Seules les cloisons de séparation de la chambre n'étaient pas bien isolées, on pouvait entendre depuis l'autre chambre, j'étais à 104, le deuxième jour, toute la nuit, j'entendais du bruit probablement à cause de la climatisation fixée sur nos murs. Le gel douche et le shampoing sentent un peu mauvais, je pense que vous aurez plus de plaintes à ce sujet si ce n'est pas l'attention... le reste était super, le personnel absolument sympathique, ça vaut chaque centime dépensé, fortement recommandé

L'accès est un peu difficile, mais tout le reste est correct. L'établissement se trouve à moins de dix kilomètres de la cité antique de Rome, soit à vingt minutes de route. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes, le dîner est bon et le gars est également très beau

C'était proche de la gare à pied et pratique pour faire du tourisme. Cependant, même si nous voyagions pendant la saison estivale extrêmement chaude, la climatisation était faible et la chambre était loin d'être fraîche et confortable. Il n'y avait pas non plus de cloison dans la douche, donc c'était trop gênant pour les Japonais de l'utiliser.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican City, making it the perfect base for exploring Rome on foot. Our room was beautifully presented, with décor that blended nicely with the character of the historic building. The comfortable bed, elegant lighting, and unique wallpaper gave the room a boutique feel, while the small balcony overlooking the street was a lovely place to take in the atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. Despite being in such a central location, we slept very well each night. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel in the heart of Rome with all the major sights within walking distance, I would happily recommend Antica Dimora Delle Cinque Lune and would definitely stay here again.

👍Prenez le bus de la ville depuis la gare. Il y a beaucoup de bus et l'arrêt est très proche de l'hôtel ! 😲Mais cette fois-ci, lorsque j'ai pris le bus avec mes lourds bagages, j'ai malheureusement été harcelé par un jeune homme noir mentalement anormal, agile et pieds nus qui n'arrêtait pas de crier et de me provoquer, mais le chauffeur grand et gros a fermé les yeux... De nombreux passagers âgés et faibles sont descendus du bus pour éviter... 👍Finalement, nous avons pu nous échapper grâce à une jeune fille courageuse qui est intervenue pour nous aider à descendre du bus et a essayé par tous les moyens de le calmer et de l'emmener ! 👍Le personnel du comptoir est sympathique et le service est bon ! 🍄La chambre est propre et confortable, mais malheureusement il n'y a pas de petit réfrigérateur disponible ! Aucune eau minérale n'est fournie.

Globalement, un avis positif. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent : à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare Termini, le long de la rue commerçante principale. La station est desservie par deux lignes de métro qui permettent de rejoindre le Colisée et la Cité du Vatican, et offre également un accès direct à l'aéroport et à Florence. Un excellent restaurant se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et propose une cuisine italienne authentique et savoureuse, bien meilleure que les restaurants touristiques du quartier. La paella aux fruits de mer est vivement recommandée ! La chambre était un peu petite ; il était difficile d'ouvrir deux valises, et une fois ouvertes, impossible de les déplacer. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. La réception est ouverte 24 h/24 et le service était excellent.

Un bon hôtel économique, idéalement situé à 10-20 minutes à pied du centre-ville et des attractions, à environ 5 minutes de la gare routière Termini et avec un accès facile à l'aéroport en bus. Et le meilleur, c'est que nous sommes arrivés tôt ! 🤗 Le petit-déjeuner est inclus ; il n'est pas très varié, mais parfait pour un café matinal. La salle d'attente est décorée comme un musée et il y a aussi une consigne à bagages. 🙌🏻
