chambres spacieuse mais qualité des rénovations un peu bon marché à la ”Valérie Damidot”, on peint le carrelage existant ... Petit déjeuner moyen, tout est mis sur le buffet en très petite quantité, attention café horrible. Nous avons eu à notre départ un « breakfast box » car nous partions très tôt , nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette attention. Nous retiendrons surtout la qualité de l’accueil.

We spent one week in late April 2023 at the Doubletree Madrid Prado on the first leg of a four week visit to Spain. We were attracted to the hotel because of its location, modest size and many positive reviews. Our expectations were high and they were exceeded! We were warmly greeted and efficiently checked in on arrival. Because we were staying for seven nights, we had booked a King Superior room and were assigned room 301 which was spacious, well furnished and full of light and we were very comfortable there. Perhaps due to its size (only about sixty rooms over five floors), its understated lobby and its exceptional level of service, the hotel has an intimacy that that we found very appealing. The location in the upscale Las Letras district was perfect for us as walkers: very near the Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen museums and within walking distance of Retiro Park, the boutiques of Calle Serrano and even the Royal Palace and Atocha Station. With the help of the front desk staff (especially Cristina) we found some great restaurants (of which our favourite was Vinoteca Moratin, reviewed separately) and tapas bars within five to ten minutes walk from the hotel. Because of our Hilton status we enjoyed a generous and graciously and efficiently served continental breakfast (excellent coffee, juices, fresh fruit, toast and assorted pastries) every morning; if we were to make one suggestion about breakfast, it would be to add a protein (yogurt or cheese or a selection of meats) to the continental buffet. Overall, we were delighted with our stay at the Doubletree Madrid Prado and we would stay there again if we return to Madrid. We recommend it without reservation to anyone looking for a well-located, upscale but understated, unpretentious and reasonably priced hotel in Madrid.

En visite touristique avec un couple d'amis. Situation très facile, avec accès à pied à tout ce qui compte à Madrid. Très proche de restaurants typiques. Airco très efficace par 40 degrés. Petit-déjeuner quasi-idéal: des pains, des fruits frais et des petits gâteaux. La partie chaude un peu moins super, mais néanmoins suffisante vu le reste des choix. Chambre propre mais la douche dans le bien convient tout juste pour quelqu'un comme moi qui ne peut pas bien lever la jambe, + glisse aussi. L'absence de bar est plus ou moins compensée. Même si l'objectif économique est recommandable...

L'emplacement est très bon, il y a des bars et des restaurants. Bien que le parking soit plus cher, 25 la nuit, mais de nombreux hôtels à proximité n'ont pas de parking. Il est impossible de trouver une place de parking si vous habitez dans un tel centre-ville sans parking. , vous pouvez emprunter le parking pendant un certain temps, car le stationnement à l'entrée de l'hôtel est définitivement un ticket). L'attitude de service de l'hôtel est très bonne. Il y a souvent un beau mec + une belle femme. J'y ai séjourné deux fois, et mon attitude était très chaleureuse. Il y a des bars et des restaurants en bas de l'hôtel, si vous voulez prendre un verre au calme, c'est très convenable, les produits du restaurant ne sont pas mauvais, mais le prix est élevé dans ce quartier. J'ai oublié de prendre une photo de la chambre, mais le coffre-fort est très utile. Vous pouvez glisser votre propre carte comme clé. C'est avancé. Il y a un point très étrange qu'il y aura un bassin de sable sur le meuble TV dans la pièce Je ne sais pas ce que c'est esthétiquement agréable.

L'emplacement est très bon, juste à côté du musée du Prado, à 10 minutes de la gare d'Atocha, très proche des attractions, mais calme, l'hôtel est très calme. L'ambiance autour de la maison est très bonne. Le parc du Retiro est juste à côté, la porte d'Alcala est juste au coin de la rue, il y a des monuments, etc. La décoration de l'hôtel est très fraîche et le beau mec à la réception est très poli. J'ai été agréablement surpris qu'il y ait un ensemble de bouilloire en céramique; la chambre familiale dispose d'un ensemble de lits superposés, que les enfants adorent beaucoup !
