I decided to write this review in English so that as many people as possible around the world can read it, because this hotel truly deserves to be known. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Nobu Hotel Roma, for making our honeymoon so unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

L'accès est un peu difficile, mais tout le reste est correct. L'établissement se trouve à moins de dix kilomètres de la cité antique de Rome, soit à vingt minutes de route. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes, le dîner est bon et le gars est également très beau

Le service du personnel était excellent. Nous étions toujours contents que notre chambre soit propre et que les serviettes soient changées tous les jours. Le choix du petit-déjeuner était également génial. Deux choses dont je ne suis pas à 100 % satisfaite sont l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre, ce qui était inconfortable la nuit, même avec 2 fenêtres ouvertes. Nous sommes arrivés la première semaine d'avril et il faisait chaud. De plus, le petit-déjeuner pourrait commencer plus tôt, comme à 6 heures du matin, car nous avons dû quitter l'hôtel pour des activités vers 6 heures du matin certains jours de notre séjour. Mais dans l'ensemble, je dirais quand même que c'est un excellent hôtel, surtout pour son emplacement.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Globalement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, avec pratiquement tout à proximité. Cependant, il y a quelques points importants à considérer. L'ascenseur est assez vieux et prend énormément de temps, surtout à certains moments de la journée. De plus, nous avons dû changer de chambre car il y a un restaurant au cinquième étage. Quand ils ferment le soir, ils commencent à déplacer les tables, à nettoyer et à faire pas mal de bruit, ce qui rend le repos très difficile. Imaginez, après avoir passé toute la journée à marcher dans Rome, sortir dîner et revenir dans votre chambre avec l'envie de vous reposer pour le lendemain, mais ne pas pouvoir dormir avant environ 1h30 du matin, l'heure à laquelle le restaurant terminait. Heureusement, nous avons signalé la situation et l'hôtel nous a changé de chambre, le problème a donc été résolu. Cependant, si l'hôtel est complet, il se peut qu'ils n'aient pas la possibilité de le faire. C'est pourquoi je recommande de bien prendre en compte ce détail, surtout si on vous attribue une chambre près du restaurant.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce complexe hôtelier. La propreté était impeccable et tout était parfaitement entretenu durant notre séjour. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à rendre service, ce qui a rendu la prestation vraiment excellente. Les équipements étaient également excellents et ont contribué à un séjour confortable et agréable. Le seul bémol était l'emplacement, assez éloigné du centre-ville. Rejoindre les principales attractions nécessitait plusieurs changements de bus et de métro, ce qui était contraignant et chronophage. Un service de navette, même payant, serait très appréciable pour faciliter les déplacements. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet établissement, notamment aux couples recherchant un lieu de séjour propre, reposant et bien équipé. Un grand merci à tout le personnel.

到羅馬旅遊，意外的預訂了這個宜必思，超乎尋常的超值。離地鐵不到一公里走路，酒店在一高處安靜的小區旁，非常寧靜，清晨有人在跑步。交通方便，附近公交輕軌去那裡都好，關鍵是早餐特別豐盛，地鐵站旁邊有一家温州人開的中餐廳，偶爾可以調整一下腸胃，不貴也挺地道。出去遊玩了一天龐貝，行李寄存酒店，服務也很好。下次再來還是首選。
